they have done it again! We took our company's landscape truck in for a full detail and as you can imagine, a landscaping truck is filthy! They made the interior so clean and smell so good. I have a white 2008 Honda Accord that was badly in need of chip & scratch repair. There was also a deep black unsightly gouge in back quarter panel. The car has almost 200,000 miles on it so I didn't want to put too much money into this. But wanted my car to look as nice as possible. Autospa360 performed a near miracle. This review is late because I had an auto accident shortly before this service. I have a Honda Pilot and the Left side foot pad was broke in pieces and my foot could only go on carpet which was beginning to have a long rip and getting worse. Although I replaced the pad with an original from Honda, it was nowhere near enough coverage, the tear in the carpet needed to be dealt with and I did not want to have to replace the entire left side carpet. I reached out to Bonnie and she knew an upholstery man whom she commissioned to seal up the section that was ripping, but this man was also able to hand crafted a hard rubbery piece to add all around the new foot pad. This protects the carpet so much better and that Rubbery foot pad will likely never wear out. What an amazing crew!! Kudos to the upholstery man and his ability to think outside the box. Wow....Just Wow! Above and Beyond by all involved. ** PS This was all after calling multiple actual upholstery shops in town and behind told that they would just need to replace the entire carpet or that they could not fix it. read more

I went to get a detail inside and out - for 400.00 they where to clean the inside and wash and wax the outside ect.... I dropped off at 8am to pick up my vehicle at 5:30 to find it a mess. My kids could have done a better job. They employee was not nice when I questioned him about things and has smart A comments. They gave me my money back but that is not what I wanted. I called on the phone about 2-3 months before I took my car in. I described the car as a late model station wagon with ceramic coating. I wanted a car wash estimate. They reluctantly gave me a range (I understand the hesitation) of up to $85. When I did show up with the car for a wash, the quote almost doubled after they saw the German car. I asked for special attention to the wheels and wheel wells. One hour later, the car was done and the wheel wells were not. For this I paid $162.50. No car wash is worth $162.50 for one hour. And I have taken the car through (don't judge me) drive-thru car washes. Needless to say my car had lost its new car look. The guys at AutoSpa 360 buffed out the scratches and water spots and added the Feynlab ceramic coating. Now it looks shinier and newer than when I first bought the car! My wife says it looks so glossy it looks like the car got a manicure. Not a regular manicure but one of those upgraded ones like when the lady asks if she wants to pay extra for gel or shellac. Stopped into AutoSpa360 on the way to pick up a colleague from the train station. My GTI was a MESS!! and in desperate need of some love. I walked in, somewhat last minute and asked if they could do a quick vacuum for me. I only had 1 hour. The guys were absolutely awesome! Jumped in and got it vacuumed, glass cleaned and the plastics wiped down, and my car was looking much better within 45 minutes. I don't like to impose on services so much, but AutoSpa360 did a fabulous job of dealing with an inconvenient customer. I highly recommend their services. Not only were they friendly and kind, they did a fantastic job in an hour. When I'm in Vancouver, I will be setting aside time to give them adequate time to do a full detail service. I requested a quote and appointment (which they required) about 3 days in advance, they quoted me $125 for the interior clean and it would take 1-2 hours. The price seemed competitive, and the reviews were very good, so it seemed like a no brainer. When I arrived, they acted like there was no set time for me to be there and they weren't prepared for me, so I filled out paperwork and handed them the keys. I misread the services online, I thought the interior deep clean covered an external wash for some reason. No a big deal I figured, I would just run it through a $7 car wash on the way home. After I dropped off the keys at 1pm I walked down the road to the Compass coffee shop, which is about 2 blocks north. That's a great place to wait. I called in at 3:30 (2.5 hours into the "1-2 hour" job), and they said these things usually take upwards of 4 hours, they need at least another hour and a half. This car was "dirtier than most cars", and "this type of car can be hard to clean sometimes". Not a huge deal, I thought. At 5 when the coffee shop was closing, I walked back and asked the status, given that it had been 4 hours since I dropped it off. I was told it would be at least another hour, they had 5 people working on it (for 5 hours??). I had a dinner date at 6, so I told them I couldn't wait around, we agreed they would leave my car in their parking like which is camera surveilled, locked with the key inside. They closed at 7, and I wouldn't be back until after that. In the middle of dinner ~7:10 I received a missed call, someone left me a voicemail asking if I was going to pick up the car today, and if so to give them a call back. I saw the voicemail at 7:30, I called them back, but it went to voicemail. I arrived back at their place at 7:50, and my car was locked inside of their garage, and nobody was there. Slightly annoying, and definitely not what we agreed to, but I understand why they would do that: the windows needed to be rolled down due to the shampoo, and it's not the safest of neighborhoods, so they probably just didn't want liability. I picked up the car the next morning, and the inside of the car was VERY clean. I had one stain in the back seat which wasn't cleaned, but the rest was flawless. I'm definitely ecstatic about the job, but it took a lot longer than anticipated. I will use them again. read more

Went here to see if they could fix my 1997 Ford Mustang back window. My car got broke into and there was glass everywhere. I had my 5 yr old granddaughter with me whom was sleeping at the time. A wonderful yg man Michael came out and greeted me and asked if I would like to take her out and he would clean the glass out for me for safety reasons. She had awakened and was a little onary. He told her she could go behind desk and look at their saltwater aquarium! Such a pleasant , yg man. I've had my car detailed by other companies but none compare. They did a good job but that was it- just a good job. definitely lack of detail and personality. Mike did Phenomenal job! My care was filthy! he asked what I wanted done and I was like just clean my car. But he did a walk around with me and pointed out all the areas that need extra attention-the grime build up that we are blessed with in the NW. He did an immaculate job!! Got the black tar of my windows. Have no idea what's it's from but a pain to get off! Got EVERY spec of the green stuff that grows in all the crevasses around the windows trunk area..etc. The inside of my car was gorgeous, not a single smudge inside or outside of the car. I think my car was cleaner when he finished then it was when I bought it..HAHA- . All the great reviews you read about this company are 100% accurate!! Won't leave out the gal runs the front desk. Also very personable and funny. Great people skills for sure. We all know how rare it is to come across a receptionist with a personality and that doesn't sound drab when they answer the phone. They did a fairly good job detailing my car. I think they could have been a little more detailed with things. I noticed that my vents still had dust in them, as well as my CD slot. I could have just taken a q-tip to these areas and it would have taken care of these areas. I think they do a good job, I just expected them to be a little more thorough. read more

Bobby was great. I love it when the owner answers the phone and works personally with the customers. I bought a new Tacoma and unfortunately got a french fry grease stain on the passenger seat in the first week. I made a quick call to AutoSpa360 and was in the shop a few hours later. Bobby took care to take the least aggressive measure to get the stain out. When the stain proved tougher than steam I took it back to have him tackle the stain head on. In a few minutes, he came back to me and the stain was no longer to be seen. I asked him several times what we needed to do to square the deal and he refused payment both times. I will be recommending him for a long time and will probably take my wife's 2007 Sienna in for a full detail soon. Bobby pays attention to customer service and that is a big deal for me. I own a 2015 "black" Dodge Challenger. I first brought my vehicle to Bobby (who by the way was highly recommended) when I noticed water spots all over the vehicle. Bobby was up front with his pricing and educated me on the process that would have to take place due to my vehicle being black. When I received my vehicle at the end of the day it looked unbelievably beautiful! I knew it wasn't an easy task but he and his crew definitely payed attention to detail. I bring my vehicle in every couple of weeks to get it washed and will let no other company touch my Challenger. He continues to always help me keep my vehicle in tip top shape. After my little brother projectile vomited from the third row seating in my Honda Pilot we tried our best to clean up what we could. However we just couldn't get the smell out! I highly recommend you stay away from this place. While the work done was satisfactory, there us a definite game of illegal bait and switch going on here, and they don't care. No quote was ever offered. When the appointment was made over the phone, I mentioned the full detail price as posted very clearly on their website. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle, the price suddenly went up by $100! I mentioned my frustration and there was absolutely no attempt to appease me, they just did not care. They said, and I quote, "We've mentioned to the boss about the prices on the website, but he hasn't done anything about it". disgusting. To make matters even more disgusting, they managed to lose a hand-made key ring that my daughter made for me that had been on the key for 5 years!!!!!!! Again, they could not care less.
