After his poor performance and lack of professionalism he then tells my wife that he's running special for $180 for any of my other vehicles. I do not recommend this company. He tried to use auto paint polish and buffer to do stainless and aluminum. I had to supply the auto soap so he could wash the rest of the truck, and he damaged the paint on the vehicle with his pressure washer. I had to show him how to change the spray nozzle on his pressure washer-wand and how to turn the pressure down so he did not strip and damage the auto paint. He was supposed to be back in 2 days to finish the job, then he just to put me off over and over week after week, and told me to just get someone else to finish the job we had agreed on and he was already paid for. Strangely enough, he also asked to take a leak in the parking lot when he arrived.. until we showed him to the office's bathroom...

Took it back in to have bolts tightened as it was making noise. They were great and said they tightened them. Started making noise again. Took it back in and they said they had a mechanic look at it and he said it looked like an inner tie rods issue or CV axles. Gave me card of their mechanic. I ended up taking it to another mechanic who clearly stated truck had loose suspension nuts. Fixed it and noise is gone. Cost me $228. Again, love love the window tinting and service there. Just not the aftermarket suspension work they can do.

We chatted with her to find that she paid like $159 for her car to be detailed. She called in just the night before. He let her bring her car in. He did detail it. not to her satisfaction, but he got to it. I had made an appt at least 6 days prior. Since my car was a living social coupon ($30 value to Roy), i believe he ignored me and worked her in, in my place. I would not recommend anyone do business with him for ANY reason. He is dishonest and has no moral compass, in my opinion. When we showed up to get our car, he did nothing but make excuses. Lame ones at that. We spent the better part of a day making this happen. The outside was even better, there were water spots all over the hood and what looked like over-spray on several parts of the car so I asked what the over-spray was and he came back with a meguires wax spray bottle and said he didn't mean to miss a spot. REALLY???? A detail shop using Meguires spray wax? What happened to electric buffers and good old elbow grease? I could have used my own spray wax for $6!!!! And to top it off, I had 2 large scratches on my drivers side door. I asked what happened and of course he said that those were there........so in a nut shell, these guys are ripping the public off and a high school cheer leading group could do a better job!
