The customer service here is beyond amazing. Had another shop that I've worked with recommend Couve's Customs and they reached out to me to assist. They got me on the schedule quick, I came in and was greeted by so many nice and welcoming people. They set me up with a seating area and a TV to watch while my windows got tinted. The whole time they were checking in on me to see if I needed anything and gave me updates. Took only about an hour and the results were amazing. On top of that gave me a great deal since the referral shop was friends and family. Don't need anything else right now, but if I do, Couve's will be the first place I reach out to! read more

We had a great experience with them restoring and sealing a 3 year old classic Ford's paint job that had started to fade already. I'll summarize some descriptors that come to mind: friendly; attention to detail; family run; generous; proprietary in their approach; decades of experience; specialized; well rounded; and jack of all auto refinishing trades. They took out the fading and ceramic sealed it. Also applied a dressing to keep the interior protected. That's my description dumbed down- but their technical approach is far more in depth than what I have room for here. Great people! Earned all my future business and referrals. read more

Couve's Custom is definitely the Nordstrom of window tinting and other accessories. I brought my car in for a window tint and was blown away by their excellent customer service. The team greeted me when I first arrived and made sure I was taken cared of and gave me a ride to the nearest Starbucks so I can work while I wait. They are the BEST!!! My hubby got me an auto start and they did an awesome job - looks even better than when I brought it in. I have a 2003 Ford Ranger with less than 29,000 miles of it for as old as it is. The truck is in showroom condition before I brought it into the detail show. I decided to hire "Couves Corner" to detail not one but two of my truck for approximately $600.00 When my Ranger was completed the first area the owner proceeded to show me was a perfectly round 1" deterioration of the seat which wasn't there before. Said it happened when they cleaned it but wasn't their fault, my response was why didn't you note this or call me before you started the detailing. I was given several excuses and move on to the rest of the detailed vehicle. I paid the bill for both trucks even though they didn't even start the other truck. When I arrived home approximately 6:30 I noticed more areas of the exterior had wax that wasn't removed an address this with the owner who said he assumed they removed it all. Here's where my experience took a turn for the worst, I opened the drivers side man door and noticed the jump seat had a burn mark on it, I immediately called the owner of Couves Corner to ask if he was aware of this situation. His response was defensive, said he would fix it but under protest and would never do business with me again (I would like to state for the record that his defensiveness draws into question his integrity) but I wouldn't hire them again under any circumstances. **I would like to state this to be true and factual, I calmly showed the truck and the damages to the owner, here's what happened next, as he walked away he said "this cost me $200.00 dollars and have a nice day as he aggressively threw his pen at the office door** His only response was NOT worried about the damages he caused but the expense of fixing the issue and his reputation in the community. I would of hoped Couves Customs would of handled the situation as professionals and resolved the issues for a win win. read more

Loui worked on my truck, did a lot of things from scratch repair on 3 panels to updating my sound system, first took my wife's car for window tinting wish came out ok, then I took my truck to fix 4 scratches petty bad ones 2 in one side of the bed and 2 on the other and one on the right fender, also to fix 3 small dents nickel size (for wish he quoted me $150 and at the end charge me 350 when he redid the invoice) for the scratch repair it was supposed to be around 3 days wish to end up been a month and the result? painted the 3 panels completely instead of doing just the repairs as agreed he also did a black chrome on my wheels, got a lot black of overspray on my red calipers not just on my calipers but all my windows complete truck plastic pieces and all didn't miss a thing with the overspray he didn't mask my truck he painted the panels with disregard of the overspray my truck felt awful like 100 grit all over the paint when pick it up looong after, it was late on the day the and conveniently parked in the shade wish at the time look good I was really happy and pay the bill I just wanted my truck back! @ the next day! wow what a shock to see my truck looks and feels terrible, mist match paint overspray all around he told me it was because it was a new paint job vs.old paint but my truck was one solid color when brought in to the shop, and it was looking even by his own statement most beautiful and clean truck in town, he agreed to fix everything then falls sick so I give him a break so I didn;t call for a while to give him time to heal, when he did I took my wife's car for an alarm remote start, wish would only take him a day or so to do it and some other upgrades, he installed all the upgrades but NOT the alarm so we reschedule for the alarm.I drop it at his shop some other day calls me says it was done but not the flashing of the car's computer, said that he needed a code from the manufacturer to flash it, I waited a month and noting, took it to a shop that I found to my surprise the alarm was never installed zip, zero, nada,but charge me for the install the new shop took pictures of the wiring for the rest of the updates he previously installed the amp was anchored to a floor mat, put a 20 ft,long instead of a 10 ft under the pass. seat huge gaps around the stereo deck the rear gate boot all torn where he connected the rearview camera, for weeks he kept telling me all it needed was 30 minutes to flash the computer when he didn't even have anything installed and as for my truck as of today still got nothing resolved, buyer be aware of this scam artist he will promise you anything, but takes no action to keep his word he prides himself of being a wiring wizard and professional but after seeing with my own eyes the wiring under the panels and carpet there is no way in hell that a professional tech did that to my car and my truck at the end I got my sound system fixed in my truck with the other shop because he couldnt figure out the engine noise and my new equalizer that he installed wasn't working either, by the way, my truck is a 05 spiff out viper truck wish looks pretty bad now thanks to the complements of Loui Dietz at COUVE'S CUSTOMS! I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY to be mistreated like me, sweet talk poor performance, people like this do not deserve to be in business when he brags to be a 3rd business generation, shame on you LOUI! people need to know about you! people be warned! read more

After claiming that he used to be Ken blocks crew chief and this and that blah blah....he said he could switch out the springs on my car and agreed on a price.(these are eibach springs purchased from the manufacturer for my exact car). He had my car for probably about 5 hours then called me I was excited thinking my car was ready I get there to find out not shit had been done he attempted to put one spring on with the wrong tools and couldn't do it then claimed they were the wrong springs and etc....he then proceeded to tell me that I owed him $50 for work that was never done so whatever I paid him he odviously needed the money. I go to pull out to hear this God awful knocking sound , pull over and he had never even tightened the OEM strut back down wtf so dangerous. So I took it back to listen to him and I guess his son argue about wether it was taken off or not ? Like y'all should be on the same page. It was only 2 of you and 1 car..Alll dayyy so there is no excuse. Since then I have messaged him a few times just to be ignored. I feel like he treated me like some punk little kid and had planned on just taking my $50 bucks the whole time. Everyone including eibach that I've told this to all feel like he owes me $50 and an apology. I'm just saying if your going here for anything other than a detail of be cautious.
