My vehicle has almost 168,000 miles and we've always taken care of it - but frankly - I don't treat it very well. The crew removed spilled coffee and other crud that I had allowed to accumulate. It looks nearly new. I had this work done to prepare the car to sell - and now I am proud to show it. This was money well spent that will help me get top dollar. I took my wife's car to this place after she bombed the hell out of it with pesticides. She saw a bold jumper spider on the dash of the car and decided to fog the car versus burning the entire car to the ground. Any ways long story short these guys got the smell out of the car and killed anything still living in it. The car looks brand new and even removed some small dents that were in the door. The price was reasonable for the work they did. No complaints on my end, the owner was really nice and his staff was professional. I liked them so much I made an appointment already for my other car. Hopefully this one won't be as bad as the last car, since I would rather kill the spider with a shoe versus fogging my car. read more

I recently purchased a car that had been well loved on the interior. The dealer I bought it from hadn't detailed it yet so we looked on Yelp for reviews of detailers. I was excited by the reviews on AutoSpa360, so I called them up, very nice guy on the phone, and they got me in the very next day. We dropped the car off in the morning and was met by a very grumpy employee who was not very nice to us. We then walked around the car and pointed at areas of concern...we were just met with looks of "okay whatever". Considering we're about to pay $200 for the entire interior to be detailed, you'd think the employee would be a little nicer to you. Then we ask if the seats will be removed to allow better access to steam clean the carpets. He says no. Its not needed. But I can do it if you want. It'll cost you an hour Labor, $65. We agreed, thinking it would all be worth it. Later that day we go pick up our car. Same employee greeted us, a little nicer but still kind of just "blah", he went over the car with us and the carpets were still just trashed. And the mats. He said it was impossible to get the stains out. We believed him. Overall, it looked very clean. Then after a couple days with it we're noticing lots of stuff that was never touched: back seat cup holders, plastic area on back seat passenger floor, front armrest/storage thing has a fold down area that wasn't touched, and then we noticed a large area of the stain in the back seat, on the floor carpet, wasn't even cleaned?? It was still stiff and sticky. So now we're wondering how hard they really tried at these stains. After all the spots missed and the lack of effort I feel was NOT there on the carpet stains and the headliner, I would not recommend this business. And I will definitely not be returning. I wanted to contact them and complain directly but my boyfriend said to just write it off. So I'll do one better and give my review. I wish I had taken photos and looked better at the car before we left. Don't make my same mistake. read more

I brought my 2016 Kia Optima SXL in for water spots that I just couldn't get out. Keep in mind I keep my car very clean but I couldn't get rid of the water spots. I did my research on how to get rid of them from professional details shops websites and it was above my skill level. As soon as I got to AutoSpa 360 and they came out and told me how they were going to get rid of the water spots. I knew right then I was going to have them do the work. Let me tell you they knocked it out of the park. Not only were they great to deal with but they did a great job. I shopped around before taking my car to AutoSpa360. I met with Bobby, the owner, to go over everything I wanted done to the car and get a quote. Several days later he called to tell me the paint touch up would be more than he had originally quoted. I talked to him about the time frame needed for the work, explaining that I could leave the car for several days in order for the touch up paint and detailing work to all get done. After having my car for three days, I called to see if it was ready to be picked up. He said it would be ready in an hour. When I got there, the outside of the car was still being wiped down and polished, the plates weren't on it, the inside dash was still not clean, and the mats weren't inside it. After waiting over another hour I left with the car (it had already been dark for some time). The following day I found that there were places on both the exterior and interior that hadn't been done. After three days and hundreds of dollars, I was very disappointed. While the owner was a nice guy, he was very scattered. Even though my car wasn't properly completed, there were four employees standing in the corner of the garage talking away, not working and he didn't give them any direction. The operation would be better if he was an effective supervisor. Too late for me, though. read more

Wow! They were amazing! They got me in last minute and cleaned every nook and cranny! My car looks brand new!!! This is incredible since my car has been through 7 years of road trips and everything was filthy... the seats were stained, the floors had crumbs and mud. Even so, I found them to be professional, kind, and thorough. I will go back and would recommend others. The only thing that would bring them down to a 4.8, if it were an option, is that it took 1.5 hours longer than they thought it would, that probably says more about the state of my car than anything else... and the fact that they would put that much effort into making sure the car was done right was awesome! read more

Very upset about service. My husbands jeep looks nice but $355 nice I think not!!! We were quoted $250 over the phone to have the car fully detailed. Bobby the owner said he would be picking up the car wed morning around 8:30 or 9am well he finally showed up around 10:30 to pick it up and said he would have it back the next day. Finally around 4:30 the next day my husband calls to ask where the car is and he tells him he doesn't have a way to get the car back to us until the following day. The next day he Brings the car back and hands me the bill for $355!! He explains that it was extra because it was extra dirty. Well yes I will admit my husbands jeep was filthy but there was absolutely no talk before hand about it being an extra $100 dollars if your vehicle takes more time, there was no talk at all about any additional fees on top of the $250. If he had called us before hand to say it looks like this is going to take extra time and I will be charging 100 more we would have said forget it! He didn't even mention the price difference on the phone to my husband when he called to say he couldn't bring the jeep back that day. My husband called to complain about the price and the owner apologized for for doing business that way but did not seem willing to return any of the money that we were wrongly charged. Iwe will absolutely never use their services again and I will be telling everyone I know about this scam!! This is just plain bad business and I will be contacting the better business burou about this. read more
