I just want to take a minute to tell everyone how appreciative myself and my family are for Kevin. Over the past few years, Kevin has been a HUGE help coming out to our house and replacing the cracked windshields on both of our cars, always showing up on time and completing the work quickly and professionally. Fast forward a few years, we had a loose rubber seal on our front windshield and were concerned about potential water leaks so I gave Kevin a call to see if he could take a look. He responded immediately and we set up some time for him to take a look. Turns out, there was no leak and the fix was purely cosmetic, but he still wanted to perform a full diagnostic just to make sure there wasn't any leaks somewhere else in the car. The good news is that everything was fine and no leaks were detected, which means his windshield fixes from several years ago are still going strong! Best part, when I went to pay Kevin for his time and effort to come to us, he said we owed nothing and that he was just glad to know that he was taking care of his customers no matter what the issue is! Kevin is clearly a top-notch professional, but it is not lost on us that he is also a wonderful person! read more

Fantastic service and good price. Kevin was very professional and thorough. Clear communication and showed up on time. Highly recommend, will definitely use again in the future! read more

We continue to call on Kevin for our auto windshield needs over the years. His communication is excellent, scheduling is quick, and he works with your insurance company. It is so convenient that he replaces your windshield at your location. We have had 4 windshields replaced, and I'll only call Kevin when we need another one. read more

Kevin is the best glass guy around. He dealt with my insurance company and even though it took over 3 months to get the manufacturer's windshield, he installed it promptly and took care of a rain sensing wiper issue that was not working correctly. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and does an excellent job. Do not waste your time with Safelite. Highly recommend Northwest Glass Guy! read more

Fast and efficient. Great work. Communication was great and on time. Would recommend.

Terrific company who went above and beyond. Had a cracked windshield and needed to have it replaced so I hired company and the service tech found out I had a weather sensor that was not correctly installed so while he replaced the glass he fixed sensor for free. I hope never to get another cracked windshield on either of my cars but if I do I will use this company again read more

Kevin always does perfect auto glass replacement for our families vehicles. I highly recommend NorthWest Glass Guy. He's THE BEST!

Great service and work! I had a large star rock chip and now I can't even tell where it was! I highly recommend NW Glass! read more

Kevin was responsive and fit in a mobile windshield replacement on relatively short notice. He arrived on time, replaced the windshield quickly, and it looks great. Thanks! read more

Kevin replaced my windshield last summer for my Subaru Outback XT. He installed a windshield that also had the heated wiper area. It has held up through the year and I have had no issues (no moisture or anything like that). I talked with Kevin as he removed the old windshield and seal, cleaned the new glass, and laid the urethane bead. Kevin was kind enough to explain what he was doing throughout the entire process. He told me how people do this kind of stuff wrong and it really reassured me on his personal knowledge of his work. While he was at my house he replaced my sister's Subaru Outback windshield as well. Kevin is incredibly fast, inexpensive, and timely. I would recommend his service to anyone looking for windshield work. Just be smart about the weather conditions since his work is mobile. You can only keep so much water and wind out of a portable cover. I can confidently say I now know a glass guy! read more

Kevin responded within 20 minutes to my inquiry and we were able to setup a repair time for early the following week. He contacted me the morning of the appointment to confirm, and then arrived on time and quickly completed the rock chip repair. Very professional, friendly and courteous and I would definitely recommend him for your glass needs. read more

I just have to say I am super impressed with Kevin. He was professional, courteous and quick! The whole windshield had the be replaced and it is perfect! Thank you! read more

Kevin is the real deal! Within minutes of my initial inquiry I had a quote and we were scheduling the appointment. He came right to my house. He was prompt, professional and explained the repair process clearly. He executed the job perfectly. I will be recommending Kevin to everyone I know. read more

Our Mazda CX-5 had a nasty crack in the front windshield.....nothing that could be "filled" so I turned to Yelp to get some estimates. I contacted four different companies, and got responses from 3 of them. Kevin's was the first (within like 15 minutes). He asked a few questions, then came back with a price estimate and available appointment time (the next morning!!) :-D The other two companies eventually came back with estimates, as well, but they were SIGNIFICANTLY higher and were not able to schedule us nearly as quickly as Kevin...so we chose NW Glass Guy. The next morning, Kevin showed up - did the work - 45 minutes later BOOM, new windshield installed, and he was done. He gave us detailed "care" instructions and told us to contact him if we had any problems. If we ever need any "windshield" work done on any vehicle, I'll call Kevin. read more

Kevin had great communication before, the day of, and after the work. We had two vehicles needing windshields. Kevin followed up with pics of the rust he found. He had cleaned the rust and primed before installing the glass. My old source for windshields never did that. His pricing was attractive and the fact that he is mobile saved me a lot of time. Knowing what I know now, I would have paid a premium for his level of service. Thanks Kevin! read more

Kevin is wonderful! He responded to my inquiry right away, and we set up an appointment for him to drive out to my office in Ridgefield. He was on time, super friendly, and my new windshield looks great - it even has the little easter egg that the original windshield had! I could not be happier with the service. read more

I couldn't be happier. My windshield cracked in last year's cold weather, and cracked again with this year's cold weather. Contacted Kevin and he responded promptly. I called my usual windshield replacement spot over off st john's for a price comparison (I've had lots of opportunity to replace windshields over the years for some reason), not only was Kevin slightly cheaper, he came to me. While replacing my windshield he found and replaced two leaks, and primed some rust spots at no additional charge. I don't particularly care for the color of the UV strip at the top of the new windshield, but thinking about getting my windows tinted to might have a strip run up there. read more

While driving home from a road trip up north, a rock impacted the edge of my windshield. Just moments after the impact the rock chip turned into a crack, slowly expanding across my windshield, and, of course, right through my drivers view of the roadway. I have never had to replace a windshield before, so this experience was new for me. I contacted Kevin, the Northwest Glass Guy, and he quickly fit me into his schedule. The scheduling process was truly painless since Kevin worked around my unusual schedule and was flexible as to when he could come out. Kevin arrived a day later and proceeded to replace my windshield. However, when he was finished with the job, he noticed a small issue with the resin protruding in a recessed part of the windshield, which was barely noticeable. Kevin immediately said that he would do it again, stating that he wanted to do it right. Kevin came back on my schedule and replaced the windshield. It looks factory new. For the inconvenience of returning, Kevin provided me some future services along with a discount. I should also mention that Kevin had no issue explaining the process of replacement, and showed me step by step what he did. It was truly fascinating. Needless to say Kevin is honest, extremely customer service-oriented, and does excellent work. I would highly recommend the Northwest Glass Guy, LLC. read more

Called NorthWest Glass Guy and left a voicemail about a windshield repair. He called me back within 15 minutes with a quote for my car that was a better value than anyone else in the area. I told him what time I had available and he fit me in the next day. He showed up at my work on time and went above and beyond on the install (fixing some other issues that were caused by a previous poor install). I just recommenced NorthWest Glass Guy to my CEO and to our Fleet Manager at my work; if that doesn't speak volumes to the level of service I received, nothing will. Thanks for your excellent work! read more

Kevin was responsive to messaging and scheduling, offered a quote right away, confirmed my appointment the morning of, and courteously communicated a very minor delay in the schedule. He arrived and was done installing the windshield in less time than it would take me to take the car in somewhere. Efficient and professional - Highly recommend. read more

After taking a rock to my windshield during a recent road trip, I contacted Kevin along with several others for a quote to have it replaced. I received a quick and prompt response through Yelp with pretty competitive pricing. Some of the other quotes were $100 more and weren't mobile like Kevin was. Having my windshield replaced at my home was very convenient. Kevin was friendly and very flexible. I had asked if my appointment time could be moved up an hour or so and he was happy to accommodate. The work was well done and completed in just about 45 minutes as promised. All forms of payment can be taken which was nice as well. I would highly recommend Kevin's work and will use him again if I ever need window repair. read more

I'm very satisfied with Kevin's work and customer service and I'd recommend him to anyone. I contacted him through Yelp for a quote with an answer within a day. He was flexible with his schedule to accommodate my request for a windshield replacement giving me options for appointments either same day , next day or 48 hours later. I appreciate that he is a mobile service and can come to you where it's locally convenient. He estimated about 45min to replace the windshield on my Subaru Crosstrek and sure enough 45 minutes later he was all done. He offers the standard one year warranty for leaks. Takes cash, check or card and will give you a receipt at the end. read more

He has repaired several chips for me at different times. Prices seems very fair, he meets you where it's convenient, in my case it was at work. Definitely highly recommend him and will use them in future. read more

I got a crack in my windshield that was about a foot long and needed to have it fixed before it spread any further. I called Kevin about 9:00 in the morning and he was at my house by 1 pm. He was efficient and professional and replaced my windshield in about an hour. The crack was already too big for a repair. The price was also very reasonable. read more

I had a crack that was slowly making its way across my windshield. I usually dislike working with auto repair companies, but Northwest Glass Guy made it simple and easy. I messaged him through Yelp and he explained exactly how to deal with my insurance company. He came out the next day, and within an hour my windshield was back to new. He took care of all the insurance paperwork and all I needed to do was come up with the deductible. All of his good reviews are well earned. I would recommend Northwest Glass Guy to anyone who needs work done. read more

Awesome cool guy! He was suppose to come around 4pm. Texted him and said I was available at 2pm and he showed up and got started. He was in and out in 45 minutes right in the driveway. A brand new windshield makes the car feel brand new again. Loving it. Make sure to pay in cash to get that discount! read more

Kevin was prompt, professional & did an amazing job. We are so happy with our new windshield & he even transferred our oil change sticker...bonus points! Highly recommended! read more

When I encounter a professional in a trade I save their information to continue doing business with them. When I say "professional" I mean: * Is on time * Answers or responds to inquiries in a timely fashion * Works cleanly and efficiently * Explains the process they will go through * Is concerned about price and explains the various options Kevin, did every one of these things without me having to ask. On top of that, he was easy to work with and a pleasure to meet. I'd look to him for your auto glass repair needs. I will be calling him in the future for mine. read more

Kevin met me at my work to replace my windshield. He was finished in under an hour and did a very professional job. He also received more business at my work as many cars in our lot had chips and cracks as well. Kevin came back later that afternoon to work on some other cars. Kevin was very nice, professional, explained the service well, and arrived early. I would definitely recommend his service. read more

I cannot express what a refreshing, positive experience it was to have my windshield replaced by NorthWest Glass Guy. He is so knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything, even catching some damage that had been done by a previous glass replacement service and offering to help me get it fixed. I will absolutely highly recommend him in the future! read more

Thanks to Yelp, I didn't have to look far for my first windshield replacement service. NorthWest Glass Guy had excellent reviews and he held them up! He was quick with a quote, date to do the replacement and kept me informed of his ETA the day of service. I appreciated the fact that this is a mobile service, so I didn't even have to take time off work. He was pleasant and professional, and in less than 45 minutes, I had a new windshield! I felt the price was reasonable for the windshield, materials and labor. I would definitely recommend Kevin to anybody, and if I happen to need a replacement again, I know I'll be using NorthWest Glass Guy! read more

I can't believe I haven't wrote a review for this company yet! Due to several unfortunate incidents over the last year, we've actually had to use Kevin 3 different times on 3 different vehicles. He is so flexible and accommodating! Very friendly and professional. He's come to both my work and my house. I completely trust him and his judgement. Worked with my insurance company as well. Highly recommend! read more

Came out and did a fabulous job on both of our large vehicles, at our home. We have never experienced such fast and professional service, from a glass installer such as Northwest. The price was just a bit more (about $30) than if we had drive to to a different shop and waited and hour while twiddling our thumbs. So it was worth it for our family. The new windshields look great, and came with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. Can't beat that with a bat! Lol read more

Not sure I could find something to complain about even if I tried!!! Our experience with Kevin was fantastic! He is professional yet personable, prompt and accommodating. Wouldn't do business with anyone else if ever I needed similar services. Look no further this guy is on point! read more

Kevin did an amazing job! Super responsive and came out the very next morning. He was also trooper letting my 5 y.o. Watch and ask a bazillion questions. I also compared prices with two other companies and he was better on price with same high quality windshield as the others. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

I give this company a resounding five stars! When I initially called about a rock chip repair for a commercial vehicle the person I spoke to on the phone was nice, patient, and explained the process very clearly. The repair had to be coordinated between my insurance company, Northwest Glass Guy, and one of my employees. I was concerned that a simple rock chip repair would turn into a headache. It was just the opposite. All I had to do was give Northwest Glass Guy the telephone number of my technician and contact Progressive to let them know we wanted Northwest to do the work. The rest was handled smoothly between Northwest and my employee. What I really want to emphasize is the end result. We had two rock chips that turned out to not need to be repaired. One had been previously repaired and the other was a superficial scratch. I braced myself when Northwest called and told me this. The repairman from Northwest COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER ABOUT IT. This is a company who treats their customers well and DESERVES THIS 5 STAR REVIEW!! read more

Excellent customer service and efficiency! Great communication before, during and after the work was completed. Highly recommend using!
