Sean is very professional and knowledgeable RV tech, especially with regard to a Schwintek slide issue I was having.

July 31 - August 2, 2025 - Warrenton, Oregon…read more Location wise, this park is just across the road from Fort Stevens, so that is a definite plus. This is a great RV park for children--so many activities. Two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), miniature golf, daily craft activities, large chess and checkers, bouncy trampoline, etc. The campsite has two large stores, and it is a very lively place. Like I said, great for kids. If you want a more quiet camping experience, this is not the place for you.

It has been several years since I have been able to stay at this particular KOA. The check-in was reasonable. The signage is in need of updating. There are arrows on the ground, indicating which direction where people should drive for direction. But no signs that say do not enter. Our space was reasonable. Our next-door neighbor pointed out that in his opinion all KOA seem to have the sewer drain higher than the front of the RV. Which leads to difficulty and draining your tanks at times. The indoor pool was nice although a bit cold for my liking. The hot tub was very appropriately warm. It did have a very strong chlorine smell, and my two grandchildren ended up coughing from the chlorine gas. The website indicates that there is Wi-Fi throughout the park. What that means is that there is Wi-Fi at the different buildings but not at the sites. The staff was friendly. Some of the staff Did not seem to be very motivated though. The facility is showing signs of where and there seems to be deferred maintenance that has occurred. It makes me concerned that if obvious things that are needing to be addressed are being missed then what else is being missed. My four year-old grandchild ended up getting his head stuck between the slats of the fence by the jump blimp activity. It wasn't until after I took a look that I realized that the slats are quite wide and are an accident waiting to happen. I'm wondering if there's a county code that Should be followed for this. Especially for how many young kids are running around this place. We were interested in the breakfast here. It took us a while to figure out that three flats and two sticks is pancakes and bacon. When I finally did go to the restaurant, they were serving what looked to be some pretty awesome biscuits and gravy. I asked a couple who were having that for breakfast how they raided it And they gave it a 10 out of 10. I love biscuits and gravy and if I would've been clued in that this was available. I would've been there the very first day and possibly the second day that we stayed. I understand that the vendor is not a KOA employee, but they are Using the same facilities so I'm lumping both of these two together. When I did look up the restaurants website it wasn't clear to me that all of the espresso flavor choices were at their seaside location and not at the KOA location. I was very bummed because I wanted a vanilla latte this morning. I did get a very good cup of coffee though so I guess there's that.
