I tried a bite of their corn pancake special, which was also very good, not overly sweet, and paired well with the mango salsa; and my mom had their Angel food cake French toast with berries and melba sauce, which she enjoyed very much. They also have a number of different mimosa selections. I had a pineapple mimosa the first time and a passionfruit one the second and both were equally delicious and again, not overly sweet. It gets very busy on the weekends but whenever we have had to wait, it was never longer than ten minutes.
