Worth the wait! Please do not let the line force you to go elsewhere. Great food, huge portions and awesome hawaiian hospitality. Easy beach access. Sorry no photos, food smelled so good we ate before we had the chance to capture.

We arrived at 8:20am and waited close to an hour for a table. We are so glad we decided to stick it out - it was well worth the wait and the views aren't bad while you wait either. Great whale watching time. We ordered the combo Mac nut pancakes which came with a mountain of homemade whipped cream, Mac nuts, banana, and pineapple. The pineapple was underwhelming and stringy / not super flavorful. But, everything else was phenomenal - so fluffy pancake, creamy caramelized tasting whipped cream, plenty of Mac nuts - just WOW. We also got a side oder of corned beef hash which was fresh and hot, along with the country potatoes which were ok - tasted like the oil may have been a bit stale. This is a no frills, fast friendly service spot, with great food and great views.

Had the chance to eat at The Gazebo in Lahaina during peak spring break--and yes, the wait was real (about 2 hours, even getting there 30 minutes before opening). But honestly, it was still worth it. The ambiance is exactly what you hope for in Maui--relaxed, oceanfront, and just a great place to slow down and enjoy the moment. The food absolutely delivers, from start to finish, and you can tell they've been doing it right for a long time. What really stood out was the service. When your server has been there for 30+ years, that tells you everything you need to know. That kind of experience and pride shows in how they treat you--genuine, warm, and dialed-in. Bottom line: expect a wait during busy times, but if you're patient, you'll be rewarded with great food, incredible hospitality, and one of those classic Maui dining experiences that sticks with you.

The menu is NOT on their website. And you can't order for pick up until 8am.

Great food. big portions. totally shareable. Got the mac banana pancakes with coconut whipped cream on top . Got great service. Do not let the long line turn you off. It's worth the wait. We waited only 30". It's not that bad. They provide umbrellas if it's hot or rainy. The view is great.

Amazing place to eat with amazing pancakes! I recommend the mac just like it's recommended. I also had the Monte Cristo which is a good warm sandwich but I'd still lean on pancakes. Other than that there is typically a line in the sun, but there are tide pools and ocean front just in front. Highly recommend on the itinerary for Maui.

Popular breakfast spot with beach views. We read other reviews that recommended arriving here earlier than the 7:30am opening time. We arrived at 7am and it was 35 minute wait after opening. The line moved slowly because there's limited seating and people don't rush but it's a vacation vibe, so what do you expect. We ordered the combo pancakes and the half order of fried rice. The half order portion was huge - I still had leftovers after the meal. Cash and credit cards accepted but it's more expensive to use credit cards. The view of the water was great and our waitress was efficient. Everyone was chilling and assuming that you're not in a rush, it is a good place to stop by.

We were staying within walking distance to the Gazebo, from all our research for this trip a must visit for breakfast. While there is usually a line to get in, I figured because it was rainy we would get right in. I was wrong, there was still a line. The Gazebo had large umbrellas you could use, the line is outside. The damp morning brought a beautiful rainbow over the water. About 50 minutes later we were in. There was a line the entire time we were there. The pancakes are the thing, and also it turns out, fried rice. Under their Specialties, I ordered White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, two fluffy pancakes topped with those items plus a generous topping of whipped cream. While it was wonderful without syrup, I did eventually try their white super sweet coconut syrup. Another in our group got for the table a full order of their Egg Fried Rice, and it was a mountain of food on a large plate. The savory rice really helped balance the sweet of the pancakes. The rice had a ton of different ingredients. Once ordered the food took less than 10 minutes. This open air spot overlooking the water was a fantastic start to the day.

All around amazing. The banana macadamia nut pancakes order comes with two perfectly cooked pancakes topped with a mountain of whip cream. I added their coconut syrup that is made locally and completely elevated the dish! My husband and I split the order and our waitress so kindly served it on two plates for us. We also ordered the fried rice to share - it was more than enough ! Could have done with the 1/2 order however, it was nice to have left overs for later. The fried rice was delicious and the perfect salty compliment to the sweet pancakes. In regard to the wait, we showed up about 30 min early and were able to be sat right away. The servers were all so kind and upon ordering had our food out to us within 15 minutes. Although there may be a wait if you do not get there early enough, it's not too bad as you are waiting right by the beach and can enjoy some beautiful views! Also, the wait is totally worth it, I would have waited an hour plus to get my hands on those pancakes. Totally worth the wait!

Had breakfast with my girlfriend at the gazebo. Food was good, service was great, location is amazing, right on the water. Great place for breakfast, long lines but well worth the wait. Prices are reasonable.

The Gazebo is one of those places you have to try to experience Maui. The food is unique, the setting is beautiful and the service compliments the experience. She had the Macadamia Nut pancakes and they are outstanding! The whipped topping, the macadamia nut infused pancake, topped with house made coconut syrup, you couldn't ask for more! It's an experience in itself! I got the massive serving of Fried Rice and it was onolicious! I'll also be eating for a while, since we brought the leftovers with us. At any rate, it's a must try to experience Maui Upcountry! You won't be disappointed and you'll probably come back!

We got there before opening but I guess that wasn't soon enough! Even on a Wednesday morning there was a line! I think we were seated about 30 mins after opening, so like the second wave of customers. They just have the food cooking in the kitchen so that basically within 5 mins of ordering you get your breakfast! The Mac nut pancakes were perfect. My husbands scramble was great. I was sad there was no pineapple available but that seems to be a Maui problem right now. We will come back anytime we're in Maui! Great service, beautiful location!! We spotted a whale!!

Yes this place deserves to be a top breakfast spot in Maui. Everything tasted super fresh and high quality. Pancakes were the perfect blend of sweet and savory. Not sure if it's worth an hour wait though which you probably will have to do.

Tired the fried rice made with ham, bits of bacon and Portuguese sausage, onions, red cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers. Topped with eggs and green onions. It's good portion for $22 (full size)/$15 (half) especially considering it's in a tourist area. But you can def get better fried rice at that cost. Service was nice. Watch out for birds that might attack your food tho... Update: Be sure to double check your order and receipt... My order was wrong during the restaurant and they fixed it on the spot, but upon reviewing the receipt at home they charged an extra drink so there was still a mistake...

While I adore and often cook a lot of Asian food I'm not such a fan of Filipino food yet around it more than any other food with family. Bad choice. After driving there from Lahaina for lunch, this dish was unavailable?? Even yelpers rave about it! So we ordered the pork belly and wanted chow fun but they only have the chicken variety? So there is a reason why the Asian restaurants we usually dine at make beef chow fun. The chicken version was bland and wanting for something else to complete it! But surely edible and nicely cooked noodles. The pork belly was ok but not slap your momma I'll go back for that good. The Mac salad was awful compared to much more affordable plate lunch places. It was flavorless, overcooked pasta, and a gritty texture! Weirdly the chairs there at the tables are low and you feel like you are at the children's table at Thanksgiving. So much so that us and two other groups including the ones that moved after ordering to our vacated table moved from the regular tables to the ones at the window with a bench on one side. We had fun joking with our replacements about that! So for the most part here it appears to be tourist clientele and not many Filipinos but my wife. I think that these exceptionally high prices for basic dishes and burgers (she asked why would people go to a Filipino restaurant and order a burger) are why not many locals eat here. And frankly most aunties make better Filipino food better at home. Glad we tried but not again. Checked off of our try try list. They didn't even have a signature dish available that we went particularly to get.

I always make a point to stop by when I'm in Maui, and if I'm not there, I ask my sister to bring me back beans when she visits. I was genuinely excited to visit in person this time, pick some up, and some to give as gifts. Unfortunately, the service completely missed the mark. I stood at the register for quite a while while one employee was grinding beans and another was stocking milk, and neither acknowledged me. The employee grinding beans saw me, then turned back to her work without saying anything. Another made direct eye contact and walked away. No greeting, no "we'll be right with you," nothing. As someone with a background in hospitality, I know how much small moments of service matter. A simple acknowledgment would have made all the difference.
