Taro and ulu burger with fries
    Sharon H.

Still one of the best places for a delicious meal! Brought friends here who chose the Sistah's taro and ulu burger that was topped with peppery radish sprouts, a lush tomato slice and a face-sized piece of lettuce. They opted for cheese as well and I had a creamy buttery avo slice. Needless to say, rhapsody ensued. Sighs of deep pleasure as our palates were treated to the avalanche of flavors and textures. Of course, we had the fries! Golden cooked to perfection. Our fourth dining companion had the papaya starter followed by the bao buns filled with a savory sweet pork filling. Served like a taco, it was a treat for the eyes! So glad I could come back!

Very nice space - bright, open and lots of light. There is also outdoor seating also. Staff was very friendly but our waitress didn't really expand on the menu. Just took the order and didn't make any suggestions. It was okay though however now we know for next time. Pricing is a little higher than other local eateries but for the ambiance and seasonal dishes, it makes sense. Now for the food. The Loco Moco was amazing. My husband requested regular rice and the hamburger that covered the rice...covered the whole rice. Not just the top but all the way tonight the edge of the rice. Every mouthful mmmmmm. The "brown gravy" was a mushroom demi-glace and the flavor was deep and so so flavorful. The bubble waffle was also delicious although next time I'll probably get the one with fruit Overall excellent restaurant. It was a random suggestion from my BIL after we turned onto Market Street in Wailuku.

Really enjoyed SixtyTwo Marcket! The people are really nice and helpful, and the food was great! We got the watermelon caprese salad, the fried chicken sandwich and the fish tacos. The chicken sandwiches was huuuuge! Haha the salad was really good, love how fresh it was with the watermelon and we loved the fish tacos! We got it with their special salsa and it was damn good! Probably our favorite fish tacos we've had while visiting Maui

Oahu local island hopping to Maui and found this cute breakfast spot! Food and service was great and would definitely come back. Came on a Thursday morning with 3 people around 10a and got sat right away. I ordered the loco moco- hamburger was season and cooked well with the spam fried rice upgrade. My friend ordered the pineapple Mac nut pancakes which were also really yummy. Boyfriend had the crab cake Benedict's- crab cakes were so good and we enjoyed the corn bread it was on. Parking is all street parking but there seemed to be a lot in the area.

One of my favorite Brunch spot on island hands down! Anything on the menu doesn't disappoint! Chef Marc and his team give exceptional service while spotlighting their restaurant with delicious local ingredients. With his restaurant being situated on 62 Market Street, he also rotates his menu every 62 days according to the season so you get the best of what Maui has to offer. I always start off with their Freshly brewed Iced Tea which was Mango Lemongrass. My friend got the Soup of the Day which was a delicious combination of carrot, ginger, turmeric and coconut milk topped with a little crostini and micro greens. Our table had a variety of food. I LOVE their Quiche of the Day which was a Turkey Pot Pie that had fresh carrot, onion, mushroom and turkey in this soft custard egg and flaky crust with fresh fruit and House Potatoes. My friend always enjoys their Maui Cattle Loco Moco on top white rice and a Wild Mushroom Demi Glaze, a go to Hawaiian staple. The table also got the Signature Crab Cake Eggs Benedict that had a cornbread, bacon, poached eggs and a Lemon Truffle Hollandaise sauce. We all shared the Sweet Crepes which was Tiramisu. A perfect balance of sweetness! I always leave the restaurant feeling a "good, healthy" kind of full knowing all the food I ate was tasty and yet nourishing. Make sure to visit this Wailuku gem when you visit Maui!

Extra crispy bacon, eggs and rice

This is a great place for breakfast, brunch, lunch. One of my top 10 places to get amazing food. I would gate keep this place but want to make sure this place gets the recognition it deserves. They accommodate small and larger group with reservations. Parking in back or on the street. I would recommend the loco moco, all the breakfast actually. You can never go wrong with the specials. So here is the deal, they change up their menu every 62 days, a unique style to keep you coming back. The portions are big on most of the items so order several items and share. You won't go home hungry! Marc is a great chef! This time I came for breakfast and got the savory crepes. My friends ordered bacon, rice, eggs with toast and the quiche of the day. There were no leftovers, it was that good!

Somehow, not all my pics made it on my first review! So here it is... The food was simply divine! Fresh ingredients! Great service! Great location! The vibe is chill and relaxing! Can't wait to be back in Mauí again!

Small local gem that's open until 2PM! What makes it extra cool is that their menu changes every 62 days, so there's always something new to try. I ordered the Loco Moco with spam fried rice & hello... DELISH!! The spam was crispy, the meat was tender, & the sauce? Chef's kiss.Definitely a must-try! We also got: Chicken sandwich - a little dry, but nothing a little sauce couldn't fix Braised short rib Benedict - loved this one, especially with the cornbread base instead of a biscuit. Genius. Cheddar biscuit breakfast sandwich - super filling, but didn't stand out much Taro burger - such a fun vegetarian option! Unique flavor, high protein, no meat needed Papaya yogurt granola bowl - refreshing and light, a perfect shareable starter The spot has great vibes and is perfect for starting your day. Can't wait to come back and try their next seasonal menu!

This is a very consistent restaurant with good food and friendly service. There's local artwork on the walls and the place is always inviting . My partner had the quiche with a fruit salad and it was really tasty I had mango and blueberries and strawberries on the side. I had the rainbow poke bowl, which was a combination ahi beets, quinoa, sunflower, sprouts, which is a signature of theirs. The servers were helped by the owner who acted as the food runner today. I got an opportunity to say hello to him. His name is Mark and I told him we have been coming there for years and really enjoyed it.

This place is so cute. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They did seem busy for a weekday. We had to wait a bit for our food. Food was great! The stuffed French toast was delicious. A perfect amount of coconut taste. I would have liked a little more of the caramelized pineapple on top as I only got 3 little pieces. Sandwich was filling. Coleslaw had a strong vinegary taste. French fries had the perfect amount of crunch.

    Sweet crepe, beautifully plated

I love the concept of this place! The menu changes every 62 days to keep with seasonal offerings of local farms. So very cool and it keeps you wanting to come back to either have something amazing you had again before it leaves the menu or to try something new each time the menu changes. I highly recommend making an online reservation as it gets really busy. Our server the other day was fantastic. Although super busy, she made stops for refills and check ins at regular intervals. Food was beautifully plated and delicious. The only thing we wanted was some cream or something in the middle of the sweet crepe. Otherwise, we're huge fans and love supporting this Wailuku gem.

Came to this cute local brunch spot after a friend's recommendation. I never really eat brunch as I'm more of a lunch person but there were alot of unique menu items so I wanted to give this place a try. There was a short wait when we arrived at 10am but we didn't wait too long. The chef hand also delivered our plates to us which I thought was unique! My favorite was the Maui cattle loco moco, the sauce was so savory and flavorful. The waffle and crab Benedict were also delicious as well. Must visit spot for a casual brunch with family or friends!

    Ube mochi
    Tiff M.

This might be the best ube mochi pancake I've ever had! The outside layer is crispy and the inside is delightfully fluffy and chewy. The coconut syrup wasn't too sweet. Arrived at 11:30 on a Sunday and had to wait a while before seated. The food came out around 12:30. Also tried the loco moco, solid!

The best Loco Moco on the island.

I got the smoked salmon bagel and my boyfriend got the breakfast sandwich, and we both really enjoyed them! We also split the bubble waffle. We ended up eating it cold, but I'd definitely recommend eating it fresh/hot. The real star of the show was the Maui Melt panini I got when I came back a second time. LOVED IT. Easily my favorite thing I've tried here so far. I also got one of their specialty lattes with cold foam and asked for it less sweet. It was delicious! The barista was also super sweet and friendly. I sat inside at one of the corner tables and there was an outlet right next to me to plug in my laptop, plus WiFi, which was really nice since I wanted to get some work done. They also have outdoor seating if you'd rather enjoy the weather. Cute spot, great food and coffee, friendly service, and a good place to hang out or work for a bit. Definitely coming back!

I was already doing the math and thinking , "Eh, we might be here awhile." But nah, good timing. People were finishing up, bussing tables, and bam, maybe 20-30 minutes tops. Not bad at all. While we was waiting, they come out with waffle samples for everyone in line. I mean... who does that? That's how you keep people from getting all hangry. Instant good vibes, the whole line outside was just smiling and waiting patiently. Finally get seated and both the hostess and waitress were super nice--real friendly, no rush, no attitude. In the front they had mushroom soup on the specials board, so we figured we go sample um. I had them bring a cup of soup out to start along with my wife's coffee. Gotta be honest--when I dipped my spoon in, I was already judging. Looked kinda thin, not creamy like other mushroom soups I've had. I was thinking, "Ahh here we go." Took one spoonful and immediately had to humble myself. That soup was money. Like, stop-talking-and-just-eat. My wife tried it and confirmed that this soup was "winnahs" . Deep mushroom flavor with the right amount of seasoning. It also came with a little piece of focaccia toast which I would have really enjoyed but had to take my wife's word for it since she ate um all . Should've ordered the bowl. Rookie mistake. For my main, I went with the original eggs Benedict. Portions were a little on the small side, but with the roasted potatoes, I was good. Didn't leave hungry, didn't need to loosen the belt--perfect middle ground. My wife got the strawberry waffles and yeah... those were legit. She's not a syrup person, so she asked for more whipped cream. The waitress comes back with a little mountain of whipped cream in the little silver ramekin. All in all, solid spot. Friendly people, ono food, and little touches that make you feel taken care of. We will be heading to Cafe Kaila again to try some other stuff like the "chicken and waffles", and next time, I'm not playing around with the soup. Bowl, Garans.

We've been coming here for years and I've always enjoyed my experiences here, but last night I had a dish that compelled me to write a review. The oxtail soup which is listed as a favorite is a dish I've been eyeing for a while, but it's usually been too warm for me to crave it. But last night was the night. I'm getting over a cold and it's been raining off and on for weeks. The bowl arrived at the table with a plate underneath - smart move because it takes some work to eat oxtail soup. Armed with my fork and spoon, I went at it. The first taste floored me. It was perfectly seasoned and I could taste the fresh ginger, the broth was a beautiful brown color, there was plenty of napa cabbage and it came with a dish of a scoop of glossy steamed rice and steamed carrots, zucchini and broccoli. Our waitress offered to bring over condiments so I went for the soy sauce - sprinkled on the rice and veggies, I noticed that the veggies might have had a little sesame oil flavor on them so that made me happy. A spoonful of rice dunked into the broth with some of the tender fall of the bone oxtail meat, and a little crunch of the napa cabbage and I was in absolute heaven. I tasted my husband's pork adobo and that was equally as delicious as always. But that soup - that's what really did it for me last night and stays with me today. I walked out of Tante's with a swollen and happy belly and a fresh, tiny piece of ginger stuck between my teeth...a treat for later.
