Amazing food with great presentation. Would love to go back and try the tex breakfast tacos. This visit I wanted something light in the morning.
This cute food truck is in South Maui Garden and serves some good breakfast dishes with clean ingredients. They use beef tallow instead of seed oils, local food sources and no processed foods. We tried morning bloom and Maui moco. Morning bloom was decent and I could tell they used clean ingredients. Maui moco was delicious. The patty was probably one of the best I've even had. Just a short line when we got there so service was fast. They are plenty of tables for diners but watch out for the chickens!
I was craving some greens and saw that Bacon and Blossom food truck sold salads. I went for the Blossom Salad (delicious - 4.75/5). It was fresh mixed greens with onions, mac nut crumble and lilikoi dressing. Hit the spot. Will be back.
Came for our first breakfast of our trip. Water n bake. Early blossom with bacon Plus OJ $46 OTD. Very good burritos and big . We should have split one. Parking was tough, on a weekday. Not much street parking. And from across the lot, there are signs for the retail stores only . So wouldn't be comfortable parking across. Good, but not enough to return during our trip.
Got their loco moco, which was pretty mid. Rice was a tad bit too soggy with a little too much of it, and not enough gravy! Definitely needed more gravy for the rice to gravy ratio. This food truck was in a neat spot, and would consider coming back again... but maybe try the papaya glow bowl next time.
The sunrise oats are delish! The oats aren't super sweet but the fresh fruit and coconut whip add a lovely sweetness and texture. The breakfast sandwich was good but the bread was a little bit soggy.
I was interested in this place since I heard they are mindful of using clean ingredients. The bacon was more greasy than I would expect normally. The service was fine. There was no line since we went at 9 am.

The chia pudding could be a bit more hydrated. Didnt order other savory food but it definitely looks shareable. Would come back for sure. The man who took the order mustve been the owner. Definitely mom and pops. Great place, atmosphere, and aloha.
Located in the South Maui Gardens, this place is a golden gem! I highly recommend the Aloha Stacks with butter and maple syrup. Something in the batter makes this truly delicious. The Chia Sundae was great for the morning where I wanted something fairly light. The Over the Rainbow waffle was good, but I would choose the pancakes over this, hands down. Pleasant staff, great customer service. Friendly chickens throughout. This is a great start to your morning!
There are so many choices of food trucks in Kihei but how many offer breakfast all day?! The menu is extensive and everything looks good! My friend and I split a breakfast burrito which is perfect if you want to get shave ice at a neighboring truck!
This was such a refreshing find in the already perfect Kihei Food Oasis, the not-to-be-missed food truck pod in South Maui Gardens. The ambiance is exceptional as the setting is lush, artfully decorated, provide live entertainment, maintains an abundance of well placed clean picnic tables and even lawn games in the evening. Bacon and Blossom was apparently a standout newcomer to the pod. The fresh ingredients, excellent presentation, impressive menu and friendly service was top notch. They take pride in non-seed oils, cooking with beef tallow and sourcing local seafood as well as grass fed beef. Their gluten-free options were amazingly extensive and wonderfully creative. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with everything from waffles, burritos, tacos, bowls , salads, sandwiches and homemade mac. I had the TropiKale Bliss Salad with grilled local blue marlin: finely shredded kale, pickled cabbage, shredded carrots, delicately sliced almonds, tart fresh pomegranate, dried cranberries, purple sweet potato, sliced onion, housemade crispy curried chickpeas with a side of maple-sesame vinaigrette. It was beautifully presented. So much so a passerby asked for the food truck and added "That looks really good!" as she promptly headed that way!
4 stars because the burger lacked some seasoning but still was a great bite with the bacon and grilled onions.
We came here for breakfast/brunch around 10AM! It is a food truck located in a food truck park that has tons of seating as well as other options. There is some street parking as well we had no issue. I got the Morning Bloom sandwich and added bacon to it. I saw some maybe outdated menus online that said it would be on sourdough that I didnt realize its on a brioche when I ordered it (oversight on my part) but it will still super good! They should consider bringing back the sour dough though cause that sounds delicious. My bf got the Wake N Bacon breakfast burrito which he enjoyed. The bacon they use is soo good. And then we shared the Papaya Glow Bowl which was gorgeous and very tasty. I recommend.
At the entrance to Kihei gardens, Bacon and Blossom serve up great breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. They even have a kids menu! Breakfast tacos used great tortillas and was very generous portion using high quality ingredients. I loved the moco loco made with great gravy and perfectly cooked eggs and beef patty. Service was very efficient and welcoming and it was obviously a local favorite because every other customer was great by name at the window! My only regret is not having enough time to repeat visit! read more
I thought this was an actual restaurant, when we got there it was actually a lot with a bunch of other food trucks too! The tables were kind of first come first serve type of thing. But it felt nice to sit out side, cause it was hot but the wind kept it nice and cool. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the chickens lol but that's just a Hawaii thing. Anyway back to the food, we got overnight oats and a burger And both things were sooo good! The oatmeal was super filling, it had coconut cream on top with chia seeds honey drizzled on top. The burger was pretty good too. It was pretty big, and it came with fries. We also got the drink of the day which was lemonade with blueberries I believe. Honestly soo good! And it wasn't too overly expensive. read more

Tucked in the far end of the South Maui Garden, alongside a variety of other food trucks, we stumbled upon it during a lovely walk. We wanted something light and sweet in the summer sun, and the Papaya Glow Bowl was exactly what we needed. Deliciously sweet, but still healthy! Love a good, clean eats. The cream is especially unique, we'd never had anything like it! I really appreciated that they cut the bottom of the rind -- so that the papaya sat well, and made it easier to eat. We demolished it in minutes. :) Only thing I would say is, be prepared to wait a LONG time. We were there on a Sunday morning, and it took about 45+ minutes to wait in line and get food. But the environment and food were lovely! read more

Located at the oasis the truck has a simple clean minimal look. The service was alright and the food came out pretty quick. I got a loco moco and the presentation is good. It terms of the dish itself the gravy was gelatinous which I didn't expect and wasn't too keen on the flavor either. The egg was a big more done then preferred. And the beef patty was dry and lacking in terms of flavor. read more

First time in Maui, and first time eating at bacon and blossom, all i can say is that the food was delicious. My fiancee and I were greeted very kindly by the cashier and overall our experience was 10/10. We even went back more than once! Definitely a place we will be going back to once we visit Maui again. read more

I got their vegetarian breakfast sandwich. Was pretty good but nothing special. Very kind staff. Super fluffy big eggs, kind of covered the fact there wasn't much avocado. They could've spared more than one small slice of tomato in my opinion as well. Overall good flavors read more

This is a food truck at the South Maui Garden. I got the papaya paradise salad, which consisted of arugula, onions, papaya, candied macadamia, avocado, and feta cheese. I added grilled fish for an extra cost. The service was friendly, and they were nice to put the feta cheese and dressing on the side as requested. The salad was plated nicely, and the papaya and candied macadamia added a unique touch to the salad. The fish was dry and wasn't very tasty. The papaya viniagrette wasn't that great either - it was quite bitter. Price was on the higher side for around $30 for the salad with added protein. read more

Location was very nice and the ambiance was calm. Every person working here was very kind and friendly. I had the papaya and it was so refreshing. I recommend having a nice morning breakfast here! Also all the chickens running around were adorable! read more

Good breakfast burritos but I wouldn't say great. The bacon is just very soft and not crispy. But the flavor was good. Also, the salsa was delicious and I'm from Texas so I've had some good salsa and breakfast burritos. read more

I can only rate this place in their breakfast tacos which were really great. Fresh cooked eggs, guac, salsa and a boat load of chopped bacon. They even took the time to grill the corn tortillas which a lot of places miss. They were ready pretty quickly and the girl at the window was nice. It is located in the food truck park at the nursery so there are lots of plants around which makes for a nice setting. read more

LOVE bacon and blossom!!! i've come here twice now since they've opened and oh my gosh!! grass fed, locally sourced, no seed oils, quality ingredients and it shows!!! we got the burger, mahi sandwich, and kale caesar and wooooweswzzaaa!!! the burger is seriously one of the best i've had!! blue cheese and a homemade bacon caramelized jam!! and arugula!!! everything pairs together so well the kale caesar was amazing the only think i would tweak was i added chicken and i wish it was hot rather than cold but other than that it's good! mahi sandwich was amazing aswell i can't wait to try more from their menu!! read more

Got to try Bacon and Blossom during our last stay in Kihei and it was incredible! The pancakes with lilikoi butter were truly a culinary highlight of the trip - I ate them three days in a row and can easily say I've never had better pancakes!! My wife loved her sunrise oats as well. Service was spectacular - we'll definitely be coming back next time we're on Maui! read more

Selecting a Breakfast spot on Maui in Kihei can be a challenging task. You're only here for a few days, and you'd like to help the locals. Here is a great option. Hearty breakfast for the big morning eaters and natural eats for the light morning nibblers. Next time I'm going for the breakfast tacos. Enjoy. I'm sure you will. read more

The papaya bowl thing was okay, definitely wasn't terrible but it wasn't the best thing ever. On the other hand, the wake n bacon burrito was a 10/10 so good. My bf got one and I took a bite then had to buy my own. read more
