    Bacon me crazy
    Trevor M.

4 stars because the burger lacked some seasoning but still was a great bite with the bacon and grilled onions.

    Breakfast burrito
    Ambre M.

Good breakfast burritos but I wouldn't say great. The bacon is just very soft and not crispy. But the flavor was good. Also, the salsa was delicious and I'm from Texas so I've had some good salsa and breakfast burritos.

Bacon breakfast sandwich and the sunrise oats

The sunrise oats are delish! The oats aren't super sweet but the fresh fruit and coconut whip add a lovely sweetness and texture. The breakfast sandwich was good but the bread was a little bit soggy.

    Loco moco

Got their loco moco, which was pretty mid. Rice was a tad bit too soggy with a little too much of it, and not enough gravy! Definitely needed more gravy for the rice to gravy ratio. This food truck was in a neat spot, and would consider coming back again... but maybe try the papaya glow bowl next time.

Breakfast tacos. The Açaí bowl was from another place next to this location. Also good.

I can only rate this place in their breakfast tacos which were really great. Fresh cooked eggs, guac, salsa and a boat load of chopped bacon. They even took the time to grill the corn tortillas which a lot of places miss. They were ready pretty quickly and the girl at the window was nice. It is located in the food truck park at the nursery so there are lots of plants around which makes for a nice setting.

Located in the South Maui Gardens, this place is a golden gem! I highly recommend the Aloha Stacks with butter and maple syrup. Something in the batter makes this truly delicious. The Chia Sundae was great for the morning where I wanted something fairly light. The Over the Rainbow waffle was good, but I would choose the pancakes over this, hands down. Pleasant staff, great customer service. Friendly chickens throughout. This is a great start to your morning!

    Papaya glow bowl

Great! Located in south maui garden food truck. This use to be tim horton's. The one without donuts Parking on street and outside of fence. Ordered the papaya glow bowl, it was pretty good! The chia pudding could be a bit more hydrated. Didnt order other savory food but it definitely looks shareable. Would come back for sure. The man who took the order mustve been the owner. Definitely mom and pops. Great place, atmosphere, and aloha.

This was such a refreshing find in the already perfect Kihei Food Oasis, the not-to-be-missed food truck pod in South Maui Gardens. The ambiance is exceptional as the setting is lush, artfully decorated, provide live entertainment, maintains an abundance of well placed clean picnic tables and even lawn games in the evening. Bacon and Blossom was apparently a standout newcomer to the pod. The fresh ingredients, excellent presentation, impressive menu and friendly service was top notch. They take pride in non-seed oils, cooking with beef tallow and sourcing local seafood as well as grass fed beef. Their gluten-free options were amazingly extensive and wonderfully creative. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with everything from waffles, burritos, tacos, bowls , salads, sandwiches and homemade mac. I had the TropiKale Bliss Salad with grilled local blue marlin: finely shredded kale, pickled cabbage, shredded carrots, delicately sliced almonds, tart fresh pomegranate, dried cranberries, purple sweet potato, sliced onion, housemade crispy curried chickpeas with a side of maple-sesame vinaigrette. It was beautifully presented. So much so a passerby asked for the food truck and added "That looks really good!" as she promptly headed that way!

Located at the oasis the truck has a simple clean minimal look. The service was alright and the food came out pretty quick. I got a loco moco and the presentation is good. It terms of the dish itself the gravy was gelatinous which I didn't expect and wasn't too keen on the flavor either. The egg was a big more done then preferred. And the beef patty was dry and lacking in terms of flavor.

    morning bloom with bacon added

We came here for breakfast/brunch around 10AM! It is a food truck located in a food truck park that has tons of seating as well as other options. There is some street parking as well we had no issue. I got the Morning Bloom sandwich and added bacon to it. I saw some maybe outdated menus online that said it would be on sourdough that I didnt realize its on a brioche when I ordered it (oversight on my part) but it will still super good! They should consider bringing back the sour dough though cause that sounds delicious. My bf got the Wake N Bacon breakfast burrito which he enjoyed. The bacon they use is soo good. And then we shared the Papaya Glow Bowl which was gorgeous and very tasty. I recommend.

I got their vegetarian breakfast sandwich. Was pretty good but nothing special. Very kind staff. Super fluffy big eggs, kind of covered the fact there wasn't much avocado. They could've spared more than one small slice of tomato in my opinion as well. Overall good flavors

Papaya paradise salad with added fish
    Jennifer H.

This is a food truck at the South Maui Garden. I got the papaya paradise salad, which consisted of arugula, onions, papaya, candied macadamia, avocado, and feta cheese. I added grilled fish for an extra cost. The service was friendly, and they were nice to put the feta cheese and dressing on the side as requested. The salad was plated nicely, and the papaya and candied macadamia added a unique touch to the salad. The fish was dry and wasn't very tasty. The papaya viniagrette wasn't that great either - it was quite bitter. Price was on the higher side for around $30 for the salad with added protein.

Bacon and blossom is my favorite breakfast spot in Maui! Located in a sweet little food truck pod filled with delicious wares, it serves up amazing food and remarkable service. Ask about the secret menu item the ELVIS SANDWICH. Tell them Star Lord sent you

I called and asked them for directions and they actually guided us. They were also really patient in explaining the menu to us and explaining the different types of fish and what not. Really glad we were patient and actually came here! Such a lovely aesthetic to the whole area and the food. Oh my goodness!!! The burst of flavor in everything was phenomenal! Such unique combinations and everything was so fresh and cooked so well and just mind blowing! Husband and I kept saying how we should have just gone there multiple times for food! Mahi Mahi Bento bowl with Ono instead. (It has Crispy Sushi Rice / Black Garlic / Market Vegetables) I really have no words to see how good this combination was! I was actually a little full going into dinner but ended up actually wiping this whole plate clean! The food was that good! Husband got the Roasted Organic Chicken With Coconut with Coconut Carrot Curry and Roasted Vegetables. Very different vibe from my item but also really delicious. Heat thoroughly enjoyed this one! The chicken was perfectly cooked and the carrot coconut curry combination with the vegetables and the chicken was lovely. He kept some leftovers for the next day because the chicken portion size was quite huge and we enjoyed it even the next day! Seaweed salad was also delicious! Super fresh and tasty!

I'm not sure I've had, or will have, a better meal on Maui. It was named one of the top local spots last year, and that recognition feels completely deserved. Set at the far end of South Maui Gardens, the outdoor seating gives it a relaxed but special ambiance. For our 30th anniversary, my wife and I shared the smoked tomahawk steak family-style, along with black garlic roasted rice, pickled carrots and onions, and a roasted vegetable medley with a beautiful spice mix. Every bite was outstanding -- perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and clearly crafted with intention. We finished with the lilikoi meringue pie, which was just as impressive and a perfect way to end the meal. Maui has some incredible dining experiences, and Kitoko stands comfortably among the very best -- food truck or not. If you're looking for a truly memorable dinner on the island, don't miss this one.

The truck itself is fun, painted with bright tropical colors and scenes, and they seem to be known for their loaded tots and bao buns. I placed my order on the touchscreen outside and then sat down to wait for my food. For lunch on this day I went with the buffalo chicken tots and the Island Piggy bao. The menu described the bao as kalua pork, BBQ sauce, tropical salsa, and pickled red onions. The buffalo chicken tots were described as buttermilk fried chicken, buffalo sauce, jack cheddar cheese, house made pickles, and ranch dressing. It took less than 10 minutes for my food to be ready and I sat down at one of the shaded picnic tables. When I opened everything up it all looked good, but I did notice that the tots were missing the house made pickles. I started with the bao and thought it was pretty good. The kalua pork was super juicy and the bao bun was light and fluffy while still holding together well. The pickled onions added a nice acidity and the tropical salsa brought good flavor. The only thing I did not notice much was the BBQ sauce. After that I dug into the tots. The tots themselves were cooked nicely with a crispy outside and soft inside. The chicken was good as well with a nice batter and the buffalo sauce added flavor while the cheese was gooey. The only thing worth noting is that the chicken was softer than expected and not very crispy. It worked since I did have the texture from the crispy tots, but it stood out. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I would probably not order both a bao and tots again as it was a lot of food, but I would definitely come back for one or the other.

Not like a garden you walk through with different plants and flowers. They have lots of things, though. There was a yoga session happening in the middle lawn area. There are also different businesses in the buildings, like a spa and a salon. There are different small vendors with their booths and several food trucks; although, some were not open in the morning and the Thai food truck had all their items sold out on their menu already. The prices were even more pricier than the food trucks at Maui Food Trucks. One vendor had hand crafted desserts for $20/piece! I admired from afar, haha. Everything is advertised as "farm to table" maybe justifying their prices. We shared an acai bowl and it was mid. The the peanut butter was just scraped on the side of the bowl. Our typical acai bowls at least put the peanut/almond butter in the middle like any other topping so you can get an even bite with everything. But the dallop of peanut butter just on the side, it was like we ordered peanut butter on the side of our acai bowl. It was weird. I bet it's more alive at night with more food trucks open and live music. We came and saw and didn't come back. I can see how it can be great for families with toddlers running around, giving them a safe space to burn their energy. Until then, this probably won't be the top of our list.
