I placed a take out breakfast order at Everything Bagel, and feel like all the employees need a 10 minute meditation and a hug. The employee who took the order by phone had a very grumpy tone and seemed annoyed. Upon arrival, it took 10 minutes before anyone asked to assist us. When ringing up the order, the total was double what it should have been. When the employee checked, another staff member had entered items into the register, then walked away without voiding them. She was very apologetic and corrected the error. Despite the service issues, our food was delicious. I enjoyed the Avocado Toast #2 which was a generous portion and perfectly prepared. Our breakfast sandwiches were also prepared to our expectations. Overall, the food is good, but the previous reviews about the service are accurate. read more

Outstanding empanadas! The everything bagel looks so fresh and delicious but I didn't try it this time. Service is excellent! Very friendly and super helpful! Waited 20 min for a sandwich which was missing the one ingredient I specially said twice. Went back to ask for it on the side - cashier ignored me - she could have simply yelled it out to someone. Finally I get someone else to get it and I said something to the cashier. The rude man goes "well you got it now don't you?" Continued to yell out "have a nice day" as I walked out. Yeah I got it guy - NEVER COMING BACK FOR ANYTHING. Customer service is multi faceted - it's not just is the sandwich right - it's about recovery when you get it wrong. You cannot treat people like they are lucky to come into your establishment. There are tons of delis and bagel places. I love the Everything Bagel. The service is excellent and the line moves fast. I had an egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and even though there was an ungodly amount of cream cheese, it was delicious. I also loved the iced coffee and the raspberry crumb cake. read more

The people that work here all have a serious attitude problem. I've been here over a dozen time and I've never had a pleasant experience. When you order over the phone they even more rude. The employees that work there do not respect their customers. Today's experience was just like the other times. One of the employees started having temper tantrums, kicking things and treating her colleagues no better than they treat their customers. It is a toxic work environment for a relatively low stress job. None of them seem like they want to be there! This being said the food is decent. 6/10. Good Job! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced and somehow it's consistent every single time. The workers are unbelievably rude, miserable, and act like customers are a personal inconvenience rather than the reason they have a job. Today I ordered a plain bagel with absolutely nothing on it. No spreading, no slicing, no toasting, literally just put the bagel in a bag. Somehow that request sent the worker into a full-blown meltdown. They were slamming things around, kicking items, and throwing a fit like they were being asked to perform open-heart surgery instead of handing over bread. The attitude was beyond unnecessary. Rolling eyes, huffing, stomping all over the simplest order imaginable. If putting a bagel in a bag is too much to handle, maybe customer service isn't the right line of work. The constant hostility, nasty attitudes, and straight-up disrespect make this place not worth it at all. There are plenty of bagel shops that don't make you feel like garbage for ordering food. This place is so nice, super clean and a great aesthetic. It's often very busy. The place was a little packed so the servers were busy, but I still got my food on time. I had an egg and cheese sandwich on a low carb bagel. It was really good. I like how clean their coffee station is and how you can add milk and sugar/sweeteners yourself. read more

food used to be good when they first opened. now they have a bunch of little kids running the place. today I ordered a side of scrambled eggs and they served it to me in a cream cheese container? when they tried to give it to me the bottom of the plastic was all melted. I told them I didn't want it & the girl walked away and started making me an egg sandwich? I didn't ask for that & I didn't want any eggs at that point but they still charged me for the egg sandwich. when I asked for a refund they said "well we only charged you $4 for it." Once they ended up refunding me, the total went from $23 to $15. they also use the same gloves to cook your food then take your money. the hero we got was horrible. bagel was hard. i'd go to go to another bagel place. read more

This is my first time going here. I saw all the great reviews and all the videos on social media. When it was time for me to take my order the lady at the register started taking my order and then rudely interrupted me for another customer mid order to take their order. I then went to go pay and took my credit card out and she told me that we can only take cash. I find that kind of ridiculous as there was a credit card machine right in front of me not a good first experience don't think I will ever go again. read more

I have been to this place a few times before and loved the breakfast sandwiches they've made. I went today and I am a little upset because I ordered two sandwiches and they messed the order completely up. Didn't get half of the things I asked for on my sandwich. They gave me turkey instead of tuna and they even correctly repeated the order back to me over the phone. Just make sure you check your sandwiches before you leave the place. read more
