Great bagels, solid food, great service. Only issue is they run out of stuff very quickly.

Great bagel store, with over 20 different varieties... serving fantastic breakfast sandwiches, lunch specials and homemade desserts. Service is second to none, always friendly and smiling. Very clean store and parking lot on the side. Street parking as well. read more

If you're in the area you have to give this bagel shop a try. I have been here a few times and they have the best bialys I've ever had,so fresh and soft with just the right amount of onion bits on them and I can't forget the bagels which are also very good. Today I got there shrimp salad and it was very delicious the shrimp will cook just right with just the right amount of seasoning in them.they have a lot of people working behind the counter so the line moves very quickly. If you're lucky there's Street parking right in the front but if not there's parking lots on both sides of the building. read more

Great bagels! A little busy on Sunday morning but that's what you'd expect for a good bagel shop. They had plenty of staff so I was in and out really quickly. read more

I never written a review before but i feel like i half to. I Recieved an ice cold bacon egg and cheese and i asked for it to be warmed. after the owner microwaved it i took a bite and couldn't due to the macon being rubber. I then open it up and see a fing spit wad on my sandwhich. DO NOT COME HERE!!! read more

I love this deli everything that I've had was very good. The bagels are made on the premises, so if your timing is right, you can get a nice warm bagel. I'm not a fan of chunky chicken salad, but I'm willing to compromise because theirs is amazing. read more

BEST BAGELS around! Trust me, they are always fresh and taste great. I live in Melville but it's worth the drive.

Good service and tasty bagels....food always fresh and they have my favorite rye bagel

Excellent bagels. Great staff. However they don't change their gloves. Grabbing cash, change, and bagels. Scratching their face and arms. Real turn off. read more

9 dollars for a chopped ahhh gross over cooked eggs BEC. makes you wonder what this world has come to. you could get a 10x better BEC somewhere else for half the price. never coming back here again, actually never coming back to farmingdale again because this place is disgusting. also the lady on the phone has a nasty attitude. 0 sense of urgency among the staff. read more

Loved the hut, bagels hit the spot and they are quick. Definitely would recommend them

Best bagels around this area period!!! They have been around for years. Family run. Worth the wait in that line in Sunday morning!!

Unsanitary. They handle money/credit cards and then use their hands to touch the bagels. This has been witnessed by both myself and friends multiple times. Never again. read more

Best bagel you will ever have! They have tons of other breakfast and lunch options. Must get a coffee too! read more

A bagel store in Nassau county that I've never been to? I know I was just as surprised as you. And this place is a hidden (to me at least) gem. First off the ladies who run the place are friendly and efficient. Just looking at the salads, you'll know that the food is fresh. The bagels are well baked and plentiful even after the middle of the day. And they have terrific varieties as well. One thing that is unique, and a very refreshing thing: when you order a sandwich, they don't force you to have a side salad that you probably wouldn't have wanted; instead they let you take the bag of chips that you actually want with your sandwich. Great move folks! read more

As a delivery driver it is not acceptable to wait 15 minutes for an order. People were coming in and ordering sandwiches and leaving before me with my order. The staff totally ignores you while you are there. I make sure all my customers are aware that that the people in the store are more important than the people who already ordered and paid read more

Best bagels around . Can get crowded but it's worth it. Walkable from my house so very hard to get addicted.

Service was excellent As soon as i walked in I was asked for my order, in waiting at counter each and every person that passed me asked if i was being helped My order was a-little difficult but It came out as i wanted The place is always clean and the food is always good read more

Ordered in advance for a timed pickup and they decided to close before advertised. When I tried to open the door, one of the workers screamed that they were closed. Absolutely terrible service and not worth going to especially since there are so many bagel stores near by. read more

The bagels are great but unfortunately they constantly mess up orders. It's nice they give an opportunity for kids to work here, but today was the 3rd time I've had to go back there to resolve a wrong order. Make sure you check your bag before you leave or you will be going back there and they will not care as they're busy all the time read more

This by far is my favorite bagel store in Farmingdale. Usually on weekends there will be a longer line but what else can you expect for good quality bagels. If your order a bagel it is usually quick once you are in the front of the line. If you are ordering a breakfast sandwich, just be ready to wait but it does come with a free coffee or drink. Their whole wheat bagels are my favorite and yes they do have rainbow bagels. Always good costumer service. Street parking and parking lot parking are available. read more

I was visiting Farmingdale and chose Bagel Hut because even the bad reviews tend to start with "The bagels are great, but..." There's no "but" on that sentence for me though. I had a great experience and the bagels are fantastic. A strong candidate for the best everything bagels I've ever had. One of the owners welcomed me (I was visiting from out of town), asked how I heard of the place, and gave me a free cup of coffee. Plus there where two free bagels for every dozen. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to LI. read more

Worst service Deserves 0 Stars - No organization of customer service to first come first serve. I was very much looking forward to trying this place and if you choose to make sure you're very noticeable in wanting to order an all women staff who move extremely slow waited 10 minutes to order not recommended if your in a hurry ADVICE GET A TICKET COUNTER read more

It's unfortunate that I have to give this place two stars. I want to desperately like it being that it's very close to my home, but every time I give this place another try it lets me down even more. The place is usually crowded (not really sure why) and it takes forever to get to the front of the line to order. Once you get to the front you realize it's because everything behind the counter is chaotic. My last visit, the woman who took our order was borderline nasty to us. The bagels here are pretty decent, maybe slightly above average. They have a vast selection of cream cheeses. I have had their olive or vegetable cream cheese but this time I wanted to try the bacon and onion cream cheese. I was upset when I bit into my bagel and tasted the artificial flavor of "bacon bits". It ruined both the cream cheese and the bagel itself. I also have ordered egg sandwiches from here in the past and they are very stingy with the contents from the meat to the egg and of course the cheese. read more

I work within 19 minutes of this place. we order from here very often, and usually i order with 3-4 people at my office. When i order with Grubhub we usually just click the 25% tip option. today it was only two of us ordering. total of the order was $16 with a $3 tip. We get a call from what i presume is the owner saying "ehh sorry i dont know if the driver will want to do the delivery for only a $3 tip" I am bewildered. I ask the owner "So tell me what the tip minimum is" hoping that he will realize the lunacy of it all. The owner says "eh i would probably say $8" not for nothing, but a 50% tip on an order? how about pay your drivers better. read more

Stopped in looking for some Long Island style bagels.. Definitely came to the right place! The bagels are delicious and you can buy a half dozen and get a bagel free or a whole dozen and get 2 bagels for free. The rainbow bagels do cost a little bit extra- 50 cents extra. They do have a funfetti cream cheese spread that is AWESOME.. It is on the sweeter side and almost tastes like funfetti cake mix blended with cream cheese. My friend got an egg and cheese on an everything bagel and received a free small coffee with it. Loved this place. Totally worth the price. They also had a large deli menu that looked delicious if you were to arrive for lunch. Wish there were more places like this back in Buffalo! read more

Bagels are fresh and soft. Lines can be very long but move fairly quickly. Our breakfast place practically every weekend!

got a toasted everything bagel scooped out with chicken salad and xtra onions-- to die for really. i didn't get the name of the lady who helped me but she was short, in her 50s, had brown long wavy hair tied back. she was really nice. my bagel came with a side salad and a pickle. she gave me her favorite, the macaroni salad. it's sooooooooooo good. i wish i didn't live so far! read more

Ambiance and wait staff: this place is a bagel place/deli... there are about 6 tables to sit at. You go to the counter and order your food and either leave with it or sit! They also have delivery available. The people behind the counter are helpful, not overly kind... most of them are either older ladies or very young people ! Food: this particular day we just ordered bagels with cream cheese. The bagels are AMAZING, soft and delicious. The egg everything bagel is my favorite. They also have tie-dyed bagels, jalapeño bagels, bacon, egg and cheese bagels, spinach bagels... and of course all the normal flavors as well! They have many different types of cream cheeses, we got regular and chocolate chip! Yum! They also have boars head cold cuts available for sandwiches and wraps, they have a salad bar, chopped salads... they have it all. Everything I've tried is delicious! Will definitely be back! Many times! Happy Eating ! Nicole read more

Having moved to Farmingdale 3 years ago BH is now right around the corner and thus has become the go to for quick breakfasts and the goods for at home family brunches, still the best bagels in the area & stellar egg sandwiches so it's a no brainer most of the time - just be prepared for long lines on the weekends and if you're in the market for lunch know that the offerings are nowhere near as vast as places like broadway gourmet, otherwise it's all good here at the hut read more

Editing, finally got though to bagel hut and the owner resolved my issue. After waiting for over one and a half hours for a delivery that other places nearby do in 15 mins, the food arrived missing two items and stone cold. We love their home fries but it is not worth the poor customer service! The young man who delivers the food is very nice and it is not his fault so I still tip him but the place itself needs to improve a lot, it is useless if they can't get the orders complete and in a reasonable time! read more

The bagels are good but unfortunately they don't switch out their gloves before touching your food after handling money, credit cards or their cell phones which definitely isn't sanitary. Regardless I still got a sandwich from there which I regret doing because I had a nice long gray hair mixed in with my chicken salad that I bit into. Emailed the business with the pictures but they didn't care enough to respond. Won't be going back read more

I play in the Farmingdale Village Pops Community Band and usually, in the past, they have ordered pizza for our final concert and party. Who doesn't love a good bagel place. Bagel hut has such tasty bagels! When I first came here the line was pretty long but it does move quickly. It also depends on what you order. I got a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and took no longer than it should have and was only $2.50. There were plenty of workers there too since it was early in the day. I went an hour or so later the next times I went and there were slightly less workers and a slightly shorter line. I also got a sausage egg and cheese on a sesame bagel and that was delicious as well. It was $5 and change and it comes with complimentary juice, water, or coffee. Awesome! The staff is friendly and efficient. There are so many other things to try at bagel hut such as bakery items, spreads, and deli items. There is seating if you aren't in a rush and want to enjoy breakfast. Great place, highly recommend. read more
