So this bagel spot has been around for awhile, they maintain reasonable prices and are always consistent. Bagel breakfast sandwiches are awesome, customer service is always very good the girls do an awesome job. Amazing bagel, but maddening experience on weekends sometimes. I'm a regular customer here and you're better off going very early during the weekdays. It gets too busy and if they make a mistake, you won't know about it because they call the order to pay by what they ordered and not by anyone's actual name, which is how that should be done anyways since every other place works like that. If they make a mistake, you won't have any idea until 20 minutes too late since you obviously won't claim an incorrect order... need to start calling names instead. Their bagels are all right medium size. The staff is quick and courteous. However, the bacon looks like it was deep-fried and has no flavor and no bite just a crunchy mess and ruined the BE&C , also made everything very greasy. I'm totally disappointed with my bagel sandwich today! First of all, it was so busy they didn't know who ordered which sandwich or bagel & it was incredibly chaotic. I've ordered eggs with ham & Swiss countless times before & it's been a stuffed sandwich with a good amount of ham & eggs with melted Swiss cheese. We are in the middle of a statewide mask mandate (regardless of vaccination status). COVID rates are at an all time high. We walked in a counted at least 5 people working the counter and only 1 had a mask on. Unfortunately we turned and walked out shortly after walking in. I come here quite often and realized recently that I like the bagels here a lot. This place gets very busy on weekends and mornings. Expect a line and about 10 min wait times. They have breakfast specials till 11am everyday which include a $4 egg & cheese that comes with coffee and small orange juice. The bagels are always fresh and due to the high volume move very quickly. They usually don't skimp on cream cheese but it's usually a hit or a miss. My go to favorite is everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese. Service can be slow or even inattentive at times but usually it's decent. This place is cash only! read more

If I could leave less than a star I would I have been to this 2 times both times my food is wrong. The first time I ordered 2 eggs over med I got 2 eggs over easy with the whites runny when I said to the girl that they were wrong she tells me no that over easy. The bagel I ordered was fresh and excellent. The cream cheese was very tasty and served in perfect proportion. I didn't try the coffee, rather I picked up an OJ from the fridge. It was only 7:30 AM on a Thursday so there wasn't much of a line; I was in and out in minutes. I work in the area and this is the only bagel store I've seen around here so I could see this getting quite busy during peak business hours. Often my go to bagel spot in the morning. They don't tend to be very busy during the weekends, which is nice because I hate having to wait on a line when all I want to do is eat. The coffee is pretty basic, but good and the bagels are great too. Sometimes I wish they had a wider selection or that the bagels be just a slightly more warmer-- but that may be because I always choose to stay in bed later. They take credit/debit so that's good. Well, they went too far with it...... One recent morning I ordered my regular fried egg and bacon on a roll to the grill person. I ordered bagels and made coffee too. At the register side of the counter the young lady asks me what is on the roll as it arrived. Fried eggs (she types), bacon (she types), no cheese (no typing), lettuce/tomato (type type type). I pay, I leave, I get home to find no bacon on my roll. As you all know, forget the eggs....NEVER the bacon! Anyway, mistakes happen and that would never be the reason for my one star.....they are usually on point so no worries. Next visit, same sandwich. Same routine except that this time I mention to the register girl that I was charged for bacon last time but had none...thought we would even the score. Some kooky bagel slicer overhears us, I suppose she is in charge to some degree, and says "How do I know who was at the register?" I reply that what is the difference? Isn't it the same store? I know I was charged because I related the sandwich info myself. She ignored me and went back to slicing, effectively denying the price adjustment. Did she think I had been coming there for years to one day enact a scheme to get free bacon for a day? The place was full and I felt embarrassed....how many days of bacon have I put into the tip cup alone? Never going back. Bagel Town is a little farther away but they are relatively friendly, better selection, and doubt they would ever question a customers word in a circumstance like this. The only positive aspect about this establishment is the location and that is the only thing. The customer service is horrible and the quality of food has good way downhill. I think the place needs some mild renovation. They have combo deals posted on pieces of paper taped to the wall. You can hardly see or read them, but if you do and you decide to order one, they look at you like you're crazy. If you don't want to make a French toast special, then don't offer it. I've been going here for awhile. Sometimes I order the French toast-- and then they do toast my bagel and then we have to wait 15 minutes until the toast is ready.... By then, the toasted bagel is worthless. It should be toasted before the toast is ready to come out not before the toast is even made. The line is always long and the wait too. I think it's because the place has been around for so long. Seriously not worth the time. A good everything bagel lightly toasted with a good schmear of scallion cream cheese, plenty of lox, capers, red onion, and extra tomatoes with a good cup of joe or OJ (lots of pulp please!) is some breakfast love baby!!! Their bagles were hot, fresh, lots of good poppy seeds, sesame seeds, kosher salt, pepper, in other words...everything! The cream cheese was full of delicious scallions and not too much, and the lox was truly heavenly yo! When I'm visiting my grandmother in Levittown, I always have to stop here.
