First off, the attention paid to every single detail in this cake was phenomenal. I sent a picture of a Chanel bag and it was nearly identical to the bag in the picture. Not only did it look good, but it tasted as good as it looked! Everyone was so professional and so nice!!! Cant wait to order from them again! Thanks Evercake read more

Overall: The Strawberry Shortcake itself was tasteful and satisfying. The gold metallic on the icing was nearly recognizable (a good thing). The icing in general was not too thick nor too sweet. I did have a issue with delivery arriving 2 hrs. earlier than the agreed scheduled time. The Happy Birthday signage was a bit flimsy. The Birthday person's name on the cake was also very thin. read more

Our cake from the Evercake was the culinary highlight of my bridal shower!! The geode design was almost too gorgeous to cut into, and the berry cream filling was so delicious (beats out Milk Bar any day) and tasted dangerously light. Will definitely be ordering from them for our next celebration. read more

If we could give 10 stars we would. We ordered a cake for our daughter's bridal shower! The Evercake "experience" from the ordering to the delivery was excellent in every way. Not only was the cake beautifully decorated, it was absolutely delicious. We can't recommend Alexis and the Evercake team enough. Thank you so much for a wonderful service! read more

I'm obsessed with this bakery. I was in such a tight time, and all the way from Saudi Arabia, I was trying to send a cake to my sister whose in Manhattan. Apart from their cake presentation, Evercake has the most amazing customer service. Amazing hands down. Nothing impresses me more about a company than their customer services. I emailed Alexis back and forth countless of times. And, she was really patient with me and tried to do as much as she can to accommodate me in my situation. My sister says the cake tastes amazing!!! Definitely going back for more of that Chocolate Gold Foil. Again, Alexis if you are reading this thank you so much for your help really appreciate it. read more

I was referred to Evercake by a friend. Evercake created a special "blue" velvet cake for my Nephew's Baptism and it was absolutely delicious! It was super moist, not too sweet, and had the perfect cake to frosting ratio. It taste just like white chocolate! Evercake, your info has been passed along to a few people at the Baptism. I will definitely call you again for my next event! read more

I am in LOVE with The Evercake!! I was on a tight timeline with a last minute event and contacted The Evercake to see if they could help. I'm now a huge fan and follow them on Instagram! I contacted the owner, Roz, in hopes of being able to order a cake at the last minute (only 5 days before the event) and she not only calmed my nerves, she overdelivered on every level! She was offering options that I thought demanded a longer lead time. Roz was DELIGHTFUL to work with! She has a sprightly and energizing personality with an equal measure of being calm and laid back. I also love that she has so many options to offer! Her price points are more than reasonable, and in fact, feel like a steal once you see what she delivers! Side note, her cakes are pieces of art, so make sure that you take pictures before you start to cut into it, as there is no turning back once you take the first bite! You've been warned! I grew up hearing that a gal must absolutely have 3 trusted people in her life as an adult (aside from family and friends); an expert tailor, an accountant and a lawyer. After working with Roz, and hearing the incredible off the charts feedback from the people at the event where I brought the cake, I'm going to add a fourth person to 'a gal's must have people in her life'--a superstar baker! I'm so grateful to have found The Evercake!! read more

Worst cake that I ever had in my life. Taste is so bad if you had good cake before. Design is not WOW. In addition, delivery was awful. They sent out the cake at 1 PM which was supposed to deliver at 8:00 PM. read more

Ordered a cake for my fiance's birthday. The care from this team was phenomenal! I live in Brooklyn and the delivery was on time. The cake was gold frosted and it was delicious. I have recommended this bakery to my family and business colleagues. The cake was well worth the price and I believe it was one of the best birthday cakes we have ever tasted. I called them about a week before I needed it and they accommodated me. There is no store front and I did everything thru phone and email with the bakery staff. I can't wait for more family birthdays in the coming months to order again! Thank you all! Do not hesitate to order from Evercake! I ordered my cake this past May 2022 . read more

Our son is in NYC for grad school, because of COVID he did not make it home for the holidays (nor for his Dec 26th birthday). Talking to him on Christmas Eve, we thought I'd be nice to send him with a surprise birthday cake. Ordered an Evercake online, we were a bit concerned they would not be able to deliver since they are closed on Christmas Day. However, they came through. Delivered a beautiful chocolate cake, which our son said was "ridiculously good". Thank you for your reliable service and delicious cake! read more

Obsessed!! I was on a bit of a time crunch looking for a birthday cake for my sister and stumbled on The Evercake. I ended up going with the 7" Clouds and Posies Strawberry Shortcake and I'm SO happy with it! I live in New Jersey, so I had the cake delivered to a friend's apartment and Alexis was super great and communicative during the entire process. I was even emailed when the cake was en route and called when it was delivered safely! Absolutely obsessed with the decor on it and it also tastes heavenly-- not too sweet either :) 10/10 recommend! read more

Loved the Frida Cake I ordered. It was delivered to my office on time in perfect condition. I was kept informed about my order and delivery via email. I loved the addition of the macaron. I read reviews before ordering from The Evercake and so glad I did because their cakes are incredibly delicious and beautiful. I ordered the Pink Champagne flavor straweberry shortcake in the morning and they delivered on the same day for my Mom´s 85th Birthday. The cake was beautifully decorated wth fresh roses and macaroons. Wow, the softness, exquisite flavors, and not too sweet. The cake was perfect and made my Mom´s birthday very special. These cakes were a smash hit at our kid's birthday party. We ordered the Pink Champagne and Chocolate Ganache -- and wow, both cakes were incredible. We even had guests coming up to give compliments about the cakes for the rest of the party (and no leftovers by the end, they were that good). The Pink Champagne was light, fluffy and not too sweet (which was perfect because it was for my daughter's 1st birthday). It was so beautifully decorated with gorgeous roses and pastel pink icing. The Chocolate Ganache was decadent but well-balanced and flavorful. And the best part was Evercake even customized this cake to include some dinosaurs for my son bc he's obsessed with dinosaurs. It was such a nice touch; it truly made his party so special. Overall, I was so impressed by the customer service and the entire experience I will be ordering again. The cakes spoke for themselves though, and we had every guest wanting to know where we got them from! read more

The Evercake team made my sister's surprise Gender Reveal party incredible special and easy. A little context, during this crazy covid time, I wanted to surprise my sister with her gender reveal cake while we all virtually joined to see her and her husband cut the cake to be surprised with a color inside. I found Evercake on yelp, emailed the team, and simply order the cake online. They process was hassle-free thankfully and the costumer service was excellent, even through the delivery, and ensuring no mention of the inside color was on the receipt. (Thanks Alexis!) The cake was gorgeous and my sister said it tastes delicious. Thank you so much again and telling all my NYC friends to get cakes from you guys. read more

We had a great experience with Alexis and her team, especially given that we're all operating in pandemic conditions! I wanted to surprise my wife with a cake for her birthday and found The Evercake through Yelp. I'm glad that I did! Not only was I easily able to order a festive and beautiful cake through their website, but I was also able to select from a variety of delicious-sounding sponges and fillings! On the day of the cake delivery, Alexis reached out with a confirmation, expected delivery window, and even let me know that even though the candles I had ordered (matched to the cake, of course) had sold out, she had found a different color that would match the cake and included those in the delivery. The cake itself was delicious and kept well. We enjoyed eating (Ever)cake for dessert until we finished the entire thing! Thanks again for the fantastic experience and delicious cake! read more

The cake is way too expensive for it to taste this bad. I paid 125 for this cake . The icing was so sweet and the inside was super dry. Also, I asked for gold details, and they literally slapped it on and made it look like a cow pattern on a single side of the cake (25 dollars extra for this!!), which is completely different compared to what is shown on instagram. Go to lady m - the cakes taste much better and is very much worth it's value. read more

I seldom write any reviews, but I'm just heartbroken because I really wanted to love the cake, but it is literally the worst tasting cake I've ever had! My boyfriend ordered a pink champagne cake delivered to me as a surprise. The delivery itself was very timely and the cake arrived intact, which I had nothing to complain about. But the cake is waaaaaay too sweet for my liking. I tried 3 bites because I really wanted to give it a chance, but the cake itself just tastes like pure sugar and my teeth and stomach literally suffered from the density of the sugar in it. And on the website it says the cake is less sweet than the traditional formula!! I can't even imagine!! Maybe making the cake is time consuming, but I really don't see how it justifies a whopping $85 price tag. Go to Paris baguette, you get a way better tasting cake for less than half of the price. read more

We ordered the Roses cake for my mother's birthday celebration and could not have been happier. Not only is it a beautiful cake, but it is also super yummy. We chose the white cake with vanilla creme and raspberry option, and yes it is sweet, but isn't that the whole point of a cake? My mother was thrilled as were we. Also, the communication from Alexis was excellent. She responded very quickly to my request for a small customization and kept me informed at pretty much every step along the way. Delivery was seamless and the cake even arrived early! Thank you to The Evercake. You made our small family celebration very special. read more
