They responded quite promptly and we began discussing over email the details of the customization and order. After a couple back and forth emails, after which we agreed upon a design, I was ghosted and left with only a couple days before my friends birthday to scramble and figure out a gift for her (plus she lives across the country from me). Although I cannot comment on the quality of taste of the cupcakes themselves, I was disappointed by the service and lack of consistent communication on their end. Recently put in an order for Chinese/Lunar New Year themed cupcakes while I was in town, and the attention to detail on all of the custom toppers were amazing. We had both molded fondant toppers as well as printed toppers and the molded toppers were especially cute. You can definitely see a level of artistry in getting the dogs right (it is the year of the dog) down to even the nostrils on each pup, as well as the firecrackers. Everybody in my family was blown away by the artwork, and the cupcakes were delicious too. Really a very nice touch to our CNY party, and would like to try them out for future events.
