And boy oh boy are we so thankful that we decided to stop in and give them a try. I had the strawberry crunch cake which was filled with so many flavors and the most important flavor which was the strawberry crunch brought me back to my childhood with the good humor, strawberry crunch ice cream bars. My friend had the vanilla and chocolate cake and he said it was the best cake he's ever had. The customer service is just as great as the cakes. From the minute, we walked in to the minute we paid and were headed out the bakers the chefs and the owner were all amazing folks. We will absolutely be coming back because I have to try the salted caramel cupcakes.

They canceled my order after initially saying they could make it because I asked if *it was possible* for them to change 1 design of a cookie to another design that I thought could be similar. (Literally: a dog's face instead of a flamingo.) Personally, as a potential customer, I expect to be able to clarify any statements that are unclear to me without feeling judged, or reminded that "they've said that already" when in fact, the statement was not clear in the first place. If the type of design being asked for is not what you're used to, that can, and should be relayed in a respectful manner. Not with air quotes about finding someone who will work with that decorating style. I find planning events stressful enough without communicating with vendors that make you feel like they're doing you a favor just by responding back to you. If you want to order cookies from a bakery that will make you feel partnered with as you figure out what designs will work best for you and for them, I wouldn't recommend. Annoying. I was excited to have them.

Once I arrived home, I saw that the top part of the cake had a dent in the mouse and strawberry covering which made it look messy. It was an embarrassment to present it as such so I improvised by using the mother's day signage to cover up the blip. When I called to speak with the location about it they dealt with it very professionally and were apologetic about the situation and offered a comp. It had really good crispness and delicious filling, which was vanilla forward (used to normal custard). Didn't try anything else except the lobster tail. They have other flavors as well -- we will try the Nutella flavored lobster tail next! AMBIANCE: Super small place (expected) so it's take away only. Fresh and team were nothing less than phenomenal in the way they handled my order. It's not easy to navigate through a large short notice order during the largest food holiday week of the year. However, FTB found the best way to execute without any errors! Punctuality - I placed an order with FTB the weekend before Thanksgiving and got my order handled delivered to me the night before. The most impressive part was the live status updates received through the order's life cycle. I was never unaware of where my order was. Quality - 10/10 is an understatement. We ordered 24 sweet potato pie and pumpkin pie mini cheesecakes. Perfectly wrapped in a tough plastic exterior to ensure travel had no impact on the dessert's integrity. Once we opened the container there was no closing it as all 24 cakes were eaten in 10 minutes. Everyone wanted more which is exactly they'll get next time! Overall - excellent work from FTB. A great baker with some unexpected flavors, I ordered the Casamigo infused vanilla cupcakes with shot bottles, along with chocolate covered strawberries! The cupcakes were baked to perfection! Casamigo tequila was beautifully blended within the light and airy vanilla cupcakes. Kissed with whipped white frosting, not too sweet allowing the Casamigo tequila to makes its debut! The fresh, bright, juicy strawberries were individually dipped in velvety white chocolate with a beautiful drizzle and sparkling sprinkles on top! I had shot tubes in the strawberries, which did not effect the freshness or the richness of the strawberries and chocolate. Needless to say, the presentation was beyond my expectations. I am visiting New York to watch my daughter race at USA T&F- and I needed cupcakes for my daughters birthday that where gluten free and no processed sugar. This is how she eats when she is in training. Well Chef Fresh delivered! This was a last minute order. The cupcakes were vanilla with a vanilla cream frosting. The texture of the cupcake was moist and flavorful. I actually prefer this to regular cupcakes, and you really wouldn't know they did not contain processed sugar. I found Fresh Taste Bakery - Infused Cupcakes on IG and I decided to try them out. Let me say this was the best decision ever the cupcakes were amazing. My guests enjoyed them, I didn't even get a chance to take a really good picture because the guest of honor grabbed so quickly. My daughter was craving her favorite and i didn't want to purchase from the last place I ordered and had delivered chocolate covered strawberries so I was on a quest to find a great place and boy did I hit the jackpot!!! Fresh Taste Bakery is exceptionally fresh, delicious (so much so that I ate 3 within a half an hour's time!), packaged to perfection and have the sweetest, most polite delivery person who also followed total COVID protocol. The flavor is so authentic and doesn't just taste like sugar, but carrot cake, Oreo, chocolate peanut butter all taste like they're supposed to. Both the cupcakes and cheesecakes are to die for!!! The cupcakes were soft and airy and the crust on the cheesecakes was buttery. If I could give them a 6 I would. They were able to come through with my nephews cake with such short notice. My nephew loved his cake so much, borderline obsessed, he didn't want to cut it. When he did he realized it was his favorite flavor (red velvet) & ate more than 1 piece. For my first time experience, I would rate customer service 12/10. I was initially lured in by the good Yelp reviews. I liked that I could do everything online, I had a particular vision for what I wanted my birthday cake to look like and they communicated with me via email that could make my vision come true. I had a birthday celebration at a restaurant, which I asked The Evercake to have delivered directly to the restaurant. The delivery was smooth and the restaurant had the cake before I even got there. The cake was very cute and did look like what I had pictured. But...what I majorly disliked was the actual taste of the cake and being misled about what the contents of the cake would be. I selected the strawberry shortcake option for my cake and what I got was not what I thought it would be. I think it's quite normal for a strawberry shortcake to have like...real strawberries in between the layers. My cake didn't really have that, and if it did it was hidden in all the strawberry jam that there instead. I was not a fan of the cake texture too and the cream outside of the cake. Overall I felt so sad that I was feeding this to my friends and I told them that they didn't have to finish it because I wasn't going to either. So embarrassing :( Would you believe that this flop of a cake was nearly $200? And that's after the 10% coupon. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because it wasn't completely bad, but the cake not tasting good was the biggest thing for me. I would have preferred it the other way around at least, like if the service was so bad but the cake tasted amazing, but unfortunately that was not the case for me. The cake was dry. I went first thing in the morning and was quite disappointed. It's still a carrot cake so it gets 3 stars, but didn't feel like it was worth the hype it got. Maybe go for the carrot cake sheets instead since there's less air exposure. On the other hand, coffee was good, they even steamed the milk so it almost felt like a latte. Yum!

I wanted to love it, but sadly the cake was a little dry and tasted like a pretty standard carrot cake. I was expecting a bit more since they're known for their carrot cake. Still, it's a good spot to check out if you're in need of a quick celebration dessert or a sweet treat! The staff were also very friendly.
