I've passed this shop so many times and wondered what exactly it was - is it ice cream? is it…read morecandy? what is it? lol One random day, my partner and I decided to google it and we were excited to learn that it is a candy/bakery shop. As a newcomer to Yonkers, I was especially happy to learn what's in my area. I decided to stop in on a Saturday afternoon to check it out. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted warmly by a woman whom I assume is the owner. The shop is small but filled with a variety of treats and almost anything you can think of - ice cream, candy bars, lollipops, candy themed gifts, and drinks, as well as baked treats like cupcakes. I specifically wanted to try the cupcakes because they claimed to have a #1 best selling blue velvet cake. I ended up purchasing 2 lollipops and 2 cupcakes (blue velvet and vanilla). The blue velvet cupcake was just OK, in my opinion. The cake was soft with a nice buttercream frosting, but nothing that blew me away or stood out to me as THE best I've ever had. I did not end up eating the vanilla cupcake due to an unrelated illness later that weekend. Nonetheless, it was nice to finally try this establishment out. In terms of service, the woman who helped me was super sweet and kind. She also thanked me and wished me well upon leaving. The store itself appeared clean and organized and I really liked the variety of offerings. Some of my favorite childhood candies were readily available and overall pricing was fair. I'd return in the future for their candy selections but I don't think it would be my go-to for baked goods. Highly recommended otherwise!

Their cupcakes are delicious! I got a red velvet, a Boston cream, salted caramel, and a strawberry shortcake. All of them were so good, even better than what Iremembered. The cupcakes are $3.50 each & so worth it. I highly recommend the cupcakes. Enjoy! Happy Yelping!

They can make any dream cake come to life, no matter how elaborate. The shop is small but cute, and they offer cake classes for kids, which I think is such a unique and fun idea. My favorites to try are the carrot cake slice, cookies (every flavor), and their cannolis, which are always fresh. The hispanic owner is a sweetheart and very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

In a part of Morris Park that's changed, Conti's is a great asset. My constructive criticism on Conti's. I ordered 2 cakes online. Paid in full for both last week. They gave me a pickup window 9AM. I show up early & there's a big line. I ask a worker & she says there's 1 line. She states there's 1 line for picking up a cake paid in full, ordering a new cake, getting coffee, getting pastries. Guys NO GOOD! Why pay in full & order a week prior? You should have 2/3 lines. 1 line picking up cakes paid in full only. 1 bread line only. 1 line for new orders. I mean this criticism as constructive

I remember when Conties would price the specialty cheesecakes to $30-$35 max. a 12inch pistatchio cheesecake is $46???? i know for a fact the employees dont get paid enough for the price of a cheesecake to increase that dramatically. one of the girls said the pies/cakes are made a week before they're sold, so the price on soon to expire pastries is insane. for $46 dollars I can get a larger and better quality cheesecake in Manhattan. The ladies behind the counter look unhappy and find every request to be inconvenient. this place is definitely ripping you off. UPDATE: I opened the box of cookies for my friend, she reached for the first cookie and as soon as she took a bite, she pulled out a blond hair from the cookie. $22 dollars for cookies full of hair. I'm never going back.
