First and foremost, I am going to start with what did not work. See below - Yes, it worked excellently in entirety. And that is what I need as a customer today. You have a vision for your occasion/celebration and then the next steps are a rigmarole for bringing it to reality. My priority while involving vendors to my celebrations, however small and big is always - working with skilled individuals and not the large chains. I want the product to reflect my personality and the thoughtfulness for the occasion. Which often means, trying to send various queries over various platforms that then get lost in my emails and are never easy to keep a track of, resulting in a lost opportunity to utilize great services sometimes. The process was seamless, people professional, steps to order could be curated but were simple and product was so much better than even some boutique bakeries I have patronized in the past. Everyone asked for where it came from and took pictures for their future events. I will be saving time in the future every time my family or I need an array of desserts but need the exclusivity and do what I should do with that time - celebrate and enjoy!
