How can I begin to rate this business? To start, this cafe has a beatnik atmosphere with music. Art on the wall decorates the high ceiling. A friendly staff greets you at the counter. You will find a spread of various quiche flavor from veggie to carnivorous. I don't think you can go wrong with what your order. I have ordered the carnivorous quiche with mushrooms and baked brie; the full breakfast (see pic); Spanish tortilla pie; Benemooshi. You can't go wrong. They also have a display of sandwiches and casserole dishes. The chickpeas salad is very tasty. The veggie quiche is fantastic. Also, in one of my visits to the cafe, a local vendor brought in a fresh box of Lion's mane mushrooms. Where to start? I arrived about 7 am on a Sunday so I was the only customer. I was warmly greeted by April and immediately felt at home. It was hard to decide what to have since I could only consume one breakfast! I decided on the vegan scramble and April suggested the vegan burrito...I took her advice and am so glad I did! Best vegan breakfast burrito I've had. The decor is very eclectic and I had a chance to roam around and enjoy the work of local artists while I sipped a delicious soy latte and April whipped up my breakfast. I really wish I lived in the area as I would be back as a regular to try more of their menu. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area again. The short rib were not tender, potatoes were ok and could have used a vegetable on the side, rather than another potato. Great ambiance and food! Reminds me a tiny bit of Lindaman's on the South Hill of Spokane. They have been wonderful at preparing different foods from different countries and showcasing them in a fun and trendy way. We hired a babysitter so we could have a date lunch as a couple and were greeted by a gentleman behind the counter who complimented my husband's Kansas State shirt. They connected over being both from Kansas which gave me more time to select what to eat for lunch. Lunch made me feel like I was back in Spain for a moment! Every single thing at this place we had was outstanding! The eggs Benedict was the best we've ever had. The full breakfast was beautiful and she accidentally put hollandaise sauce on my toast and it made it 20% better LOL thank you for that happy mistake! Their jammy eggs were perfection. We also had an iced chai latte and it was delicious. Everything is fresh and clean and beautiful and we will definitely be back. If you are in a hurry and the restaurant is half full or more, ask them how long the wait will be for made to order food because it might be worth grabbing something from their delicious premade options. There are about 15 options. We had time to kill and the way it was around 45 minutes and it was well worth it because they were busy. read more

Food was good, service was fine but they are just delivering to your table, you order from your phone. Delivery person was nice enough though. My one complaint would be the quality of their venting system. My friend and I both felt the kitchen area needed to be vented better as after about an hour, our eyes were stinging and we couldn't wait to get outside. My eyes continued to bother me for several hours afterwards. If that situation was better, I'd upgrade a star. read more

I will probably not be back. The food is very very awkward. The combination of sauerkraut and bitter olives with pork was just very weird. I like a lot of the items that came in my box for takeout individually but they had no reason to be together. I only ate about half of my food. It is as though they are trying to be so artistic and unique that they have no basis in practical pairings. I just can't go back. I literally don't get what they're trying to do. read more

Cute place. The food is excellent. Love the breakfast burrito and all of the eggs Benedicts. Also loved something like a shakshuka but I don't recall what it was called there. I wish they had a salad on their menu. We've only been for dinner once (and it was delicious) and then for brunch multiple times. The only downside is that they make you use an app to order your food, and that app doesn't work for everyone. It has not worked the last 2 times I went and it's enough of an issue that I'm hesitant to go again. The ordering app issue is why I didn't give them 5 stars. read more

When we arrived there was only 1 table occupied... when we approached the counter we were told that there was no "seasonal dinner", they were also out of rice so no Poke' and no chicken... so needless to say with a VERY limited dinner menu (because they will not honor lunch menu at 5pm) your options are next to nothing... we ended up ordering the beer cheese dip that was actually a small ramekin and a cut up pretzel bun to dip said dip in... needless to say our party of 2 had very high hopes that were quickly dashed once we arrived. Ok, I tried this restaurant today since it has great rating on Yelp. First impression, no direction on how this restaurant functions. No one said hi, or give us a quick rundown on what to. I had to ask and he told us to check the food display because they ran out of paper menus. We sat ourselves. Noticed the QR code on the table. Immediately scanned it for the menu, learned behavior due to Covid. Over heard this is the way to order. Had to login to their WiFi to get the app to work properly. Submitted order and waited. We wanted water to drink, glasses on the table but where is the water. Still no table touch from staff to see if we were able to get the order submitted. Checked out the drink refrigerator, found the water. Still waiting to see if we were getting our food. Other people were but not us. We order premade quiche. 20 minutes, still concerned if they got our order. Finally we did just before I was going to ask. Eat and paid, out we went. No one said bye or have a great day. Very unique and fairly expensive (17 for a sandwich ) restaurant with East Indian music and eclectic Islander vibe . They do have GF and vegan options , which is why I went. I got the Hawaiian pork with pineapple and it was good, but he set it on top of the juice from the slaw it came with and it was entirely soggy . So if you ask for gf bread , ask him to set it on the side . We got the potatoe salad which they make with cashew butter and strong mustard . My husband liked it but I'm not fond of a strong mustard taste . I got the Keto lemon bar and loved that -it was probably made with stevia because it had the crystallized sugar , but that doesn't bother me . Soooo, we tried this place out tonight. [Jan 9th, 2020] We've seen it for a month or two since it opened in October. This was our first chance to walk in and check it out. They're presently open on weekdays, so you have to watch your time a bit, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. It's likely the most eclectic and unique place that we've been to in Tri-Cities. The chef cooks fresh every day, and each day you have a new choice of items. There isn't really a menu, you just show up and pick what you like. We didn't read his history until after we had eaten, but it's quite apparent he has a broad and varied background in the industry. Bottom line, I would highly recommend it.
