This was one of the few places which was open on July 4th. We had a dinner reservation just in case (party of 7). The restaurant was nice in terms of interior. We placed our drinks and order. The food was really good. Started with few drinks (parker margarita is a must try), couple of beers, Bang banh shrimp, crab cakes, salmon with sides - brussels sprouts. The bread and oil which they served was way too good. Could resist asking for more. The girl who served us was very polite but the guy who came to serve our drinks was little confused and sounded rude (at least that's how we all felt, wasn't sure if he wanted to sound rude). By far one of the worst dining experiences we've had. The service was almost non existent, the Mahi Mahi and Shrimp was way overcooked I couldn't eat it. The crab cakes my husband ordered were too dry and the rice too sticky. I ordered a drink-it never came. The waiter NEVER checked on us and we had to flag him down for our check. I do not recommend. My wife and I were at at Bonefish Grill on Oct 18th, 2024. We were looking forward to a nice meal for we had never been there. After we got our table the water and bread was served. The bread was good. We ordered a couple appetizers. Calamari and a shrimp dish. The Calamari was overcooked which we kind of expected. Not many places know how to cook Calamari. The meals took for ever to be served. Now the problem starts. I ordered the special which was a pork chop. It was way overcooked so much I could hardly cut it. I had also ordered a side of seasoned potatoes as did my wife. Hers were fine but it looked like they dumped all the seasoning on mine, we could not eat them. She had scallops and shrimp and IMO they were over cooded as well. I do have to say I had a beer and it was cold and good. The kichen manager apologized for the meal and did adjust the pricing of the dinner. To top off a bad evening I went the mens room and the floor drain was backing up with water into the rest room when something was flushed or a sink turned on. Straight to the point. Not that great. I was really hyped about this place since all I heard was really good things about this place. To begin with wait time for drinks was about 10 min. Food was about 45 to an hour. One thing I will say is that the drinks were good! That I will give them. I ordered Filet miñon with Lobster tail with my steak well done. I got it rare really pink. It was a little too cold too. Lobster tail was good to that. Drink orders were mixed in between dinner with not all plates coming at the same time. They forgot one of my friends plate lol so he had to wait an extra minute. For my first time, it was not that great of an experience. Very disappointed in our service and food. first off they were not busy but sat us at a small table for two, next to the kitchen and their work station. Constantly bumping our table. Asked to be moved to one of twenty plus empty tables away from the employe spat that was talking place. Never did bring out bread until I asked for it. We went here for the wine tasting dinner. Just a superb arrangement. The owner/manager (Josh?) walked around to make sure we all enjoyed the service and foods. Well, the foods... We loved the salad to start... The risotto was overcooked so, that was a negative. Then the filet topped with grilled shrimps and crab meat was cooked perfectly... Then, the desert was superb. For a wine tasting dinner, you don't expect much regarding wine pour... Well, Bonefish did a wonderful job - each pour is a full 5 ozs.... Toward the end, the chef - Andreas (sp?) came out and checked to see how we enjoyed the meal.. The wait staff was just wonderful. Super timely and friendly. Used to eat here quite a but when I lived in town. Loved it then, but man has time changed. Started with the bang bang shrimp, delicious as always. My daughter got the sirloin with asparagus and Brussels sprouts. Each of those sides were an additional charge (for a total of ten extra dollars I believe) as well as a Cesar. I got the spicy tuna bowl. Steak and asparagus were great. Brussels sprouts were atrocious. With no description other than "Brussel sprouts with ham" I assumed they would be the little green button veggie with ham slices, and boy was I wrong. Brown, almost black, I'm guessing they were going for roasted but these things were bitter and disgusting. With some kind of mayo sauce on top to sweeten then up? Texture was soft, limp, and mush. Absolutely terrible. I took one bite and spit them out as did my daughter. Sirloin and asparagus were eaten without complaint. My spicy tuna bowl was mediocre at best. No flavor to the tuna, other than a heavy coating of sesame seeds. It came with a Mae ploy sweet chili sauce on the side which was needed as the tuna was cooked very well done and dry on the outer four end pieces and blue rare in the middle. The dish was inconsistent and bordered on disappointing. Service was spotty, which was surprising as it only looked to be two other tables in the servers section at 7:00 P.M. Tip was 20% as I don't think it was as much the server, but more so the establishment that I was disappointed with. Don't think I will be returning. read more

Tonight my daughter decided to take me out for a late Mother's Day celebrations and my first choice was Bonefish. I was disappointed in the service tonight. Our server Chelsea, was not attentive nor did she check to see if we needed any refills or anything. Usually we dine here and Josh is our server but tonight it was Chelsea. Now I've heard good things about her but tonight just wan not the night. Maybe it was because we came in at a later time? I don't know but I wish we had chosen another day/time. I went to Bone fish for the first time last month. I ordered the bang bang shrimp (which everyone raves about) and the hype was real. They were amazing. I also ordered the fish and chips and a spicy mango martini. Everything was delicious. We called ahead for reservations and were seated within 5 mins. The service was great we had a gentleman who was very nice and a good mixture of attentiveness and gave us our space. I will be coming again. Also restaurant had all tables full. read more

Ordered delivery and was extremely disappointed. Yes, I know they use Door Dash, and the food isn't necessarily going to be piping hot with the delay for delivery, but this food was very cold. Mashed potatoes seemed like they came from a fridge. Bang Bang chicken cold, chicken tenders cold. Mac and cheese was the only thing that had warmth to it at all. I called and they said there was nothing they could do and claimed it was warm when it was packed and picked up by the driver. That being said, I did have a positive interaction with them prior to the delivery. I contacted them after placing the order to make sure they saw the special instructions, and the person was very kind and thoughtful about confirming my special instructions. (Hence the two stars vs. one.) Based on the temperature and experience, wouldn't reorder delivery again. read more

Called in a reservation. Arrived 5 minutes early. Was told it would be 20 to 25 minute wait. Checked in a number of times and still a long wait. Cancelled and went somewhere else after 40 minutes. I was told that at one point that even with a reservation, others who have waited in line may be prioritized. Defeats the purpose of a reservation doesn't it? To readers, don't trust a reservation. For management, stop accepting reservations if they can not be honored. read more

The only reason that I can see why Anthony's is still open in the same area as Bonefish is Anthony's has a great view. Even the worst server at the Bone can work circles around the best Anothony's has to offer, even if they lost a leg! I have been in a few times and really like the food and atmosphere here. While it has been mentioned that they are a chain, I think they do better than most and don't seem to have that chain feel. I will say they are expensive, but I am willing to pay more for good food and good service some times, and have always gotten both here. There are so many differing reviews on this place I am just going to say it is worth the risk if you want to try something a little upscale in the bedroom community we call the TC. I came here last night with my parents and was not particularly impressed. The food was decent (though not amazing), the service was mediocre, and the ambiance was nice (though a bit too loud). We shared the bang bang shrimp as a starter, and it was delicious. The complimentary bread was also soft and tasty. Our entrees were decent. My halibut special with spinach, mushrooms, and crab with a chile lime sauce sounded better than it tasted - it was ok, but not particularly flavorful. My dad liked his cod special, but found it too rich and buttery. My mom required a special, no seasoning preparation for her salmon, and we appreciated the fact that they were able to accommodate her needs. That said, she found the salmon a bit overcooked and dry. The service wasn't the greatest. They forgot to give us bread plates, and only brought them when we asked. In addition, when my mom asked for water without ice, they forgot, and only brought it after we requested it a second time. In addition, our entrees took quite a while to come out. Last but not least, our waiter didn't really seem open to feedback, and asked "Is everything fantastic?" after the food arrived. It was a disappointing experience overall, and we concluded that we much prefer Anthony's for seafood in Richland. read more

Being from out of town (from SanFran) and being a PALEO eater, my expectations and choices of food are very limited in this small town of Richland. After reading reviews about this place and a few recommendations from locals, I decided to try this place. Ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and a glass of Malbec. The 2 stars are for the food and wine. The fish was nicely grilled and vegetables were steamed just as what I asked for. The -3 stars are for the CRAPPY service. There's only 4 of us on the bar and the bartender does not even check up on us how our food was or if we needed water or anything else.. What a SUCKY service. Seriously!!! And for that I only gave 12% tip , I should have given her 10% instead . I will just go back to Anthony's PORT or Mustang Grill for great SERVICE and good food. read more

Went with a friend for dinner a couple weeks ago and the host sat us outside. There were a few other tables with people eating. We got our menus and waited for the server to greet us- they never did. We waited about 10 minutes and another gentleman was sat at the table behind us and a waitress came out, took his drink order and brought him bread. Didn't notice my friend and I clearly waiting to even be greeted. We waited another 20 minutes and still no one came to help us.
