I love the food here, their ramen it's pretty tasty too. They make this tortilla with tomatoes that is amazing

It's a shame they don't have any idea what customer service is. We walked into the restaurant, and only one other table was occupied. It would've been nice to have been welcomed in and told to take a seat. There were three dirty paper menus in a rack and a Q code on the table, but no explanation about whether a server would come and take our order or whether we should go to the counter. Any kind of communication from staff would have been welcome. The atmosphere felt a lot like a storage room with some tables stuck in it. No real style or ambience. For $20 breakfast items they need to try a little harder. The food took forever to arrive, though there were only two other patrons. When food arrived, it was beautifully presented and very good. The quality of the food was very high and would have been worth the ridiculous price if there had been any ambiance or service. I Would have liked to try many more of the offerings on the menu because it all looked really good. After the experience, however, we won't be going back. read more

Went here for a Saturday brunch. The menu and ordering is all on your phone, so nobody comes to your table to help with any questions. We had to seek out someone to ask about certain food items. After ordering, 2 of our group (of 4) were told that what they ordered was not offered in a gluten-free option, even though the menu said it was. So 2 of us got our food way before the other two, then one meal was still put on regular bread, after requesting gluten-free. We only noticed because it looked just like ours. When she went up to ask, they didn't even apologize or bring another option out. Luckily she wasn't celiac. The food was delicious, we left full, but the service was just not there. read more

The service, food, and coffee are all exceptional! I had the Full Breakfast and Caramel Macchiato and was FULL! The macchiato was a real one (not the oversized version), it was strong and tasty! The breakfast had so many items and all were delicious! The price was moderate for the area. If you want cheap go to Burger King, if you want quality come here. read more

Food was excellent, good service, cute ambiance. Not many places in the Tri-cities make Dutch babies, but they do a good job with theirs, making it nice and fluffy. My husband really enjoyed his quiche Lorraine which came with a flavorful sauce on the side that reminded him of Indian curry. The only downside is that they didn't have drip coffee, but we were quite pleased with our espresso drinks. My vanilla latte was perfectly made, not too overly sweet. Wow! We had an early Sunday breakfast and were awed by not just the presentation of the food but the quality and service we were given. This gem is tucked away in an inconspicuous location and it deserves some attention. There is a diner vibe with lots of fresh greenery and what looked to be local art displays. The energy of the place is lacking. They provide minimal service. The breakfast food they offer is pretty good, but my dinner was not. The manager was training someone when I was there and they seemed unkind. When I went there I felt like they only want fellow millennial customers or "regulars". I had to go find my own water in a fridge and they make you order at the counter but have a paper menu that is a mystery to find. Fast food places have a menu board to order from. Since they are trying to be fast food, that's what they need. I won't return for a third visit. read more

We recently went here for dinner; my sister, her husband and myself. We ordered the carpe diem, the Endiver Brol and the clam linguine special. The food was all excellent, we loved it all, but I feel the carpe diem is above and beyond, we all ate it and loved it. The food is fresh, colorful and amazingly flavorful. The service was great, even though it was a one man show on a Friday night. The display case of sandwiches, desserts, meat pies and quiche looked outstanding. Food is usually solid. Coffee is good. Avoid the Brekky Burrito - it's a burrito coated in a cheese sauce so you can't actually eat it with your hands, you've got to use a fork and knife and cut it awkwardly. It's fillings are pretty lackluster - the chorizo is flavorless and I didn't taste anything except cheese sauce. The mushroom risotto is stellar. read more

If you want to hate your breakfast decision and start your day off with a negative, this is your place. Worst place ever. Sitting at the table right now, foods eaten and still haven't gotten one of the tables drinks. Food is more about the astatic than the taste. It's small and over priced. Took my mom for Mother's Day, half the building is their ingredients sitting out on shelves in the dinning area, the other half is them trying to sell paintings off the walls. You order off a website, 0 service. Then you wait for an hour to get your 'English' food. This place is trying to be something it's not. Ultimately it's a mediocre coffee shop testing out unique and ultimately gross food combinations. We ordered mimosas and they told us they had to wait for other guests to finish using the wine glasses. I ordered a coffee, and it came over flowing and spilt all over me. They just won the worst brunch in Tri-Cities reward. Stay away dear god stay away. Unless you're more about astatic than actual enjoyment. P.s. if you get hot, the building sits at about 85° inside. read more

Little secrets were tucked into my Carpe Diem that made me think this place may just know the meaning of life.... Like the thickness of the apple matchstick or the slightly over-roasted pecan that maximized the nuttiness but avoided any bitterness. My favorite food in the world is an almond croissant but theirs for dessert was underwhelming. I think it may be because my meal was so abundant and tasty rather than the croissant being less than great. I even lived the freakin' kombucha. Good vibes, nice guys, great music, comfortable space. On a motorcycle trip and we like to support small businesses. This place tries to present food as if it's fancy or at least tries to match the fancy price. Service was slow, server distracted by a maintenance worker and put customer on back burner. I had to go back and get my own water and check on the coffee. Food was warm to cold and lacked flavor except for the mustard side. We were hungry, so it was edible but I'm still hungry. Pay at the counter when ordering, recommend saving tip for after the experience not before. read more

Zero stars, Bad experience due to false advertising didn't get any food. Google and Yelp both showed open at 6am. I drove out of my way to have breakfast and arrived at 615am. This is ridiculous, please advertises the accurate hours that you are open for business. I have been to this restaurant at 6am in the past and received a full breakfast and good service. DH and I traveled from Arizona to Washington for my parents 50th anniversary and then to spend about a week with my sister in Richland before heading home to Arizona. Our plans originally were to just grab a quick bite on our way out of town but we ended up here. Fabulous, eclectic menu. The restaurant is decorated with a lot of equally fabulous, eclectic art. We each started with coffee. I (accidentally) got mine black but I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth it was. Generally I only drink cold brew but this was a really good cup. (DH switched with me since his had cream and mine didn't. God love him.) I ordered the hammy butty, which is really a silly name (albeit very UK) for a breakfast sandwich. It was probably one of the most moderately priced items on the breakfast menu at about $11. And let me tell you, this was probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in my life. The egg was cooked perfectly, the "everything" focaccia was sublime, and it had the perfect amount of ham. Also, the sauce (tomato relish, I'll dream about it) artistically brushed across the side of the plate was so good that I almost cried when I got a bite with all those flavors together. (TBH it has been a highly emotional 24 hours, so it wasn't just the fact this sandwich slaps that got my feelers going.) DH had the brekky burrito which was stuffed with deliciousness including harissa sausage, scrambled eggs, chickpeas and rice, tzaztiki and feta. He really liked it, and I don't blame him. I had a bite - it was yummy. We also really enjoyed talking to T-Ray, who really helped make this a good experience for us. The food was delicious but being able to talk to someone about what was going on in our lives at this specific moment was really a blessing. This is the kind of place you get when people work together to make quality, creative food that seems simple but delights the senses. "I want to give you a zero, but I can't. So I give you... a one." TLDR at bottom of post. But for real we had a really bad experience here. Went for a double date and got the entree trio, ramen, 2 poke bowls, and the endiver bowl. Overall the spend was about $120 for 4 adults and a Mac and Cheese for a toddler. To start, the poke bowls did not look like previous reviews. I think they are using seasonal ingredients, which is great, but the portion was so small. Both people that got it were hungry after finishing, even though we all had appetizers. There was not much flavor to the poke and the majority of the dish was just cabbage. The ramen was on the menu as a tonkotsu ramen but was a dark brown, clear broth that was a very strong beef flavor, not pork. So not really tonkotsu, which is made of a broth from cooking pork bones for a long time. It should be a light color and cloudy broth. It tasted like plain beef broth with plain noodles and was NOT worth $20. The pork was also still on the rib bone which was so difficult to eat. Not a lot of flavor coming from the meat. Overall just disappointing and more of a child sized portion. The endiver bowl was so bad that it didn't get eaten. Nothing was seasoned, the chicken tasted old, and again the portion size was so small, though this was the largest portion of the mains that we ordered. For the appetizers, we had salmon bruschetta, mushroom empanadas, and stuffed potato skins. We really enjoyed the empanadas and the salmon bruschetta was okay, but a bit plain. The bacon on the potatoes was undercooked and the dish was bland overall. The mac and cheese tasted like they forgot the cheese in their roux- just floury tasting gummy noodles. They worked for the toddler fine though. TLDR; over priced, small portions, incorrect representations of food on the menu, bad tasting, the only positive was the presentation of the dishes and the mushroom empanadas. Staff was also friendly! We may go back to try their breakfast. Would definitely go back for the staff if the food wasn't so bad! read more

There were only 3 other couples there. And then we had to remind her about our beverages. Never got our wine and beer until after our app was served. read more

Often we'll go and they won't have multiple things on the menu. Very disappointing because they're the best things in the menu that will be missing. I will say though it is a very nice building love the ambiance but I would only be back if I'm having a glass of wine with my wife because I'm tired of going there and then not having anything on the menu "available at the moment". They need to better prepare and ensure they have all ingredients necessary to make everything in the menu because that is what they are advertising. read more
