Service is very, very slow, especially on game nights - when they should actually be fast! Order chips and queso and could tell it had been sitting for a while because it had a skin on top of the cheese. Though the server said the kitchen was running behind. Really?! Not an excuse. The only reason why I don't rate it 2 stars instead of 3 is because there are a couple of really good servers there that actually care about their patrons and work to make their experience a good one. Okay so I finally had the chance to eat here last week and I want to say the menu as well as the food is incredible. I really like the family friendly atmosphere and the friendliness and speed of the staff as well. Place is wonderful! Cold beer good food plus popcorn ! I had the Lucy burger with fries also ordered some onion rings , the burger was good but the onion rings were OMG delicious! Michelle-mgr, Trent and Stacey were awesome, kept my water filled along with the beer. Some locals told me about the popcorn so naturally I had to order some, I tried the Parmesan popcorn (they have a variety of flavors). Yum yum delicious!! Let me start off by saying the Service and food were great. And this is coming from frequent customers. But today was the cut off day. The way we were treated was humiliating and blown totally out of proportion. After celebrating my cousin's birthday and heading out the door whatever your name is the manager on shift I hope you learn how to do your job and treat people the way they deserve. The way you kicked us out was un called for and for your stupid ass boyfriend to pull a gun on us out of nowhere and point it to our face and threaten us for no reason was frightening and traumatizing. If you can't handle the atmosphere you work in quit & go to a fast food restaurant or something that fits your abilities to manage and handle without having your boyfriend drinking at the bar pulling guns on customers for no damn reason. I hope you get what you deserve it started off with a great birthday celebration and almost ended with one of us getting shot and killed for no reason. This is definitely my favorite sports bar in the area. It's clean, the food is great, there are plenty of beer options, and the staff is always friendly. It's probably the only place in Kingwood/Humble where you can get a beer flight. For food, I would recommend the chicharones, corn dogs, wings, burgers, fried pickles.. ok everything is great and there are plenty of options. Stopped by yesterday after driving past this place daily for 6 months, sat at the bar and was immediately greeted and my beer was out in no time. Met a friend of mine so we drank a few beers before we ordered but the food was amazing! I didn't take pics but boudin balls were delicious and my Philly Draft Sandwich ( philly cheese steak ) was even better. The bar tender Sara was very attentive and never let us run out of beer! Fun ambiance, great food , great selection of beers on draft and plenty in can and bottle ! I have many favorites food and drink wise . I normally go for a stout or porter and they always have a tasty one on draft. But their selection of local and craft beer is great too. They do a tap take over with a different brewery twice a week, often giving out merchandise with a purchase . Their daily specials are amazing as well. I have my go tos as far as food goes . Boudin balls , double porky burger , the draft salad is Huge and amazing , and their lunch tacos ...hmmmhmmmgood. backyard pork taco is the way to go . Not only are the food and drink prices good and tasty , the sense of family is very welcoming . From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like a friend/family.(it's seat yourself so just walk in and pick a spot!) Stopped in on a late night whim for a quick bite to eat and some cold drinks. The place was jam packed so we weren't expecting much but we were dead wrong. We had the blue cheese burgers (oversized, juicy, delicious) with fries (seriously some of the best fries) and all kinds of tasty brews (the beer menu is out of control). The Draft has a decent selection of craft beer for the kingwood area. Overall our service was good. Went with 3 other people. Only had beer. They make me keep writing so my review will be tracked. We didn't eat anything but the place was clean and had tons of tvs. Hard to get to being on the north 59 feeder road and parking is limited. Food is just ok. Not terrible but not great either. I popped in with an out of town friend for an early dinner; about 4:30 pm on a weekday. The waitress threw some menus at us and after we ordered we were orphaned until the food came while she yacked it up with the bartender. Following she never came back until check close and we were the only people there at the time. Disappointing. Would have had better customer service at the Whataburger around the corner. read more
