The food here was really good, the wait was pretty long so I wish I would have known we had the option to get a place in line via Yelp before showing up. I got the breakfast burrito which was really good, the side of hash browns was extremely small. I'm used to going out to breakfast and almost needing to be rolled home because I'm so full but that wasn't the case here. Granted, maybe that's a good thing as Delectable Egg has "normal" portions. I do wish they had a more extensive selection of skillets as personally those are my favorite breakfast choices but I was not disappointment with the burrito at all; super yummy! Food is generally good, service is usually great, and they are always friendly and accommodating. If you go at super busy times, there's usually a wait, but the staff is hurriedly rushing around and doing their best. You can tell they are trying and you can't ask for more than that! I enjoy eating here, especially when I'm hungry for a big breakfast. read more

The service was exceptional. The food was average, ala Denny's. To be fair, my omelette was really good. However the hash browns were over cooked and the bacon was greasy, overcooked, and seemed like it had been sitting out for a bit. The ambiance is good. Long wait to get in, (40 mins) but was Sunday at 10am and we expected it to be busy. Sat right away and drink and food orders taken it took an hour to get our food! My son accidentally spilled his drink, the waitress saw us cleaning it up and brought fresh drinks, but had to ask for extra napkins and a towel to clean it up ourselves. Food was ok but was just warm not hot and toast was cold and hard. Came here under recommendation from a friend but doubt we will be back. Wasn't bad food, just bad service! read more

The food here is great. Typically, the service is great as well. The only two things that I would say should improve, is they never bring butter or jam with toast. I have to ask for it every time. One other, is there's a waitress who is always short with us, we have to ask for every little thing we need, she's always in a hurry. Yet, we notice she's just as peachy with other guests. Maybe I remind her of a dude she dated and hates? I dint think I dated her. Maybe I did? ‍ IDK. She's just rude to us every time. I'm giving one less star because we checked in and upon arrival in the time of our estimated wait that a table wasn't ready and that they would text me... only they never did so after waiting outside for 20min I went and checked and was told that they had texted me 15 minutes ago... they could clearly see us waiting and we were 5ft away? I got the steak and eggs with hashbrowns. The steak was cooked correctly but there was absolutely zero seasoning on the steak. The hashbrowns also were not salted. I had to doctor up my food quite a bit. My friend got the biscuits and gravy which was very good. I will probably come back for that. They also got the chorizo patty and that was good as well. Wonderful people work here. They are a kind, warm and generous. They make you feel at home. The food, from the French Toast Royal to the the gluten-free waffles are delicious! We used to come here all the time, but the manager at the time was rude and didn't listen to constructive criticism about how to properly scramble eggs. So, fast forward two years or so, we decided to give it another shot. It appears the place is under new management and is running like a well-oiled machine. Scrambled eggs are more like scrambled eggs rather than mixed eggs left to fry in a pan. I've always been a fan of their huevos rancheros (eggs over medium, add avocado, choose potatoes). I never even look at their menu for anything else. I'm glad this place has improved from how it was being managed before. That lady seems to be gone, thank goodness. The only thing that didn't earn the fifth star was service. Our server today was loud, a little off-putting, and had to be corrected/reminded of our orders. We'll be back, though. Went here during a visit to Denver. The portions were huge and the food and service were very good. They allowed our party of 11 to make a reservation, which we appreciated because it a very popular place. Due to Covid they had to split us up, but they took the restrictions seriously and everyone was spaced out. Would definitely visit again. read more
