What a wonderful concept of a loaded baked potato with all sorts of flavors. Ordered the Louisiana, which is topped with their homemade alfredo sauce, broccoli, shrimp, crab meat and old bay. Flavors were a little bland, but nothing that a little more old bay couldn't fix. There was an abundance of the potato, so I took the rest to eat for dinner and it kept well. IF the option of chitterlings are there, I recommend not getting it. The smell was overwhelming that we couldn't stomach it (and we LOOOOVE chitlins). The service was great. Lady at the register was friendly; signs indicated that there will be a wait as the potatoes are made to order. The potato was piping hot when I got it. Huge No Go! I was so excited to try a stuffed potato and enjoy it. The potato was from last Tuesday I'm sure as you can see in the one photo where I opened it that the potato was old. You cannot go wrong with a well dressed potato. I made my way to the Hollins Market for lunch today and tried the Dancing Potato and fell in love. The company isn't new to the Hollins Market but is now back and I am grateful. I tried the New Orleans style and my mouth was very very impressed. The potato was soft and buttery, the shrimp was spiced just right and juicy, most importantly the ratio of protein, toppings and potato is spot on. My only addition would be they should give an extra portion of "special sauce" in a little container. The menu is extensive and there is a potato combo for every flavor profile you can think of. I totally plan to work my way through this menu. The New Orleans already gets a 5/5. While waiting for my order I went through the rest of the menu and TDP as I will now call them offers seafood boil in a bag!!!!! and I am so ready to try it on my next trip because I will definitely be back. My friend and I got lunch for the first time at the Hollins Market location, per recommendation from a recently attended training. I ordered pickup and the food was ready within minutes! Loved not having to wait. We both got the Baltimore potato which is a loaded baked potato with crab meat, sauce, and cheese. We added broccoli for an additional $4. After an appointment downtown, I took a chance at finding this little spot a fellow coworker frequents. It was located in Lexington Market which was kind of hard to find via my GPS, but I eventually made it there. Parking was next door to market and there was lots of foot traffic outside. This is definitely a mom and pop spot ( a.k.a, hole in the wall). The staff was friendly and the menu is posted on the booth wall. They were only taking cash at the time which wasn't a problem because there was a Wells Fargo ATM located only footsteps away in the market. I ordered a Baltimore, New York, & Georgia potatoes . The potatoes were costly but also really huge!!! I really enjoyed the Baltimore and New York best as the Georgia was a little sweet for my taste. Next time I'll customize my own. Ordered the Baltimore Potato which comes with crab meat, old bay, shredded cheese, and what tastes like imperial sauce (they had another name for it, can't remember). The potato was huge, fileted open, and had the inside lightly mashed and buttered. The topping was creamy and flavorful. It reminded me of cream of crab soup. Overall, I thought the potato was fluffy, buttery, and tasty. One potato can definitely serve as a meal. Very good. read more

I went to this location for the first time today after walking past it numerous times over the years. Just my luck it was SUPER busy and I had to wait a long time for my order. The owner of the establishment was EXTREMELY kind and apologetic for the delay. I'm not going to lie I was pretty upset with the wait. It was her professionalism and kindness that made be not as upset at the end of the day. She had no way of knowing that it would have been so busy that day and that is understandable. I hop on the subway as the market is one stop from my job. Fighting throw the crowd I was so determined to get this stuffed potato. I get to The Dancing Potato stall and there is a big menu choice from the Baltimore potato to the Japan potato. Everything is fresh made to order which is a plus. I chose the Philadelphia potato stuffed with chicken breast, cheese, onions, lettuce, tomato and hots. Yes, it was so worth all the trouble i experienced. In the beginning I loved this place especially since they delivered to my home and school. So I have ordered quite often for bot places. Well today is why they get the rate of 2 stars. First of all, no one ever answers the phone when you call until after 12:30pm. Second, I put my order in Grubhub, showed the order was put in. Email stating the same. Over an hour later nothing. Third, when I call they tell me that they don't see an order from me and how I should call UberEats instead of Grubhub who I've never had an issue with concerning this place. This is a new place at Lexington Market. It's a little hidden, but you can't miss the large line during lunch hours. Their potatoes are enormous, bigger than my hand. I ordered "The Japan." I'm not entirely sure why it's named that, but it's essentially a cheese steak stuffed in a potato. The potato is filled with steak, grilled onions, hots, shredded cheddar, and topped with special sauce, lettuce, and tomato. I could only eat half of it for lunch and had the other half for dinner. I also ordered a mango lemonade, which was also very good. It wasn't too sweet and had a good lemon-mango mix. My friend got their watermelon iced tea, which she also enjoyed.
