Within 6 minutes of receiving my order I notice the fries were not crispy to me but limp, (Not the fries with the crab dip on them) I'm talking about the fries that didn't have dip on them were limp. I asked for crispy fries. I asked for them to be made over and serve the dip separately in a box possibly. I was told by Corey Hawkins that he could not make them over or offer a refund unless the store personnel made a mistake, also no refund is not stated on the receipt nor is it posted in the store. He stated he is not allowed to do anything basically to satisfy the customer, no other manager was there for me to speak to. This to me is not fair to the customer because I was totally unsatisfied and wanted a remake (separately) or a refund.
