Great place. Enjoyed my breakfast very much. The waitress was very friendly and my food was in front of me in the blink of an eye. The plate that I ordered seemed like too much food for me - but it was so good that I ate it ALL. The bacon, sausage, and eggs were cooked perfectly. The biscuits & gravy were some of the best that I've had. The home fries were a little too bland for my taste (I'm used to seasoned home fries) but they were still cooked perfectly. My only disappointment was the namesake. You would think that a place with "coffee" in the name would have exceptional coffee - but it was very underwhelming. Very bland - I actually didn't even finish my first cup, which is unusual for a coffee addict. I'm overall however I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. If they up their coffee game, they would be a five-star place in my eyes. read more

This establishment has the quickest turnaround for a table. It is amazing that they can move so many patrons in so little time. The parking lot is always packed, but the wait time is very short. The food overall is typical diner's food but with a lot more flavor. We had Franky's Big Breakfast that came with eggs, biscuit and gravy, sausage, bacon and home fries. It was very difficult to eat all the food on this plate. We also had some french toast and oatmeal. The prices are amazing especially when there are restaurants charging $14 for french toast in the area and here you get them for $6.In addition, the service is top notch. The waiters are very knowledgeable and do their job with the precision and efficiency that is very difficult to find in other restaurants. This is truly a hidden gem in a small town. read more

Place is voted #1 breakfast restaurant in Osceola County. Service is fast and staff are friendly. Can't really go wrong here when it comes to breakfast it's easy and simple. You get what you ask for. Place gets packed fast and gone. I had Franky's Breakfast: 2eggs, 2bacon, 2 sausage and 2 big pancakes. Everything is done very good except for pancakes that I can taste the yeast in it. Our waitress, Reannon, was amazing! As my friends and I were sitting in her section in the front, we watched her running around taking care of so many tables and no matter how busy she was, she was SO sweet to all of her customers. As a manager of a restaurant, I pay attention to a lot of things other patrons may overlook. The two women at the front who were taking care of checking people out and directing incoming customers where to sit, were absolutely appalling. We overheard several conversations (they made no attempt to be quiet about it) trash talking customers calling in orders and customers that were sitting down. The looks they both gave people, their tone when "greeting" (if you could call it that), their eye rolls, the way they spoke to the servers, all of it was embarrassing to watch. Disrespectful and unprofessional is an understatement. I would be really disappointed if they are in a management position. If anyone should be in a management position, it is Reannon. Had it not been for her and how wonderful the food was, I would be giving this establishment 1 star. Please reevaluate your staff because those two being the first interaction when you walk in the door is atrocious. read more

Stopped here for dinner on a Tuesday around 430 pm. We had smothered chicken which came with vegetable and potato and soup or salad and roll. Chicken fried steak, hamburger, Reuben hamburger (huge!). The portions were all really big and the waitstaff was really nice. The locals eating here just stared at us like we were monkeys in a cage. I've been lucky enough to eat there a few times for breakfast. For that, Koffee Kup is known for their pancakes. Please come with an appetite because one pancake is literally bigger than your head. It arrived on a plate hanging over all edges. It's very thick but fluffy. I've also ordered a veggie omelet. I loved that it was fully stuffed with all items although some of them didn't seem to be fresh. I rated it three stars because although it's crowded for breakfast (that's a good thing), the tables are too close together, making it almost impossible to walk around. read more

Love this family dining restaurant. As soon as u walk in there is a huge coffee cup for their cashier stand, which was really cute. I ordered Christian's breakfast that had 1 egg, 1 bacon, 1 sausage, and 1 pancake. Instead I asked for 2 bacons & 2 eggs. Eggs were cooked perfectly to eggs over medium which most places don't know how to do. My bacon was pretty thin and skimpy. I wish I could've told them to make it a lil more crispy but MY PANCAKE was out of this world delicious. I honestly, couldn't have asked for a better breakfast. The only thing about this diner is its like walking into a time warp of the 60's and its pretty clustered with seats & on one bench it had a rip. I am sure this diner is connected very well with the community and it can get upgraded to the 21st century. Other than that, breakfast is amazing. Loved this place. It was everything I would expect a good breakfast place to be. It is like a time warp and I mean that in a good way. It has that classic breakfast joint kind of feel. Our waitress was super friendly and did everything with a smile. I got the feeling that everybody knows each other here. Forget everything you've ever heard about the Koffee Kup. I was always very reluctant to go to this restaurant because of all the stigma behind what I thought was the origin of the café. My friend finally got me to go and try it. I finally went and tried it the service was amazing immediately upon walking in one of the owners greeted me and I felt like I've been there before when I actually haven't. The servers for Gri immediately upon sitting down they were there to help me guide me to the menu and give me great recommendations. The biscuit and gravy were in Amazing. You have to at least try the biscuit and gravy. It is voted one of the best restaurants for breakfast in Osceola County and it definitely lived up to that name. I will definitely be back for more and to try lunch as well as dinner. Definitely one of the best breakfast places I've had in a while. read more

I've been going here for 20 years they are an old fashion family run diner. The food is great, the staff is very friendly, and when it becomes a regular stop you become their family. What a fun place to eat! Get there early for breakfast, or be prepared to wait, as there could be a line out the door! A fun "greasy spoon" diner to have breakfast at. The biscuits are large, and cover a desert plate (see pic). Not your traditional rolled and round cut biscuit, but oh so tasty!! I had 2 eggs over medium, with white toast (only way to go in a diner!), and breakfast potatoes with onions. Everything was tasty but you don't come for the food alone, the outstanding hospitality makes it taste even better! Everything was buttered and greased to kingdom come, but the staff is accommodating with requests for egg white only omelets. Coffee was tasty and my mug was was always kept full to the brim!
