    Bacon/Egg/Sausage breakfast.
    Gary M.

June 27, 2025: Breakfast with Ed. This was a pretty good breakfast. It was the 2x eggs, bacon, sausage & hash browns ($9.99). Everything was good (bacon had to be sent back to make it crispy) & very tasty as well. The hash browns were under cooked to my taste. Our server "Patti M" was very funny & quick whited. The service was fast. Super casual diner & ambiance but decent food & price. It's a do-over if I ever get here again.

CLASSIC Classic dinner vibes The cup dinner has been a staple to this community for more than 30 years. After few owners. The spirit of what this place brings to their guest remains. Great food. Amazing hospitality. Generous people. When you think about a place to take your family and kids for a good and affordable meal without hustling or doubting. The cup dinner is the place to go. Their menu includes all day breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have a meal of the day on special that varies. Our go to meal has to be the destiny's hot mess. Don't sleep on the SAUSAGE LINKS THE BURGER OMELET is a gem. Try it.

If I'm ever in the area, I'd definitely visit The Cup Diner again! Tasty, hot and fresh home cooked food. No fuss, just simple and delicious! I ordered a Reuben sandwich and it was so good. The French fries weren't the best, so next time I'd order with potato chips. My husband's pancake breakfast did not disappoint either. I don't normally like breakfast sausage, but this one was juicy and quality. The pancakes tasted like box vanilla cake! Maybe others wouldn't like that, but we loved it! My only real complaints are: the table was not cleaned when we were sat, the not so good fries, & the coffee was horrible-- watered down and no flavor. Hopefully next time I can have a good cup of coffee at The CUP diner lol.

Tasty, traditional American dining in a cozy setting. The Cup was a local diner we tried on our latest adventure to Florida, and it didn't disappoint! Our party tried several of the omelets and a stack of pancakes; everything came out hot and fresh. My only critiques are that it's pretty cramped inside (our party of three were a little cramped in our booth) and all of the food needed a good shake of salt. The tables were clean and the staff was friendly! Pro tip: don't be turned off by a longer line, they turn those tables over fast!

The service was great and the food was delicious. I had the liver and onions. With mash and fried okra.

Food was delicious! This place was exactly what I was looking for. A small diner type atmosphere where all the locals knew each other. Glad I found it, and I will definitely return each time I'm in Florida. My waitress was very kind and I sat next to a daily regular who was also kind.

I called for take-out. Over-easy eggs, home fries with 2 sausage links and bacon and EXTRA bacon. This also comes with toast. I also ordered a French toast. When I called, the host was very pleasant. When I arrived, I realized that the seniors loved this place. It's like a hang out spot for them. Lol. The hostess greeted me asked what I needed. Another pleasant gentleman came and asked me as well. I love a good customer service place. Manners have gone down the drain. I got home and dug in. The food did not disappoint. Even the toast was so good. Will be my new all day breakfast spot.

Bacon, eggs & grits sorry no pic of biscuit

Staff as great!! Fast service & very welcoming! Food was outstanding... probably the best grits I've had since coming to Flordia 7 years ago.... Biscuit was split & grilled to perfection! (Sorry no picture) Bacon hard & cold (my only disappointment. Hubby report -- corn beef hash was extremely good, eggs cooked just right & hash had great favor but were cold! I rarely give 4 or 5 stars but this place deserves solid 4 stars.

You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in the quality of the ingredients and preparation. Huge kudos to Chef Frankie for delivering such a phenomenal meal. Everything from the steak to the sides was well executed and beautifully presented. Our server, Aubrey, was fantastic and truly elevated the experience. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu without ever making us feel rushed. Her service made the evening feel relaxed and enjoyable. We also have to mention the banana fosters cheesecake for dessert--it was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to end the meal. Rich, flavorful, and something we would come back for on its own. Great atmosphere, excellent food, and standout service. Between Chef Frankie's incredible cooking and Aubrey's attentive service, this steakhouse is definitely a place we will return to and highly recommend

I made a reservation, but when I arrived, only a few people were sitting at the bar, so I practically had the entire dining room to myself. Phyre is located on a quiet street just steps away from St. Cloud City Hall. The décor features black velvet booths, black chairs, and marble tables. It isn't fancy, but it has a cool, modern vibe. They even had a huge Christmas tree still on display, decorated in preparation for the Fourth of July, which definitely caught my attention. Allie was my host and server, and she was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. Every restaurant needs a Allie. She was amazing! If Phyre management reads this, she needs a raise. I mean absolutely wonderful service! I started with what they call the "Our Fashion" cocktail and their famous pretzels served with beer cheese . The cocktail was enjoyable, and I can see why the pretzels get so much attention. They were soft, warm, and fresh. I would have preferred a little less salt, but then again, it wouldn't really be a pretzel. The cheese sauce could have been hotter, but it was flavorful and paired well with the pretzels. For my entrée, I ordered the surf and turf featuring filet medallions, three crab-stuffed shrimp, and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The food arrived surprisingly quickly, which I appreciated. The filet medallions were cooked to a perfect medium and had a nice slight crisp on the outside, although they weren't quite as hot as I would have liked. It was served towith a delicious wine sauce that really elevated the dish. The crab stuffed shrimp were flavorful, and the garlic mashed potatoes were a great complement to the meal. Overall, I enjoyed my Sunday dinner at Phyre. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the food delivered a satisfying steakhouse experience. I'd definitely return to try more of the menu.

I went with my mom and it was probably fifty minutes after it had opened for the day. There were quite a few people already eaten and by the demographic (older crowd) I knew this place was going to slap. In addition to that, I heard some of the waitresses talking to the customers and most of them seemed to be locals and frequent customers. Due to that, I figured the food must be good. Anyway, we had a server who was very friendly and personable. I ordered the lunch special where I got the catfish, fried flounder, the vegetable of the day, squash, and mashed potatoes with country fried steak gravy. My mom got fried clam and fried catfish with a side of coleslaw. The ordering time did not take too long and our food came out relatively fast. The catfish was very tasty along with the fried flounder. They are were very well cooked and had a nice breading-to-fish ratio. I enjoyed the yellow squash as the vegetable of the day but I wasn't crazy about the mashed potatoes. I personally would not get them again. My mom enjoyed the fried clam as she talked about how she used to get a Howard Johnsons fried clam sandwich that she still dreams of. She said these fried clams were even better cooked than the ones she had in the past. She also said she really enjoyed the catfish as it was very tasty. Finally, she mentioned how the coleslaw was really good as it wasn't overly 'mayonaisey.' Now, I do have one negative thing to say. Although our waitress was very sweet and kind she was a bit slow on wrapping up our dining experience. We both wanted to get some desert to go, and waited at least ten minutes for her to come back to our table. There was a long period of time where I did not see her waiting on any tables and was in the kitchen. She eventually came back and we ordered the Chocolate Silk Pie and the Peach Cobbler. Then we ended up waiting another ten for the check. Other than that, we did enjoy our experience and this restaurant and would come back in the future.

Everything was really flavorful, filling, and worth trying. My only small complaint with the food is that you can't mix and match the tacos, which would be nice since they have some fun options. The restaurant itself has a bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and a very nice modern style. The staff was friendly and seemed to be trying their best to keep up with how busy and hectic the restaurant gets. I took off a star because the air conditioning is definitely an issue, which made the experience less enjoyable, especially in this Florida heat. This isn't my first time here, and every visit seems to come with a wait. They also seem to be short-staffed most of the time, so service can feel a little stretched. I would say it's on the pricey side, but the food is worth it in the end. With better staffing and some cooling in the dining area, the overall experience would match the quality of the food so much better.
