You could possibly get a little claustrophobic as you are fully locked in this room, but no one had an issues, and not to brag, my team won!

Our 16 mo old had fun too, but there is a lot to do for kids between the ages of 5-12. We all had fun walking around learning with some of the exhibits, and the indoor playground upstairs was a big hit. Our toddler even took a little nap while we were there in the comfy chairs upstairs so that was a win for us! Overall it's a new building, filled with fun things to explore, and definitely worth the visit if you're in Omaha. I'd say that especially if you're visiting when it's hot or cold outside this place would be ideal as it's perfectly air conditioned indoors.

Axe throwing was always something that my wife and I wanted to do, so we finally got to do it on a…read moredate night a few months back. One important thing to note is that you have to schedule your throwing time beforehand on their website. At the time, they supposedly did not accept walk-ins, but I do not know if that has or will change. Also, closed-toe shoes are required, so leave the sandals at home! The building itself is pretty basic and not a lot of decorating flare (which is fine, because I am here to throw axes). When you arrive, you have to sign the waiver, you have an opportunity to buy food, drink,etc and then you wait for your time to come. Once it is your scheduled time, you are taken back to your lane, giving a demo and overview of the various games and operating rules. After that, you are on your own but our guide was nearby most of the night if we had questions. He was able to answer questions and take food/drink orders. For the menu, they had popcorn and other small snack menu and a selection of canned beers, seltzers, and ciders. Prices were reasonable for the items my wife and I purchased. For the axe-throwing itself, you can reserve by the hour or lane. One hour is $20 per person or $35 for two hours (6 people per lane, includes training prior to starting). You can also rent two lanes for an hour for $200 (up to 12 people) or two hours for $350. There are a variety of games, including a traditional target, a Connect 4 style game, 21, a matching game, and more! Players are given clever names such as "Pain in the Axe" and "Axe Hole". You can also choose to use an axe or throwing star for additional fun or challenge. It's actually a bit more tiring than it seems. The atmosphere was very welcoming and there were plenty of bathrooms and they were clean and had all supplies stocked. Staff was friendly and helpfulWhen we were done, we were taking selfies near the entrance (there is a backdrop and props), and the hostess offered to take our picture. We both had fun and are looking at going back with the kids.

I was hesitant because usually I just end up arguing with my teammates. On this occasion I was with all my family members so we probably argued less than I expected. Overall, we beat the puzzle and it was a good time. The people that work there were very pleasant and eager to offer us clues. This is hands down the most fun I've had at an escape room! My group played their Clockwork Killer…read moreroom. The staff were super friendly and fun, the room was great for accessibility while still being atmospheric for the game, the puzzles were challenging in a really fun way. Only one from our group was a local but the rest of us are totally coming back again! Also didn't catch the lady's name that started the game for us (she had the awesome dinosaur earrings) but she was an absolute joy and totally made the whole experience super fun for everyone!

First one they all start out of the pits and the second run, they line up on the track. They let 8 kids race at one time, which I think is too much because it got pretty crowded and the kids got into a few wrecks. Pretty cool with the leaderboard showing the stats and during the race. Workers were friendly and on top of things. They were paying attention at all times and ran out really quickly when karts were stopped or there was a wreck. If you're bored, it's probably pretty fun to come out and try to beat the best time of the day or your personal best.
