Saw Wax Tailor on a Thursday. Check-in and security were quick and easy. We grabbed drinks without much of a wait, and the venue was comfortable, not too hot or cold. The restroom was clean with plenty of stalls, which is always a plus (no line). There was an employee managing the walkway between the crowd and the bar. He was a bit pushy, but it kept things organized, so I get it. Overall, I'd come back for another show

Came here for a concert and overall the experience was ok! It's a smaller more intimate venue but I found the acoustics to be really loud. Loud as in hard to hear the singing/rapping and at times wishing I had brought ear plugs. Security check-in was simple and quick. They have a bar area with seating before entering the main music venue and also another bar inside as well. Looks like for the show I was at, it was standing room only.

If you're a music fan and in Seattle, you have to see a show at the Croc. This isn't the original location, but the history carries over with this new location. Don't be concerned about standing for a show. It's big enough hear that you don't feel cramped and easy to get to the bar or get some food.

Great local venue. The staff was all super friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making sure everyone had a great time. The sound was great, and the bar was well stocked and fair priced. This venue also has a hotel. We opted to stay the night at the hotel and were definitely not disappointed. Very reasonably priced and a great chic room that was super cozy and comfortable. Check is more like an Air BnB than a hotel which was actually not a bad thing. Your room code gets you in the locked front door. There are two flights of stairs to climb to get to the lobby which is a bar, although it wasn't staffed late when we were there. In the morning was way better quality coffee than a normal hotel would offer (Vita I think). Parking was available all night across the street for $25. I had to move the car to street parking at 0800, but that was only $4 until noon (check out). Parking was available at 1700 when we showed up. Overall a great experience. Wasn't sure what we were getting into, but will definitely come back. It was so nice to just walk upstairs to our room after the show. Don't sleep on this place! Sleep at it... just not on it.

Came for The Ravonettes and had almost any option to stand where we wanted. Great scene and good drinks. Clean bathrooms. Loved this unique location while visiting Seattle. I'd love to be a local around here. Entry was easy and bar service was friendly. Loved the Jack Coke and grenadine on the menu

Does this venue still have pizza?

    No they do not

Does this place require vaccination cards?

    Yes.

What's the approximate capacity during a concert?

    550

I'm coming to see SuperMega in February. Will it be standing room only? Or will there be temp seated added? (Just asking because they aren't a band so we probably won't be dancing like a reg gig.) Thanks in advance for taking time to answer me :)

Normally the Crocodile is standing room only, but if this is a unique type of gig then they may have specific arrangements in mind. I would contact them directly to see what the plan is for that show.

My kids want me to bring them to a concert later in the year. Admission is not restricted by age, but wondering how practical it is? Could they use the balcony, or how does it work?

At shows I've been to, yes the balcony is the all-ages area!

Is there a seat or seating to watch and enjoy the show?

Very limited in the concert area, a few benches around the wall. But the bar area has some tables and you can certainly hear the show if not see it from there

I've caught him in Portland, OR, and out on the seas. Ronnie actually played Portland the day before! I've been meaning to check out Jazz Alley, so when I heard about the opportunity to be awarded tickets to the show, I jumped on it. Jazz Alley is a lovely setup inside. The space feels sophisticated while still cozy and welcoming. and the service was spot on. We arrived early for dinner and I ordered the Beef Tenderloin Brochette Salad. My friend ordered the sole. At first I was hesitant to order this salad, thinking the beef might be chewy, but the server assured me it was tender--and it absolutely was. Perfect medium rare and truly fork-tender. My friend LOVED her sole entree. The show itself had fantastic sound quality, along with the staging and lighting. I'll be back up at Jazz Alley for sure! Now on my earlier review I expressed that I would like to see Jazz Alley improve on its health department rating of "good" on a future visit. Well, the future visit was last night and the rating still "good." I am not sure what's the issue but I can't imagine they can not achieve "excellent!" Anyway, the dishes we tried were the Lobster and Scallop ( Maine Lobster and seared sea Scallops) mac and cheese with penne pasta and the Vegetable Lasagna which included pasta with eggplant, spinach, mushrooms, basil, ricotta, parmesan and mozzarella, served on San Marzano tomato sauce and topped with pesto were delicious. Kudos to the kitchen but they've got to get the overall food management thing under control.

There's a good amount of seating in the platform area and a large open floor in the middle. A lot of people also stand/dance on the same platform as there's a lot of leeway for you to move between areas. I never really do coat check because I'm paranoid about not having my things on me, but the one here is easy and reliable. The only real issue was the photo booth which only worked for the first half hour or so. I'm assuming it ran out of film or something because at some point, it just kept taking people's money without taking any photos, which was brought up to the staff. This isn't necessarily on Showbox since the photo booth is provided by a vendor, but I would've appreciated an "out of order" sign. If this happens to you, you can visit the vendor's website and call for a refund!
