The prices are as follows for juice sizes: *8oz $6 *12oz $9 *16oz $12 I got the large Bon Vivant with romaine, spinach, lemon, apple, parsley, ginger, and cucumber. They also offer CBD tea, the one with hemp is the only one out of the 3 they offer that has a nice caffeine kick! The staff is chill not overly friendly so don't expect too much catering to your wants. Just get in, know what you want and be independent hah. This is hands down one of my favorite places in Denver--props for it being in walking distance from where we live. The staff is super friendly (in a real, genuine way, too) and the space is so cozy and lively--I've worked here, taught here, and hung out for a while with friends. All the drinks I've tried are good. The kava is some of the best I've had, the juices and smoothies all inventive and tasty (I love all the blends with the jalapeño), and the teas lovely (CBD teas!!!). I especially love the drip coffee with some of their coconut milk (which they don't up-charge for like other places). Alright, now the food. Their salads are deceivingly BIG in the best way. They're cool about subbing things, but I love how multi-dimensional they are. My favorites: Miso Fine and Super Seed. Their roasts are out of this world--best toasts in town. My absolute favorite is the Za'atar (because I lived in the Middle East and miss those flavors every damn day), but you really can't go wrong. My husband loves the Biz sub avocado for the cheese. Oh, and don't ignore the açaí bowls. The OG and the Super Food are my personal favorites, but if you have more of a sweet tooth, try the Cacao! Their overall atmosphere is muted colors and relaxed. More tables and chairs to sit at than comfy chairs, yet these aren't bad if you decide to work here. Electrical outlets and plugs are a little sparse, but not terrible. You'll definitely find other places with more outlets than here. But if you want to hang out in a quiet, relaxing space, this really is the place. If only they were open later than 4 p.m., that would be ideal. Put "beet" in the title and I'm already sold. Note: I did not actually eat any beets here. I guess I ought to disclose that I didn't drink any beets here, either. I think in the scales of food definition, this place leans a little heavier on the juice side than the food side. I think the juice would probably be the main attraction. You know the drill: cold-pressed and et cetera and probably more money that I feel comfortable spending on juice, but their prices here are right in line with what you might expect to spend elsewhere. What I like is the space--open, bright, airy, and right there on the corner. I also like the food--I was wanting something healthy because when I travel I want this body to be treated well--and they had it here. I ordered the southwest salad (hold the red onions, please) and it was just what I needed. The dressing was nice and not glopped all over the place, and the portion size as actually quite generous. Fire up the computer and get the wifi rolling, sit at one of the big tables, and do your work. I can't begin to tell you how many times I have walked by The Corner Beet, each time thinking, "I should go in." Well, I finally went in, not once, but twice! I like it! The interior is nice, with hardwood floors, and a high ceiling finished with black paint, so it "disappears." There are lots of plants, which gives it a homey touch. One wall is made up of windows, so there is lots and lots of light! I love it! There is nice music in the background, and you can still hear the people you are there with. There is a community table that seats six people. There is one table that seats two people. There are three tables that seat four people, and four seats at the bar. There are also two individual comfy chairs too. One wall is partially finished with the "slats" showing, which is unusual, as I've yet to see this in a restaurant. It's both unusual and interesting as well. On the same wall, there is finished hardwood too. Artwork is hung around the restaurant, which I'm sure will change through time. Your food is brought out to you, with individual signs like "Grapefruit," or "Fennel," etc, on the sign, which is given to you by the person at the register. A nice touch for a restaurant, instead of the normal "numbers" that you place on the stand on your table. The menu includes juices, coffee, soups, salads, acai bowls, and toast. I love their toast! There are 15 varieties of toast! I love it! I love the Avocado, which includes: smashed avocado drizzled with honey, and black and red pepper. You can add an egg or goat cheese for $1.50. I get the Avocado without the honey, as I can't eat honey (bummer!). I also add a fried egg. Yummy!!!! I love the bread that they use as well, thick, multi grain, and very good! My husband has had the Capitol, which includes: smashed avocado, layered tomato, and balsamic glaze. He added the fried egg as well. My husband has also had the Breakfast burrito, which is definitely large enough to split between two people. Oh, I didn't mention that the Avocado is two very large pieces of toast, so you can split this between two people as well. Add a scone or the homemade baklava for dessert, and you are all set. Other Toast on the menu include: The PB&J, which includes: peanut or almond butter with a side of house-made mixed berry jam. There is also the Churro, which includes: butter with cinnamon and sugar. These are only two of the other Toasts on the menu. Their coffee is good, with one free refill. The coffee condiment station (sugars, creamers, etc), is in the back right corner of the restaurant, so it's away from everyone and the front register as well. It's a nice, clean setup too. This is where you can and should bus your own table, meaning put your dirty dishes in the black tubs provided in this area. There is a LARGE version of the menu on the wall, to the left, above the register where you order. There are also individual copies of the menu at the register too. The Corner Beet is eclectic, comfortable, warming, welcoming, friendly, Prices are comparable to today. There is parking on the side streets. There are a few tables outside as well. You choose your own seat after ordering, so get there early, as I can see this place rapidly becoming a neighborhood favorite, as well as one of my favorites too. Nice Job, Corner Beet! Awesome local spot in Cap Hill with a great selection of food basics that are healthier but pricier. I'm really not entirely sure what draws me to this place but I always randomly end up here on early mornings for a more casual brunch/breakfast. Like that their food selection is straight forward and healthy (healthy sounding atleast), but dislike that their menu is priced at what it is for what they offer. Also dislike how slow their service is for everytime that I've been there; its usually pretty empty when I'm around. Atmosphere: Super neat spot that gives off a modern urban vibe. Their interior is lined with plants and gets amazing natural light in the mornings. There is some outdoor seating available too and its in a prime location to pet dogs as they walk by. Food: I've had multiple things from here, including: acai bowls, salads, smoothies, coffee, pastries, and specialized toasts (avocado etc). Everything I've tried has been great and hit the spot. They always have fun/unique juices/smoothies which are seasonal and super flavorful. I regret drinking them within the first minute but still worth it. I saw a cashier go from the cash register, handling cash, to prepping food with her bare hands, without washing in between. I have tried to order food to go four times now, and everytime it takes more than half an hour. Every person I talk to about this place relays a similar experiance. An investment in a shift manager who knows how to actually brew coffee would go a long way. If you act now, you can get a special value of twice the price and half the value! read more

Their matcha latte with a dropper of CBD is my favorite matcha in the city. On my last visit I got a cup of their broccoli cheddar soup- perfection. And oh my: the garlic toast is unbelievable. Cinnamon toast is good stuff. I enjoy their open mic night- a good mix of musicians and poetry. I only give 4 stars because the dude that I believe is the owner is not helpful or friendly. This is my go to for breakfast/lunch on Uber eats. The super food açaí bowl is always a must when I order. It has a ton of great toppings-gogi berries,coconut flakes,chia seeds,hemp seeds,and bee pollen only to name a few. Their açaí blend almost has a whipped texture to it? Idk but I absolutely love it. Spicy Thai peanut salad- loved this one. When they said spicy they meant it,they didn't come here to play around. This has fresh sliced jalapeños and a spicy dressing to make up that heat. House toast-I wasn't expecting this one to taste so good. Visually pleasing and delicious. Daily vegan bread- Idk what it was but it was along the lines of banana/oat with chocolate chips. Very moist and tasty, it was a great buffer for a sweet craving They also don't hold back on ingredients,which is super endearing when ordering from vegan restaurants and I honestly don't feel like it's outrageously priced either, the serving sizes are much more generous here than to what I'm used to when eating at other vegan restaurants. Made it to The Corner Beet just on the brink of hanger, a dangerous place where if I don't get some toast RIGHT NOW, who knows what might happen. My friend discovered this place on Yelp--I would consider this one of those "lifesaver" Yelp discoveries. Their menu is straightforward and simple: juice, toast, and salad. A few other fun drinks sprinkled in there, but if you're in the food for a black bean burger or tempeh tacos, this ain't the place. You order at the counter and find a table--their outdoor seating is super limited, but there's plenty of space inside. My friend and I ordered a few things to share: the avocado toast, the house toast with beet butter, and the super seed salad. I agree with some other reviewers that is does seem to take them a long time to prepare their food, especially food that isn't being cooked. I witnessed another customer come in to check on the status of her food and the server (with a little bit of 'tude, I might add) just looked at her and said "we said it would take 20 minutes." I totally get that good food takes a little while to make, but at least be a little cheery about it, folks! When the food did come out, I was (pleasantly) surprised at the HUGE portions. Each order of toast is actually two big slabs of toast, and the salad was enormous as well. I fell in love with the avocado toast situation--they top it with honey and give you some dried peppers to sprinkle on top. It was perfectly creamy, spicy, sweet--just, like, omg. The salad and house toast were both amazing as well, and gorgeous to boot. I'd order the house toast again just to stare at that beautiful shade of pink. I want to love this place (or even like it!) but after many chances I'm left to express my disappointment in the form of a two-star yelp review. Ultimately, the service is very poor (either slow, chaotic, rude, or a combination of all three) and the food is SO. OVERPRICED. it's almost laughable. I was charged FOUR DOLLARS for a single slice of gluten free bread, toasted to the point it was inedible, with literally nothing on it. It was half the size of the bread they typically use for toast. I mean, seriously. Four dollars for a half a piece of stale bread. In theory, the food is simple and delicious. Like many of us nowadays I'm willing to pay for a fancy toast when I could just buy all of the ingredients and make a dozen toasts for the same price. But hey, sometimes a girl wants a fancy toast. Let's just be reasonable about what we're charging (I say that compared to all the other cafes in the area). And maybe don't act so put off when someone simply orders what's on the menu. read more
