He truly is passionate about what he does and it shows in his craft! This time we finally tried the chimney cone, my goodness amazing! Very crispy yet soft and fluffy on the inside. We enjoyed dipping pieces of the pastry into our gelato for an elevated experience. We got the cinnamon sugar flavor and wow we will definitely be getting it everytime.
