Came here over the weekend and stumbled across this super cute cookie shop. My husband and I were greeted right away and were told of their flavors for the day. We decided to get a chocolate chip cookie and snickerdoodle cookie. Both were thick, soft, and super good! When I looked at the pictures through their Yelp page, I originally thought it would be like Crumbl Cookie and I was SO happy it was nothing like that. Love that their cookies are baked fully while still remaining soft. Snickerdoodle was my favorite but the chocolate chip was a close favorite since they use three types of chocolate chips inside! If you're local to the area, or even visiting from out of town like I was, be sure to pop in! You won't be disappointed. (They also have a gluten free option in their cookie selection which is a really great find for a small shop.)

The sugar cookies were my absolute favorite!!

The cookies are so good and the owners are lovely people! I love that their lineup changes weekly and the flavors are so fun and creative. My favorites so far have been the pumpkin chai, moonpie, and holiday sprinkle. My neighbors and kids have all loved them each time I've shared my loot. Repeat customer over here!

Stopped in on our way to get our tea/coffee. The slogan on creating community one cookie at a time was great. Cookies are large and beautifully decorated. We ordered the chocolate chip, buttercup, sno-ball and suga suga. Our bill was $21.00. Cute names and I love the sign with the cookie descriptions. Customer service was good. I really wanted these cookies to be great but they were disappointing. They tasted undercooked and stale. The frosting was the best thing about the cookies but we came for the cookies and not just frosting. Unfortunately, this is a no for me. There are too many competitors in the area making and selling delicious cookies.

The cookies are massive here! Tried a piece of the following: chocolate chip, cookies and cream, and Oreo. Each tasted fresh and homemade. I only wished they were more flavorful. The service was great and we will be back when we are in the mood for cookies.

Anytime I'm in the area, I stop by The Cookie Crew and it never disappoints! The cookies always taste amazing and they're pretty hefty, so it's a great treat to share as well. They post their weekly flavors on Instagram and I'm always excited to see what they have in store for the week.

Omg! I'm so happy they offer gluten free options, and the gluten free pancake and syrup cookie was delicious. It really did taste like I was eating pancakes with syrup and a little bit of whip cream as a bonus. I am curious to try their other gluten free flavors. I will definitely be back! Don, the owner, was super nice and welcoming, and I like that they support other local shops and businesses in their little shop at the front. Well done, Cookie Crew!

Excellent cookies, very large! Even my kids, who can inhale whole packages of Oreos or chips ahoy, can only eat fractions of each cookie! Each week is a new round of flavors so now we buy each to taste and try and we cut up each cookie like a pie and have wedges as we go. Storefront is super unassuming, it's basically just a cookie counter with a drink fridge, some cookie themed products (think T-shirts, springs, kids baking toys) and some other local handmade/home-crafted items on shelves. Folks working in shop (owner?) are super sweet and greet you like longtime friends! We're currently paying about $4.50/cookie, but again, each cookie is like 8-10 servings, really... Most memorable so far: pancake, s'mores, cookies & creme, red velvet, double chocolate... Waiting for peanut butter, personally. ;) Definitely follow their instagram for weekly flavor notifications!

I love these cookies I used to drive to her house to pick them up. Hands down best cookie in Temecula I love how creative she is the flavors are so fun. They are perfectly cooked and unlike crumbl cookie they don't taste fake or artificial. I feel like she uses top notch quality ingredients vs her competitors. We are so happy to learn they are only 5 mins from our house now if you want a treat yourself dessert mos def stop by here you will love them. My personal favorite is the pancake and syrup also the animal cracker one. The chocolate chip cookie is fantastic warmed up and topped with vanilla ice cream ice cream.

The best cookie shop in Temecula! The owner and staff are very friendly! When you walk in the store, you are immediately greeted with a smile. The cookies are big, moist, and delicious! Family owned business with different cookies offered each week. Offer classes and events for adults and children, often in conjunction with other local small businesses. Cookies and brownies are delicious without being too sweet. Offer gluten free cookies as well. Highly recommend their larger cookie for parties and gatherings. read more

Based on the many positive reviews, I must have just come on a bad day or gotten a bad batch. My husband and I just sampled a little bit of the chocolate chip, snickerdoodle and chocolate chai cookies and they're all very dense and dry. And a little too salty as well. Maybe they're from yesterday's batch? It's probably just a fluke given they have many positive reviews but I paid $18+ for four less than mediocre cookies, which is a bummer. read more

We just got cookies from here and they didn't disappoint! I only tried the PB Party, definitely a peanut butter explosion! I really enjoyed it! The cookies here aren't the flat ooey-gooey kind of cookies. They are bigger and thicker so denser but not dry. I remember years ago I had a cookie recipe similar to texture as these and people loved them and they were the favorite. I long lost that recipe but here at the Cookie Crew, they do that style of cookie perfectly! I can't wait to try more flavors. This will be our go-to cookie shop. Always happy to support local businesses vs. chains, too! read more

I've been getting Cookies from the Cookie Crew for almost 2 years now, before the store even opened and Rachel was just making cookies in her kitchen. I get these as gifts for my clients consistently and of course for my own family. We have loved every single flavor that we have tried so far. All of my clients rave about how delicious the cookies are and how thankful they are for the gift. I tell everyone you've got to try The Cookie Crew, their cookies are not only delicious, but bigger than local competitor cookie brands and you get way more for your money. read more

I have been following The Cookie Crew on social media for a bit and have been dying to try their cookies. I finally went this week and I was not disappointed!! The owner was very sweet and the store was super clean. I got one of each flavor (except chocolate chip) and I loved them all. The matcha cookie was SO spot on. Tasted like matcha with the perfect amount of sweetness, yum. I will definitely be returning to try more unique flavors! read more

Found this wonderful family-owned shop as we just moved to the area. They have the best service! Don is very personable and professional. I told him I found another cookie shop around the same time and he said with a kind smile, "I won't stop you." I did try this other popular shop along with The Cookie Crew, but I prefer small family-owned businesses and love The Cookie Crew's customer service. And of course, they have tasty cookies. Their Snickerdoodles are my Favorite! They change their menu each week which keeps us coming in to see what's new to try. I would definitely recommend giving the Cookie Crew a taste. read more

I am SO happy I stumbled across this little gem! I walked in 20 minutes before closing after picking up pizzas next door and realizing we didn't have any desserts for our Christmas party! Don was soooo sweet and I could not be happier that I bought out the rest of the cookies for the day! Everyone loved them. These are phenomenal cookies - I technically have only tried a lucky charms cookie, but it was phenomenal and I am definitely going to be back to try other flavors. I was eating lunch next door and came in just to browse out of curiosity. I have to admit that when I looked at them I didn't think they would be the type of cookies I like. They look really bulky and like they would be a more dry/crunchy cookie (which is 1000% fine, just not my type of cookie); I'm actually not much of a sweets person, so most cookies don't really blow my mind, but if I do like a cookie, its usually going to be a soft cookie. I wasn't going to buy anything, but I like supporting small businesses and my husband loves all sweets, so I just got one cookie. I kept it at room temperature the whole day and that evening I ate 1/4th of the cookie (because they are literally that big) and I absolutely loved it. I especially love that you don't have to warm it up or anything for it to wow you. It has the perfect balance of a crispy outside and a soft delicious interior. The lucky charms cookie is extremely sweet, so sweet I couldn't eat my more of the cookie, but I absolutely loved it nevertheless. My husband ate 1/4 of the cookie as well and then I saved the remaining half for the next day. I just tried another bite of the cookie and its just as delicious today as it was yesterday and I am so excited to take little bites all day long! read more

The battle of cookie shops continue here in Temecula, but there is a clear winner. COOKIE CREWWWWW! We are absolutely in love with these cookies. Every week new flavors are released, and every week for some reason I always find myself standing inside. Thanks to cookie crew I've gained five pounds in the last month, but every pound has been worth it. The cookies are hugeeeee (trump voice) and can easily be split between two people, but I don't like sharing so I feel obligated to eat every last crumb every time.....ugh so goooood. And the other best part about this place is it's locally and family owned! We love supporting our local businesses and it's easy when the cookies taste like this. Oh and they aren't always randomly closed like that pink box cookie place. In fact I'm sitting in the parking lot right now about to get me some cookie crew. I guess I'll be adding another pound to the scale. Yeee yeeee read more

Best.Cookies.In.Town. (or ever?) It's our family's "go to" bakery in Temecula. The frosting is soooo good. When they have lemon bars grab some before they sell out! I love when they offer extra kinds of dessert, like coffee cake or lemon bars. Wishing they made more than just cookies because the baker is so talented.
