Located in the District in Henderson, this Coffee Bean is always bustling. Service is prompt, friendly, and they have a nice indoor as well as some seats outdoors to sit at. A great spot for a coffee or tea as you walk around the shops or just take a moment to sit down and relax. I personally am a fan of their coffee beans in general and love an Iced Americano here (or if you want to jazz that up add a flavor like hazelnut to it). read more

I used to go to coffee bean quite often and always loved to mix their sugar free chocolate and vanilla powder together. I didn't see it on the menu and asked the woman working at the counter what SF flavors they had, she came off very short and said "we only have vanilla". So I took a few seconds to decide what to order since that was my only option she seemed very impatient. Then while I was trying to order an iced latte she cut me off and said "iced caramel latte" I told her no, I wanted sugar free, then she said "fat free milk okay?" I asked what other milk options she had, she rushed everything so quickly that I could barely understand her. She was talking way too fast o thought k was talking to an auctioneer, and just seemed way too impatient for my and fiancés liking. Our order came up and my fiance had ordered sf vanilla as well, we both tried his drink and it tasted overly sweet compared to mine. So he went back and asked if it was made correctly. The woman who took his order stated to argue with him that it was made correctly, while the guy who made the order admitted that he didn't think he made it right. Made it again, but still didn't seem right, but not as sweet. As a former Starbucks barista, it's disappointing to see the terrible customer service from this woman that I'm assuming was possibly a manager since we found out she was training 3 brand new employees. So I suppose she was miserable and grumpy because of that? Just unfortunate that they are all getting training from someone as miserable as she. You never argue with a customer, if a drink didn't taste right, you simply remake it! Even at the end of our transaction she came off snarky she said something I didn't understand and smiled, but I could tell it wasn't meant to be kind and wasn't genuine. My fiance had even asked her earlier how her day was and she rolled her eyes. Just very sad that I've worked in customer service my entire life, and regardless of how busy an establishment is, I still take the time to speak to every customer who has questions, slow down so they understand me, and treat them with kindness and compassion. Not be impatient and frustrated, even if you're having a rough day, you don't have to take it out on everyone else. Needless to say we will not be going back, I'm disappointed that the sf flavors are lacking but, if we are in area, it wouldn't be the end of the world. If I wanted to be treated with such rudeness and pay for it, I'd go to Dick's Last Resort. read more

It's time to start the day, it's a process! All those yawns let's stop by a spot that will help you seize the day . It's time to coffee, we have to stand in line and have that conversation about the moon; while in your head it's not you until the caffeinated joy hits your veins. The line moves slow, it seems slower then a cashier asks you what you want. I need some coffee. You have your choice of coffee or tea. Iced or not. After all the back and forth on size and what's not. You get to wait for that coffee beverage to be made. They call out your name here when your drink is ready. Each time you hear an employee call out a name, the anticipation gets greater. You cannot wait, but you can. Name after name and finally you get your cup of coffee. You can feel your brain breath a little bit better. All that wait was worth the hype. Sometimes we need some fuel with our coffee they offer some small items such as egg bites and a wrapped sandwich. The carrot cake has changed from what it used to be. They offer vegan versions of items. Now the banana bread is a must. For those wanting be a little bad have a sprinkles vanilla cake pops . Either way you cannot go wrong with your caffeine choices here. Let's get our coffee on and get put into life . Here we go! read more

Most of the time my service here is great, but when you work in the district and need to be back in the office fast it's important to feel like a priority as a customer. Today many customers were made to feel second and had to wait more than 15 mintues for a coffee. Two men, a lady before me, and myself had to wait more than 15 minutes for our orders when someone who was obviously a good friend came in after we did and ordered at the counter. The wait staff ran around the corner to hug her and kept calling her baby including the barista who then proceeded to make her order above everyone else's and as the store got busier, we were left waiting. read more

I haven't been here in the longest time and today decided to stop by on a whim. What really stood out to me was when I walked in, I was immediately greeted by all the employees. Everyone in the store was so incredibly happy and kind, which is such a rarity anymore. The coffee itself is good, but the service is exceptional. I have to give them a shout out on how fantastic it was to go to a place where people were just all across the board friendly. I really hope that this is how they are every day because if so, I highly recommend people going and starting their day off here. It is contagious and the happiness will follow you throughout the day. read more

For the owner of this store you should know your employees are closing the store early. We went in at 6:47 to order an iced chai and was told the iced tea machines were closed for the day WTf? You still have 13 minutes left. Oh, and all the lights were off. We've gone into other tea and coffee places 10 minutes before closing and this has never happened before. Will never come here....there are too many tea and coffee places with better customer service. read more

Good selection of coffee and tea drinks. Amber and David were great! Glad Amber was there to make sure that the large order I made (11 drinks) was labeled. The other lady, tho, told me they can't do it. Big thanks to the rest of the crew who got my order ready in less than 10 minutes! read more

Rude staff especially the tall person with all the metal in his face and the coffee is subpar at best.

Great coffee. Area is awesome since it's right inside the District. Staff are nice and attentive . Good place to sit and do some work if you don't mind some noise. Internet is good. read more

Nice staff and better coffee than Starbucks. Layout is odd. There's a door facing the sidewalk, but it's always locked. People yank on the door every five minutes. Why not unlock this door? In front on the sidewalk, gray-haired white guys hold court each morning, recounting their best golf scores. No wonder their wives left them. read more

This is the second review I have left regarding their app. I came here today to buy a coffee and again their app is not working. This is frustrating. Whats the point of downloading their app if it doesn't work. I guess it is time to look for another coffee shop read more

This location is so busy but somehow the team keeps the drinks moving and are so friendly. Today I had the pleasure of being served by the barista David and he was fabulous! He helped me pick out drinks for my family and guided me through the sizes and was just super kind and friendly! Can't say enough good things about this location! The service, attention to details and overall speed of whole staff is really great. But I needed to focus on my experience today. If you've been here more than once, you've noticed the spitfire known as Amber behind the counter. I don't think she has a "slow down" button. Today I witnessed Amber with fellow teammates J.J. and David dispatch a huge crowd in seconds. I walked in and almost left because the line was so long. Before I knew it I was ordering. As usual my drink was perfect and I was on my way. Blows Starbucks away. read more

This has to be the worse service I've had here..I have come here for years since we moved here. I had stop coming here for a while because for a LONG TIME like almost a year- their app wasn't working and couldn't take my app to pay in person. They couldn't scan my QR code to pay for my drinks. I was so annoyed because I had money sitting on my app which I couldn't use. The app wouldn't let me even order ahead. They told me they had technical issues for the LONGEST time. I had stop coming here because of this and they could never get my drink right. TODAY, I had money left on my app which I ordered my drinks. I got to the shop and the chick was like oh here ya go. She gives me my drink. I'm like where's the other drink. She's like what other drink? She looked so clueless and looked like she didn't care enough to check my order on the screen on front of her. I was pulling up my order on my phone until the other lady was like oh this is for so and so. I'm like that's my other drink. They gave me my other drink..didn't offer a cup holder. They weren't even busy to take time to provide good service. I had to then ask for one before they continued what they were doing. After coming home and tasting my PSL, major FAIL. I put on the app I wanted it less sweet like 25%. Holy crap- it was diabetes in a cup. All the syrup was floating on bottom. Tried to mix it but no difference. They couldn't even take time to ask me about the sweetness. I can't even with this place. Hence, i rarely go here. I should of tasted it and had them remade it. Ambiance is busy. There's no room to sit here during the day. It gets packed. read more

1.12.24 2-215pm on a Friday and your told the APP is down things happen but when you have a barista who is a little short because she is complaining the line is backing up again and while your waiting for your coffees you have to hear her complain to her peers that I need to go. I need to go home. Maybe she needs to find another job. I'm paying over $20 for two Lattes I don't need to hear the complaining. Be happy to have a job. I noticed someone else just complained to management about her I guess I'm not the only one who picked up on her customer service. Should have been 4 stars but some people there shouldn't work in a customer service job. read more

Yani was amazing, very sweet. Definitely coming back here again. Coffee places need more people like her :)

Was serviced by Melissa who was apparently having an "off day". She seemed a bit nasty and looked at my husband and I like we were idiots for asking questions about their iced lattes. A simple question like "how many pumps" because I didn't want it overly sweet. She didn't even say hello or "smile" through her mask, If you know what I mean. Anyway, the latte was VERY sweet with the two pumps they put in it and it was just ok. The folks making the drinks were nice. Sitting out in this mall made the sugar rush worth it. Would I come again... nah. There are too many great coffee shops to choose from. read more

Love this location here at the District in Green Valley! I decided to stop in after visiting the Farmers market today. I was craving the Matcha latte w/soy milk from there. We took our tea's to Enjoy outside. They have plenty of seating all around the district . This location is always super busy especially today with the market. For it being so busy the service was super fast and friendly. Bright inside and definitely good vibes. Will continue to visit this Coffee Bean every time I'm at the district! read more

I love this location. It's great for my kids and I since the splash pad is located across the street. I want to make one thing super clear. The reason I am giving my review 5 stars is because the trainee girl at the front. I think her name was Maggie. But she was the only one that greeted my kids and I she was very sweet and rang me up and got my drink out super quick. The other 2 employees there seemed very short and in a rush to get home. I got the tropical passion iced tea. Highly recommend. The cafe is clean and the straws and sugars were stocked up. read more

After a brief request from the owner asking for my "understanding," I wrote her this message: Thank you for your thoughtful response to my recent experience at your store. I appreciate you taking the time to address it and acknowledge your intent to provide good service. That said, I feel compelled to explain why I chose to share my experience publicly. I left the Yelp comment because I found it difficult to understand the situation I encountered: there was no clear explanation for why my order wasn't on the board; no visible process or communication to clarify what had gone wrong; and despite several staff members being present, none acknowledged me as I stood just a few feet away--clearly waiting and making eye contact--hoping for assistance. What I found most disheartening was that after waiting patiently for nearly 20 minutes and thanking the staff member who eventually handed me my drink, I received no recognition or basic courtesy in return. The interaction made me feel as if I--and by extension, any customer--simply didn't matter. While I understand mistakes happen, the lack of acknowledgment or apology left a lasting impression. I say this not out of bitterness, but because your response asks for understanding, and I believe understanding should be mutual. A sincere effort to address what went wrong and to encourage future visits would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, without that, I'm unable to offer either my understanding or my continued patronage. read more

After a year of bad experiences, this spot has a new GM, Misty, who is very courteous and direct in explaining available options and suggesting products if you are unsure what to order. I appreciate the business owner making changes to improve the services. The staff is more knowledgeable and courteous. I returned once and then again to see if it's just a coincidence but even during busy times (which is always), they could provide quality products. The place is not huge but they have seats outside (not ideal for hot weather), but they added more options in their menu. I would consider stopping by here and give your opinion. read more

I really don't like to give negative reviews but yesterday's experience kept living in my head rent free and I tried to brush it off, but it bothered me. I understand it's holidays and there was the Maker's Hive Market going on, so that added to the busy rush. I wanted an afternoon pick me up and decided to get a drink. It was a long line of course and the person manning the register looked like he hated his job. He tried to smile but would turn around to his coworker and talk smack in a low voice. I happen to just order one drink and ask for one customization which is oatmilk because yes my stomach can't handle regular milk. Well, my drink was made quick and I heard my name called. I was confused since other people's before me didn't get their drinks yet. So when I grabbed it I just wanted to read the tag on the drink if it's really mine. Well another worker was looking at me look at the drink, said my name and drink again and I saw him give me a stink eye and looked away. I was not there to offend him but clearly it looked like I did. These two interaction in one experience is what set the tone of why there is a low score. Like I said, I rarely give negative feedback because I understand what it is like to deal with customers, but at least try. I wanted to make sure that my drink is right because I surely don't want to get a drink with whole milk. read more

Happy #ThankYouThursday! Since it's been almost a year since I left some love for this location, I figured it was time. Did you know that all the Coffee Beans are locally owned? I loved when I found that out! Right now, I'm so happy to show my support to this place. They have really been there for me during this crazy quarantine with their easy pickup at The District. When my husband and I are feeling a little bit stir crazy, we head out to The District to walk around and grab a cold drink from Coffee Bean! The staff here is always so kind and takes great care of us. During the closure, they have everything easily set up. At one of their entrances, you can order at the door. They have markings on the ground to show where to stand to keep your distance in line, too. Their staff is also wearing masks and gloves, too, if that eases your mind during this time. Once you place your order, you walk over to the other door where they have a table setup to set your drink once it's ready. If you're in a car, you can literally pull right up and grab it! Soooo easy! Thank you so much, Coffee Bean, for serving up delicious drinks during this time of closure. I've appreciated you more than you know. You've been the source of so many pick-me-up days for me and for that, I can't thank you enough! read more

I would make it a 5- but the barista must have been over worked for her liking because I got my coffee with a side of attitude. Mumbling under her breath and making comments to coworkers wasn't as inconspicuous as she thought. read more
