I frequently work from Starbucks when I'm traveling or just need a change of pace from working at home. I was in the area for an appointment today and decided to stop in to work from this location. It's rather spacious and decently quiet, aside from the house music. They have ample seating and quite a few outlets available. My drink was made perfectly, the consistency at Starbucks is what I appreciate the most. Over the course of the few hours I was here, the staff was very friendly and consistently cleaning. The staff even offered a free sample of their pecan latte that is coming out soon with their fall lineup. It is absolutely delicious! It has a sweet, nutty flavor that is rounded with a slightly salty topping. This is a drink I likely wouldn't have tried as I have my usual favorites, but I'll definitely order one when they are on the menu. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience! read more

The personalized service at this location is absolutely the reason I walk in here instead of a drive thrus near my office. This Starbucks is walk in only and I'm amazed how well the baristas remember my order. Impressive in my opinion and I don't frequent this location consistently but I will moving forward. All the staff is polite and the extra protein foam on top of my 4 shots or blonde espresso revs my engine before work and I'm grateful a simple yet specific drink from my perspective is made with care. I come to this Starbucks often and I've consistently had great experiences! The baristas are always friendly, and my drinks come out quickly and taste great every time. You can tell they take the time to make everything well. I also appreciate the outdoor seating. Whenever I'm walking my friend's dog, this is our go-to stop for a pup cup. I get to enjoy my coffee outside while the pup enjoys his treat. It's a simple thing, but it makes this location one of my favorites! read more

This review is about Linda. I live in this neighborhood and stopped here on my way home to use the rest room because I have a medical condition that sometimes makes using the bathroom an urgent need for me. I frequent all of the Starbucks in the radius around my house, which is about a mile up from this location. Asked nicely to use the restroom and I'm told by Linda that I have to purchase something to use the rest room. Totally disgusting way to treat a customer who spends on average $18-36 A DAY at the 3 Starbucks locations in our neighborhood. I hope you have an awful day Linda because you ruined mine. I'm sure if I had chosen to go next door to McDonald's where I never spend a penny that I would have been treated nicer, which is pathetic. I've never thought to leave a review for Starbucks because as far as I'm concerned, they're all the same. However, I am changing my tune after today. This is officially my favorite Starbucks. I come here often because it's on my way to work and always order ahead. The staff greets EVERYONE that comes through the door, which really makes me happy. My order is always on-time. What set them apart today was writing "You Matter" on my cup. They didn't know who was coming to collect that order, only that they mattered. What makes it better was I didn't notice it until I had already arrived at work and was having anxiety over a personal matter. I happened to look up and saw it at the right moment, and it immediately made me feel better. Little things like that go a long way, and I thank you Starbucks staff. read more

Visited on 05 January 2025 after placing a Mobile Order for an ' Iced Peppermint Mocha w/ Oatmilk ' and my experience was amazing .. Immediately upon arrival the Barista greeted me ( Even though she was busy servicing customers in-line ) which was an Amazing Sign of Customer Care. This Starbucks is the worst. The manager here is terrible. I moved to the area a year ago, as a daily Starbucks consumer on the southwest side. This Starbucks is so terrible with customer service that I no longer spend my money with Starbucks anymore. The last straw was when my partner had to go in 3 times to tell the manager the drink was incorrect and she refused to remake it each time. Stopped by for some iced beverage around 11 am on a Saturday. There were about 2 guests ahead of me, didn't seem busy. It appeared that the mobile pickup was going well because the guests were coming in and out quickly without any problem. Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew | Cold brew was smooth as expected. It did not have a very vanilla flavor, rather a very subtle hint of vanilla. Iced Cappuccino | Apparently, this was a thing back then. My sister insisted that I get this for her. The barista was kind enough to make this iced drink happen lol, she mentioned the register wouldn't even let her put the actual order since technically it does not exist. Eventually, she was able to hack the system lol! I mean it tasted like a good cappuccino, but cold obviously. Selection: Aside from the beverages, the store also has tumblers and gift sets. We've stopped here quite a few times for coffee/tea before heading to the park nearby. It's located on the very corner of a not-so-busy/half empty/dying plaza. Regardless of its locations, I still like coming here. The employees are friendly and upbeat. I've seen where the employees say hi to their regulars and call them by their name. It's awesome they take the extra effort to do this. I've never been in the store for more than 10 minutes. Even with 5 people standing in front of me, I'm happy that my drinks are still made quickly. Complete and utter chaos. I've had the displeasure of ordering at this Starbucks location not once, but twice. My first encounter here was awful. The cashier's customer service skills were non-existent. My order (6 or 7 drinks) took forever and they forgot about my egg bites. Recently, I placed another large order and my experience was worse than before. They ran out of the stickers that are used to print and label the drinks. Some drinks had stickers and others were written with a sharpie. I also received multiple mislabeled drinks. For instance, the matcha tea latte was labeled with the "caramel macchiato" sticker. I looked around and saw that other customers were also irritated. One gentleman waited for a long time, and eventually realized that they totally forgot about his drink (smh). This by far is the slowest starbucks I have ever gone too. Not only are they slow the staff isn't very friendly. They are too busy chatting amongst themselves and are not too welcoming. The store can be empty and they still take forever. I always order through the mobile app and know to order when I have to come to this location at least 15 minutes out. And still, sometimes my order is never ready when I get here. Today there were at least 10 people waiting for their mobile orders and/or waiting on orders they placed in the store. You could tell people were getting frustrated and impatient. I mean this guy stated he had been waiting 10 minutes for an americano! Which is by far the quickest and easiest drink to make! Never been to this location before since they don't have a drive-thru but the employees were so friendly and helpful. It seems like almost every customer that came into the store knew by first name and their drink. That just shows how much attention to detail the employees pay to their customers. My drink was great like always and I even purchased a new cup at the store. This Starbucks seems to have all new employees and all with superb vibes. The barista actually came around the corner to help me decide my lunch sandwich choice. Very helpful! Made recommendation for how I should order if I like my sandwich crispier or just slightly warmed. Very personable. While waiting for my drink I noticed a cute little "spread positive vibes poster" where customers can add little notes and reminders for people to spread kindness. I don't drink coffee but I got a gift card and used it to order some items for pick-up (chocolate covered almonds and a nice, oversized mug). I have a large gripe with the Starbucks website and the fact that I had to make a profile to use my gift card but that does not not reflect on this particular location. I place my order for the mug, decided I also wanted the almonds and was luckily able to add to my order. It was ready for pick-up in a few minutes so I drove over, picked it up, and was out of there in under a minute! No drive thru as mentioned in many reviews but there was a reserved spot in front for mobile orders. Genius! Being the closest Starbuck's to my apartment, I have been patronizing it the last four years.Up to this day, I never had a bad Starbuck's experience here. At the crossroads of Green Valley Parkway and Warm Springs Road, and in the heart of Green Valley, it gets busy. There have been visits where I have had to wait on a line then wait on a table. Despite the fact that the tables fill up, there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. A recent drawback is that they now close earlier. read more
