Emma and Eli were so helpful and they were super nice! The ice cream tasted good and environment was nice and quiet too.

Went to drop by at this Baskin Robbins by Silverado Ranch and I must say, this place is great! The place is well maintained and the employee Sunjin was the best! He gave the best customer service and was very welcoming. I got the cookie monster and mint ice cream, double scooped. Very quiet inside and well kept. 10/10! read more

Of All the Baskin Robbins I have been to In my old years... I have to say this is among * The dirtiest * Least kept up as far as inventory Empty Wt. Sized ice cream * Some friendly staff but not enough of Them and very unfriendly as well. read more

Do yourself a favor and head to a different location. Visited this place during the evening of 6/30/26 and Alexis and her coworker were very unprofessional. I was skipped over and they helped another customer who came into the store well after I had while I was waiting in line. And then to top off the visit, the party that was served after me actually was able to receive their order and pay before I was able to. To top it off my order was just a milkshake and the party served after me ordered a scoop and a milkshake. The entire experience had me feeling unwelcomed and not valued. Please avoid unless that is the type of service you wish to receive . read more

Came at 9:30pm, they close at 10pm and they already had the doors locked and they were cleaning. If you're going to shut down early then change your hours. Very frustrating. There were several others also waiting outside to get ice cream as well expecting the store to be open. read more

Nice and clean ice cream joint. Staff were top notch! Excellent service and even let us have a small taste of what we wanted. I tried beach day and it was superb! 2 extremely large scoops, I will definitely be heading to that location for my next ice cream fix. Yea they are on door dash but I recommend going in person you get more for your money. read more

It's been a minute since I've last have baskin robbins. I've been going to get froyo or other creameries lately but since I was around the area running errands, I decided to stop by for a quick treat! We got the Cotton candy and the Gold Medal Ribbon. The cotton candy tasted just like cotton candy and the gold medal ribbon is chocolate and vanilla with caramel swirls. Service was pretty quick and we got to try a few samples. The one that I really wanted wasn't available (I think it was called beach day?) So I opted out for my second choice. We got both ice creams in a waffle cone. Total was $9.50. It satisfied my sweet tooth cravings! read more

Picked up my sons birthday cake and it was absolutely hideous. I should have not accepted as I was not aware of the design and what it was supposed to look like. I called they said they would do nothing for me after I indicated that the cake ruined beautiful birthday pictures. They said they did not have a cake designer and the person did the best to their ability. The best to your ability would to not sell products that do not meet the standard. Shame on you Baskin Robbin's on Maryland and Silverado Ranch Parkway. Everyone in the Silverado Ranch community do yourself a favor and don't come to this store especially not for cakes. read more

I seriously tried giving this place multiple chances and I'm done! They keep making me feel like it was a mistake. Twice I have been overcharged. They charged me for something I didn't have and when I told them, they did not know how to reverse it. I was charged for whip cream on my mocha blast and when I went in another time, they told me that they do not charge for whip cream on the mocha blast since it already comes on it. I reached out to corporate, and they informed me that each location is individually owned. I would rather go to the blue diamond location. They're always consistent and never overcharge me. read more

I got 2 scoops of ice cream. I wanted to use my free single scoop coupon, so I showed it to the cashier. She said it only applies to one scoop. I said that's fine I'll pay for the other one. Erik gave the worst customer service. Gave MAD attitude when we asked for 3 samples. Rushed us from the time we walked through the door. We asked for 2 scoops then before he even got the second scoop we decided we wanted a Sunday instead. His reply was "come on man" rolled his eyes and continued to mumble rude remarks under his breath. We were very close to just walking out. That was crazy! read more

My mother purchased an ice cream cone, and as she was paying, the scoop fell off. Perhaps if the ice cream had been more securely placed on the cone, this mishap could have been avoided. When she requested a replacement, the server insisted on charging her again or suggested she retrieve the fallen ice cream from the counter. As a loyal customer who visits 1-2 times weekly and purchases multiple cakes throughout the year--always tipping the staff--I am deeply disappointed. This experience has led me to decide not to return. Instead, I'll be taking my business to Cold Stone.Do better read more

We've been in here many times to grab ice cream, but this review is particularly for their online orders/pickup! Ordered my daughters 5th birthday cake on the website -- I asked specifically for pink and purple pastels in the special instructions along with the message (Happy Birthday Mica Ayla) and the rainbow sprinkles along the edge. I was curious as to where they were going to add the message and loved it on the little white chocolate. Cake came out perfect, delicious, and on time. Service was great and we were left with a few slices, perfect for a medium sized party! Would definitely place another order here. Thank you! read more

Ordered a birthday polar pizza on a Saturday for Monday evening pickup. Sent my husband to pick it up on Monday and it was never made. They had a pre-made one in back that the manager tried to pass off as ours but the wrong flavor ice cream. Nice try considering we also picked out toppings and wanted a bday message on top and none of those were on it. Sadly had to get a refund since nobody could make what we ordered. Definitely won't be back to this location! read more

Raise your hand if you're a Baskin Robbins Mint Chocolate Chip lover!?!? BR has got this recipe right. Not too sweet. Not too minty. A perfect amount of thinly shaved, brittle chocolate, swirled into a firm scoop of peppermint flavored ice cream. It's always my go-to flavor, even though there are 31 flavors to choose from. BR has finally arrived in the Silverado Ranch neighborhood and is a great addition to the Silverado Ranch Center. Doors opened on October 1, 2020, and I'm sure I'm not the only giddy one clapping and jumping for joy. This area has been in need of a traditional ice cream shop. Sometimes our sweet tooth cravings just need an old fashioned cone and a scoop (or two) of ice cream. Save some room for a BR treat after lunch or dinner! After we enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Shang Mian, we walked over to BR. I ordered a double scoop in a chocolate dipped wafer cone with my usual, of course, Mint Chocolate Chip. But, the Nutty Coconut also caught me eye, so I requested that flavor to be placed on top. Just in case I didn't like it, I could easily knock it off and still have the cone with the Mint Chip. Hehe! Happy to report both flavors were excellent and would order this combo again. This location also has a nice selection of ice cream cakes and custom made popsicles like the Mango-Chamoy pop (ohhh!) and chocolate covered bananas and Oreo ice cream sandwiches. The dining room is temporarily off limits due to the Rona, but there are a couple of tables out front. Go and check them out and "Flavor every moment!" read more

Baskin Robbins has really leveled up in their cake decorating game. My niece wanted a Halloween themed cake for her bday and on a stop for a Cappuccino Blast, we found this one. Perfect size for 14+ guests with a good amount left over. My one tip for the employees though, fold and put the cake box together before placing the cake in. The tip of knife was smashed by the box and we had to doctor it with toothpicks. Easy fix and the cake was a hit. read more

Ordered a two scoop sundae. Really small. Not worth $7.50. Idk what else to say. Yelp wants 85 characters.

We usually go to the Blue Diamond location but we were in the area so decided to stop for some ice cream. The dirty counter was a turn off but luckily I wasn't getting any drinks. The young lady wore gloves to scoop our ice cream but her nails were so long that she couldn't grip the scooper well and ice cream was going all over her gloves. Our cups and spoons was all smeared with ice cream. She handed it to us like nothing was wrong..didn't even give us napkins to help wipe it off. read more

I actually went to Cold Stone and the employee sat in the back texting. Ice cream was ready when we arrived, super easy order online option! Also got a nice "welcome" coupon when I downloaded the app!

Stopped by very quickly for a free birthday perk, but always pleased nonetheless! Every time I visit a Baskin Robbins, I am intrigued to know what is their flavor of the month! As it is a chain -- you know what to expect from their "31 flavor" lineup! the quality of their ice cream is delicious and this flavor was no different -- strawberry streusel with a strawberry ribbon and streusel bits! The best part about this was that it's NON - DAIRY! My stomach thanked me for this one. The staff got me in and out of there within 5 min and I was very pleased with my experience. Will definitely be back very soon! read more

I come in to this location all the time and usually get gallons of prepackaged ice cream in the cooler..There was nothing in the cooler this time so I wanted to get two different flavors but the kid working there was so rude that I finally just left. He started off with attitude when I said I wanted two large containers and he points to all containers with attitude. How many large containers do you have? Then I wanted peanut butter 3 scoops in one container and he mixes two different flavors together and I say no I want three scoops of one flavor in one container and he sighs and shakes head. I say why are you giving me attitude, he says Im not giving you attitude. He had stood at the end freezer even though I walked to other end to see what I wanted as next container but he doesnt move and just yells from there Which flavor do you want next? As if all the flavors are going to only be at end freezer. No customer skills at all, kid with face piercings, dont know his name wasnt even busy but obviously nobody was stocking cooler. I walked out cause Im not paying for ice cream with an attitude. read more

Top notch service! Emma and Isiah (I'm so sorry I'm sure that's spelt wrong) were amazing. They answered all my questions on the phone and were so kind. I told them I have a grumpy toddler and I didn't want to wait in the store so Emma offered to call me when my order was ready. I'm going to keep this brief. You can grab dinner at any of the multiple restaurants in the same plaza and come here for dessert. Love it!!! The facility is very clean. Please stay that way!!! No tables are available at the moment. The employees are masked and very friendly and outgoing. Of course there are so many flavors of ice cream and topping options to cater to everyone's taste. For me, it's always a toss up with their Jamoca Almond Fudge, Mint Chocolate Chip and Pineapple Coconut. They also sell shakes, popsicles, ice cream cakes and pints to take home. Look out for coupons on your receipt and download the app for even more savings. It's a hit with my kids, so of course we are coming back! read more

I normally don't give poor reviews but tonight I was helping a friend out watching her kids and they wanted Banana Splits. It was for delivery. First time i ever used them, and it will be the last. By the time the order got to my home which is only a few blocks away and took 10 minutes, the flemsy plastic ice cream bowl was slightly cracked, and some of the ice cream leaked into the bag. It appeared that there was not much ice cream at all. I had to deal with upset kids, and went to Dairy Queen. I paid $23.06 for both Banana Splits ( No Delivery Fee but suddenly I see a $3.14 Service Fee) Definately not worth the price I paid I will never frequent this establishment again. The Driver made a stop before mine, and I'm sure it is not her fault delivering 2 ice cream orders. The Delivery Driver was great. Need better packaging for delivery, and sturdier containers. read more

Went in to talk to the owner about helping her promote while we were choosing what we wanted to buy. What can you say about Baskin-Robbins ice cream it's been good tasting for decades. The owner needs to put some form of organization here. Very haphazard serving from behind the counter.
