I'm giving this place one star because my experience was terrible from the moment I walked through the door. The employees didn't even look like they wanted to be there. No one greeted me, and the overall atmosphere gave off really negative vibes. The restaurant also looked very dirty. It didn't seem like the floors had been swept or mopped, and I could have sworn I saw a rat run behind the counter. At that point, I was already questioning the cleanliness of the establishment. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a simple single scoop of Rocky Road ice cream. I even complimented the cashier and left a tip. Unfortunately, after I walked out and started eating my ice cream, I found what appeared to be a cockroach leg inside my scoop. I immediately threw the ice cream away because I was completely disgusted. Shortly afterward, I became very sick, throwing up and later dealing with what felt like a stomach flu. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at an ice cream shop. Between the poor customer service, the lack of cleanliness, and what I found in my food, I will never return. Do yourself a favor and head to a different location. Visited this place during the evening of 6/30/26 and Alexis and her coworker were very unprofessional. I was skipped over and they helped another customer who came into the store well after I had while I was waiting in line. And then to top off the visit, the party that was served after me actually was able to receive their order and pay before I was able to. I've been going to get froyo or other creameries lately but since I was around the area running errands, I decided to stop by for a quick treat! We got the Cotton candy and the Gold Medal Ribbon. The cotton candy tasted just like cotton candy and the gold medal ribbon is chocolate and vanilla with caramel swirls. Service was pretty quick and we got to try a few samples. I seriously tried giving this place multiple chances and I'm done! They keep making me feel like it was a mistake. Twice I have been overcharged. They charged me for something I didn't have and when I told them, they did not know how to reverse it. I was charged for whip cream on my mocha blast and when I went in another time, they told me that they do not charge for whip cream on the mocha blast since it already comes on it. I reached out to corporate, and they informed me that each location is individually owned. I would rather go to the blue diamond location. Baskin Robbins has really leveled up in their cake decorating game. My niece wanted a Halloween themed cake for her bday and on a stop for a Cappuccino Blast, we found this one. Perfect size for 14+ guests with a good amount left over. My one tip for the employees though, fold and put the cake box together before placing the cake in. The tip of knife was smashed by the box and we had to doctor it with toothpicks. Easy fix and the cake was a hit. read more

Sometimes our sweet tooth cravings just need an old fashioned cone and a scoop (or two) of ice cream. Save some room for a BR treat after lunch or dinner! After we enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Shang Mian, we walked over to BR. I ordered a double scoop in a chocolate dipped wafer cone with my usual, of course, Mint Chocolate Chip. We usually go to the Blue Diamond location but we were in the area so decided to stop for some ice cream. The dirty counter was a turn off but luckily I wasn't getting any drinks. The young lady wore gloves to scoop our ice cream but her nails were so long that she couldn't grip the scooper well and ice cream was going all over her gloves. I come in to this location all the time and usually get gallons of prepackaged ice cream in the cooler..There was nothing in the cooler this time so I wanted to get two different flavors but the kid working there was so rude that I finally just left. He started off with attitude when I said I wanted two large containers and he points to all containers with attitude. How many large containers do you have? Then I wanted peanut butter 3 scoops in one container and he mixes two different flavors together and I say no I want three scoops of one flavor in one container and he sighs and shakes head. I say why are you giving me attitude, he says Im not giving you attitude. I normally don't give poor reviews but tonight I was helping a friend out watching her kids and they wanted Banana Splits. It was for delivery. First time i ever used them, and it will be the last. By the time the order got to my home which is only a few blocks away and took 10 minutes, the flemsy plastic ice cream bowl was slightly cracked, and some of the ice cream leaked into the bag. It appeared that there was not much ice cream at all. I had to deal with upset kids, and went to Dairy Queen. I paid $23.06 for both Banana Splits ( No Delivery Fee but suddenly I see a $3.14 Service Fee) Definately not worth the price I paid I will never frequent this establishment again. The Driver made a stop before mine, and I'm sure it is not her fault delivering 2 ice cream orders. The Delivery Driver was great. The owner(Laura) came over to the employee Bruno and said there's people in rudely told her to help other people.
