I might get some heat from other Yelpers on here, but I've seen Nothing Bundt Cakes (punny) many, many times and this was my first time here. My grandma just reached the big 9-0 over the weekend and I wanted to chip in and get something extra special for her. She has dementia but my family and I are extremely thankful to have her on this planet for another year. My aunt had already picked up a cake for her, so I settled for 12pcs of their Celebration Hat Bundtinis. Flavors included were chocolate chocolate chip, lemon, red velvet, and white chocolate raspberry, all three each. 14 people were at my grandma's birthday, but 12pcs was still enough. I placed an order online to have it picked up at their Eastern location during the afternoon of 9/19/26. Unbeknownst to me, they had moved a little further up Eastern at Siena Heights and I accidentally arrived at their old location, which was next to Target at Silverado Ranch. My fault for not double checking the address after I placed my order haha. When I walked in, I gave Stephanie, the lady working behind the counter, my name and said that I had an order to pick up. The Bundtinis were given to me in a matter of minutes and they looked so good that I was tempted to eat all of them. All 12pcs were topped with cute birthday party hats, but these were decorative only. Be sure to keep them refrigerated for the best quantity. Out of all these, I think my favorite was the red velvet. I didn't get the chance to try out the lemon, but everyone who tried the lemon said that it was really good. I decided to add a little extra of their yummy cream cheese frosting for an extra burst of flavor. I went to the older location not realizing it moved up the street. The outside of the new location looks huge but inside it felt kinda small with how many people were in there (the line was out the door). They had all the flavors and the special new season flavors as well. Grabbed an apple pie, biscoff, a lemon and a gluten free chocolate chip. One of my favorite spots to order from for cakes! First of all, these cakes are INCREDIBLE! Literally so moist and delicious. For my husband's birthday, I ordered him the special month flavor of strawberry cheesecake. I ordered it online and was able to go in a few days later to pick it up. It was a hot day in Vegas and I was so eager because I had my dogs with me. I didn't want to leave them in the car so I brought them inside, which is something I NEVER do. But I felt bad leaving them in the car even with it running for just a few moments for me to run in. I was worried the staff would be upset, but they were SOOO nice and helped me right away. They even gave my dogs pets haha. The girl that brought me out my cake walked me to the door too to get the door for me. So nice of her! It's most impressive that the cakes are so so fresh and not at all dry, from the little Bundt cakes to a full sized one. I had wanted to try all the flavors I can so I got size small sized cakes and one large sized chocolate chocolate chip and they were all so moist and so good. The sweetness level is also really well balanced and not at all cloying which I enjoyed. A stand out favorite is the Red Velvet which tasted like actual red velvet and not red dyed. We stopped by today to pick up our New Year's Eve cake with light drizzle and decorations and were told it would take about 10 minutes, which was totally reasonable. Unfortunately, the order hadn't been entered into the system, so it was overlooked and not being prepared. Teri caught the issue and let us know it would take a bit longer. In total, we waited about 31 minutes. She was very apologetic and offered a complimentary cupcake, which we appreciated. Still, the delay was frustrating, especially since we arrived right when the store opened and there were no other customers. We also had a previous mix-up at this location on Christmas Eve when we ordered red velvet and received chocolate instead, requiring another trip back to the store. This was a store in person order not an online pick up. We can in right after they just opened so the store location wasn't busy, at all. This was my first experience ordering from Nothing Bundt Cakes on Eastern Avenue, and it will likely be my last. Only half of my order was delivered. When I called the store to find out what happened, the employee who answered the phone, Mya, told me that the driver had forgotten to take the other half of the order. I then asked for a refund, but she told me they couldn't issue a refund for the portion of the order that was never delivered. That made no sense and was incredibly frustrating. There was no apology, no effort to make the situation right, and no manager available to help resolve the issue. The lack of customer service and concern for a paying customer was disappointing. A missing order is one thing--mistakes happen. But the way this situation was handled showed a complete lack of customer care. I LOVE the Bundt cakes!! Kim helped me today and she was the SWEETEST! She was so informative and helpful and answered all my questions. I was in and out so quick! She even mentioned the limited addition Bundt cakes. It's always clean and nice a cool. They have the cutest decorations and everything you need for a cake or cupcake. Just ask they are the sweetest. By the way I tried the snickers Bundt cake and it's AMAZING!! Must try!!! I've tried the red velvet, the classic, the confetti and the lemon and I have to say I love them all it just really depends how sweet you want it. The classic is always like the less sweet. I will say the red velvet and the Snickers are a little bit more on the sweeter side and the frosting is a hit or miss some people absolutely love it because of the sweetness and then some people think it's a little too much, so just keep that in mind when you're picking your flavors. Went here today for the 1st time. Simply asked the staff to explain the price differences in the cakes. Ordered 6 minis, and asked for a fork. I then put a dollar in the tip jar at which point she (Stephanie) says to the only other staff helping the only other customer there, "All of THAT for a dollar!" I immediately felt panicked and said I guess out of stupidity and the pressure of being bullied, "oh I'm so sorry!" And put another dollar in the jar. I leave and sat in my car, feeling sad and also confused. I got to thinking all she did in reality was put 6 tiny pre-packages cakes in a small bag and a plastic fork. I was wondering how much Stephanie feels is appropriate for a tip? So I went back in and gave her another 5$ bill. This was a splurge for myself and my husband (hence the 1st time to the store). If there is a tip "requirement" it should be posted on the door so people can make better choices, and not have to face public shaming and bullying for an inappropriate tip. I mean, many positions do much more in a fast-paced environment, for no tip. Grocery store clerks, gas station clerks... order online or go to another location, or bring a big tip with no expectation of gratitude. read more

Second time at this location that they've screwed up my online order. This time, they tried to tell me that an 8" cake, with regular frosting, was actually a 10" with extra frosting. This was after I showed up at the scheduled time, and they didn't have my order. Finally, they gave me a 10", in a box, so I couldn't see that they'd not added the extra frosting. I usually go to Freed's but I recently went and spent a lot there for my daughters sweet 16 and honestly their cake was nothing to write home about. Nothing Bundt Cakes always hits the spot, it's moist, delicious and they put the perfect amount of icing. Bonus if you sign up for their email you get a free bundlet (their mini cakes) typically $5 it's a nice little bonus. The service is fast and friendly. If you are looking for a WOW FACTOR cake, this is your place! Delivery was within the time window they stated and the delivery driver called me upon arrival and was super friendly. I called the store after I ordered the cake to place delivery (as I accidentally ordered pick-up when I meant to order delivery) and the customer service team was helpful and fixed my order, giving me all info I needed. The cakes have so many options and are so pretty and tasty. JUST DO IT and order from here; it will meet or exceed your expectations for the price range. $75 for a two-tiered cake that serves up to 26 or 28 people is not too bad at all in my opinion since sheet cakes other places often go for at least $50 and aren't nearly as pretty as these. read more

Where do I begin! This place has the best bundt cakes I've ever had. I would say, it's a must visit if you don't have one in your state like Hawaii. It was my second time here and it was not a disappointment. I was able to try a new flavor which was soooo yummy (strawberry). I ordered CHOCOLATE, VANILLA, RED VELVET, LEMON (my favorite), CARROT, STRAWBERRY, and WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY. They have buntinis (mini), buntlets (great for yourself or to share), and regular cake sizes. All flavors were very delicious. The cake was moist and full of flavor and the frosting was nice and creamy. I would recommend taking some back home as omiyage (gifts for friends and family). They sell the buntinis by the dozen, the bintlets individually or by the dozen. Both can be custom ordered where you can choose your own flavors and you can also make an order online for pick-up. They also sell, insulated bags that can hold up to six buntlets which is perfect for traveling. Ordering the buntinis are great to taste all of the flavors. They also have weekly flavors besides the usual flavors that they offer. The lemon is my ultimate favorite although all are very good! Just be careful when packing them for the plane ride home. Depending on the weather and how hot it is, the frosting may melt down a bit. read more
