Oh my gosh these donuts are so delicious!! The first thing hubs said was that it tasted like our favorite vegan donut place on the island but more mainland sweet. We've ordered three times in the span of one month. I used to be addicted to a different donut chain until we tasted the cherry bomb donut. I have an obsession with old school hand pies that you could get from the grocery store or ice cream man for no more than $1. The cherry filling tastes just like that. Then pair it with a fluffy yeast risen donut and im in heaven! If you can relate, then this may be right up your alley. I'm not a fan of the #2 emoticon. But they make theirs with chocolate cake donut and topped with chocolate frosting. And the chocolate cake donut from the other chain was my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE and then they dropped it from their menu. We had been on the island for over a decade straight so we didn't realize they did away with it until we came back here. I was heartbroken cuz I was really looking forward to it. Fast forward six months and I've finally found a substitute! And it's even better than the other one. The frosting is piled pretty high but hubs was more than happy to help with that by giving the brown guy a shave and smearing it over his own donuts lol. The Samoa donut and the chocolate buttercup donut were both pretty heavy with the toppings but that created a great offset to the fluffy donut. Ok I'm just writing this review to say that I always avoided Pink Box because looking at the pics of their donuts, I automatically assumed it was a place catered towards kids with all their colorful, decorative donuts, and figured they were all cloyingly sweet and covered in fondant and frosting lol. But one day we were at a store, they had PB and they offered us some. I was super hungry, otherwise I probably would have passed, but to my surprise it was really good and not too sweet. So a few weeks later we decided to further test the theory, and got a wide variety to take home. Sure enough, none of them were overly sweet and they were all pretty darn good. I visited Pinkbox Doughnuts in Henderson, NV [10510 S Eastern Ave] on Sunday, 03/22/26, around 6 PM. I customized a mini box of doughnuts, where I selected a total of four options. I picked two of the Buttermilk Bars, the Da' Apple Fritter, and the Sup Shorty. All of the treats were super delicious and not overly sweet, which was a bonus. I was mostly addicted to the taste of the Buttermilk Bars, as they were simple yet so good. The price point of the doughnuts was very reasonable. Kory was the staff member who assisted me in the drive-thru line. His customer service was beyond pleasant and kind. What stood out to me the most was the vibrant, colorful building. The entire establishment can grab one's attention with the loud, pink & white colors, with sprinkle decorations. It gives a whimsical and fun presentation. My usual stop when we do a road trip to Vegas, so that I have a couple of sweet treats to munch on in the car and later when I get home. Late afternoon, around 3 or 4 PM, we showed up and to my surprise (a bit of disappointment), a lot of my favorites were gone for the day. I had seen and heard about Pink Box donuts before I moved to Las Vegas last year. So I was super excited to try them out, as I consider myself a bit of a donut aficionado. I ordered two donuts and a large chocolate milk.. let me tell you, I have not tried all of the donuts, but the ones I have tried have always been on point! I have to relay one thing, I went through one time and had a bad drive-thru experience. I was left waiting for almost 15 minutes, and decided to leave. I wrote their customer service line in the app, not really expecting to get an answer. Message, and a phone call! The person I spoke to was kind enough to go through the video from the store to find out exactly what happened. Apparently there was a customer two cars ahead of me that was having a bit of an issue. The person that reached out to me was very apologetic, and I told him I was very surprised as I had not had that experience from pink box before. Before. He assured me that they would be training their staff on how to handle things like this in the future, and was very kind and gracious to me. That alone would be worth five stars to me! In a time where customer service is perfectly dead, I was surprised that there was that level of outreach from corporate. Based on that alone, I would totally go back there and gladly give them my money for those delicious donuts. Bottom line? First time ordering here as nothing is around my area and S Eastern is the closest on my way to work. I received a $50 giftcard so what better way to feed the work fam. I asked the worker I have a $50 GC can I get an assorted box of donuts. She asked how much I wanted she said a box is $16.95 (around there) so I repeated I'll get whatever is worth $50. Love how this Pinkbox has a drive thru. It is super convenient. My husband and I came here on a Sunday afternoon to get a few donuts. We ordered 2 buttermilk bars, 1 cinna roll out, and a sup short donut. The staff were very helpful and kind and very quick to get our orders. I also like how she asked if we were reward members because most time I forget. I was able to accumulate points for our orders. The buttermilk bars were delicious! It was moist, crunchy, and not too sweet even though it was all glazed up. The cinna roll out was alright. It wasn't as cinnamonny and some parts of the donut was stale. Not much flavor. The sup shorty was a good combination. The middle of it was delicious. It was whipped cream and fresh strawberries, but again some parts tasted stale as well. I've reached the point where I go to Pinkbox for my late-night coffee cravings rather than the donuts (though the donuts are also delicious). I personally love their iced white chocolate mocha and iced lattes (vanilla, seasonal churro, etc.). This particular location consistently offers the best customer service out of all their locations. We often visit when the same worker is running the drive-thru, and she's incredibly sweet. I appreciate that they still have a good selection of donuts from 11 PM until closing. I also like how they mark what's sold out on their menu, so there's no guessing when you pull up to order. Don't Be Salty: Pinkbox Doughnuts was established in 2012 with multiple locations in the Las Vegas area. They are known for their wildly creative doughnuts, witty marketing approach, and crazy interior store features. They are also the official doughnut partner of the Las Vegas Raiders and Golden Knights. The official description of the Don't Be Salty doughnut from Pinkbox is "maple frosted raised shell with a hard white chocolate bottom filled with caramel cheesecake, topped with white whip, drizzled with caramel and sprinkled with sea salt". After taking my first bite, I was initially nonplussed as unlike many salted caramel desserts I've encountered, this was actually relatively salty! If salty isn't your thing, don't get scared off. The salt comes from the drizzle, so it's not in every bite and it is not overpowering. The maple flavoring of the icing is nice but gets somewhat lost with everything else going on (and those other things are phenomenal). The major welcomed distractions to the taste buds are the white chocolate bottom and cheesecake filling, both make this doughnut sui generis. In my opinion the caramel cheesecake filling is perfect, possibly the best filling I've ever had in a doughnut (and I've eaten my share). As for the white chocolate bottom, I've never seen that before and I've been to the revered Donut Bar in San Diego and Five Daughters Bakery in Nashville.
