When I went to other locations, they put my 3 doughnuts in the bag. So the doughnuts were melted and stick each others. But they gave me the pretty box in this location. That was very cool. Good service. I used drive-through. It was very smooth and display outside was clean. Doughnuts were very yummy. I love Dubai chocolate doughnut.
Oh my gosh these donuts are so delicious!! The first thing hubs said was that it tasted like our favorite vegan donut place on the island but more mainland sweet. We've ordered three times in the span of one month. I used to be addicted to a different donut chain until we tasted the cherry bomb donut. I have an obsession with old school hand pies that you could get from the grocery store or ice cream man for no more than $1. The cherry filling tastes just like that. Then pair it with a fluffy yeast risen donut and im in heaven! If you can relate, then this may be right up your alley. I'm not a fan of the #2 emoticon. But they make theirs with chocolate cake donut and topped with chocolate frosting. And the chocolate cake donut from the other chain was my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE and then they dropped it from their menu. We had been on the island for over a decade straight so we didn't realize they did away with it until we came back here. I was heartbroken cuz I was really looking forward to it. Fast forward six months and I've finally found a substitute! And it's even better than the other one. The frosting is piled pretty high but hubs was more than happy to help with that by giving the brown guy a shave and smearing it over his own donuts lol. The Samoa donut and the chocolate buttercup donut were both pretty heavy with the toppings but that created a great offset to the fluffy donut. The raspberry cheesecake and strawberry donuts were also similar to those hand pies! Nothing like a nostalgic box of donuts to take you down memory lane.
Ok I'm just writing this review to say that I always avoided Pink Box because looking at the pics of their donuts, I automatically assumed it was a place catered towards kids with all their colorful, decorative donuts, and figured they were all cloyingly sweet and covered in fondant and frosting lol. But one day we were at a store, they had PB and they offered us some. I was super hungry, otherwise I probably would have passed, but to my surprise it was really good and not too sweet. So a few weeks later we decided to further test the theory, and got a wide variety to take home. Sure enough, none of them were overly sweet and they were all pretty darn good. So I just wanted to come clean, and acknowledge my mistake. Pink Box is a quality shop turning out donuts with the trifecta of design, quality and flavor.
Happy National doughnut day! Thanks for the free shirt!! We are regulars here since the location is close by our neighborhood. Had to stop by for some yummy doughnuts. Employees are friendly and quick to help out. I wasn't feeling too good but after having a donut, it lifted my mood! Time to get the weekend started.
I visited Pinkbox Doughnuts in Henderson, NV [10510 S Eastern Ave] on Sunday, 03/22/26, around 6 PM. I customized a mini box of doughnuts, where I selected a total of four options. I picked two of the Buttermilk Bars, the Da' Apple Fritter, and the Sup Shorty. All of the treats were super delicious and not overly sweet, which was a bonus. I was mostly addicted to the taste of the Buttermilk Bars, as they were simple yet so good. The price point of the doughnuts was very reasonable. Kory was the staff member who assisted me in the drive-thru line. His customer service was beyond pleasant and kind. What stood out to me the most was the vibrant, colorful building. The entire establishment can grab one's attention with the loud, pink & white colors, with sprinkle decorations. It gives a whimsical and fun presentation. Overall, I am so glad that I stopped by Pinkbox Doughnuts. I highly recommend visiting for great quality doughnuts and lovely service.
My usual stop when we do a road trip to Vegas, so that I have a couple of sweet treats to munch on in the car and later when I get home. Late afternoon, around 3 or 4 PM, we showed up and to my surprise (a bit of disappointment), a lot of my favorites were gone for the day. Yes, it was a busy weekend but what weekend in Vegas isn't, so of course by late afternoon it was bound to happen. I was able to get just 1 of my classic favorites, the Triple OG... fitting right. Bummed they didn't have my Chocolate Old Fashion, Dark & Simple, the Blackjack, a new fav filled with cookies & creme that I got from another family. I like Bavarian cream and nothing was available for me. As a result, we only did a half dozen to help fill my sweet tooth desires. Next time I know to come earlier!!!
What's not to love? They have tons of varieties in all flavors. Traditional ones like glazed or sprinkle cake, apple fritters or old fashions. Then unique or less common, Bacon-Peanut butter or Ube creme. Nice to see if you're a Cegas sports fan, they also have Vegas Golden Knights or Raiders themed donuts.
I love their donut! They have a wide selection of flavors and all kinds of donuts. My favorites are dirty twist, have a snickers & nutella face doughcro. I loved their elvis flavor but they no longer make them. They make cute seasonal donuts not only they look good they also taste good! Service is fast, it's always a breeze getting a donut here, they also have a drive thru for convenience.
I want to be super clear. We are addicted. We landed in Vegas, picked up our rental car and drove straight to pinkbox. No hotel, no unwind, no get settled!!! Straight to pinkbox!!! We love these donuts and wish we had them in Michigan. We just grab a dozen mixed variety. I have not found one yet that we dislike. This cute "Vegas " donut is like a Boston crème. They have a killer PBandJ... If you have never been your life is not complete. Find one, get there and thank me later!! -Sincerely a donut addict
I'm usually a locally owned small business supporter kinda gal but I love Pink Box. They have the best dough hands down. There are always new flavors and cute holiday selections. The shops are always decorated adorably. Highly recommend.
I had seen and heard about Pink Box donuts before I moved to Las Vegas last year. So I was super excited to try them out, as I consider myself a bit of a donut aficionado. One of the things I appreciate about this chain is that their storefront is always bright and easy to find. I mean, how can you miss a hot pink building? The drive-thru experience is very swift, friendly, and precise. They greet you right away, and are very quick to make suggestions. I ordered two donuts and a large chocolate milk.. let me tell you, I have not tried all of the donuts, but the ones I have tried have always been on point! I have to relay one thing, I went through one time and had a bad drive-thru experience. I was left waiting for almost 15 minutes, and decided to leave. I wrote their customer service line in the app, not really expecting to get an answer. Message, and a phone call! The person I spoke to was kind enough to go through the video from the store to find out exactly what happened. Apparently there was a customer two cars ahead of me that was having a bit of an issue. The person that reached out to me was very apologetic, and I told him I was very surprised as I had not had that experience from pink box before. Before. He assured me that they would be training their staff on how to handle things like this in the future, and was very kind and gracious to me. That alone would be worth five stars to me! In a time where customer service is perfectly dead, I was surprised that there was that level of outreach from corporate. Based on that alone, I would totally go back there and gladly give them my money for those delicious donuts. Bottom line? If you are anywhere on Eastern avenue in Henderson, you would do yourself good to stop by and grab a couple dozen donuts. Don't blame me if your waistline expansions.
The store is located inside a plaza. Lots of parking of available. Overall cute from the outside of the building to the inside. I tried the pooh, John lemon and Dubai chocolate. All the donuts are Instagram worthy. I thought the pooh donut was a bit dry tho. My favorite was the Dubai chocolate. Unique twist to the chocolate and tasted good. It seems like a takeout store bc there were no tables or chairs. They do have a clean restroom. Staff was nice and friendly.
Such a fancy donut place with a variety of specialty and classic donuts to choose from. The labubu (secret) donut not just look good but tasty so good. The pistachio berry donut was also a winner.
Pinkbox Donuts is always a treat! Their donuts are fresh, creative, fun, and definitely not boring. My absolute favorite is the Cherry Bomb. It's piled high with whipped cream, crumbs and that cherry on top. It looks completely over the top, and that's part of the fun. It's sweet, soft, delicious, and I get it every chance I can. My wife went with the Golden Knight -- chocolate frosting loaded with white chocolate chips and a peanut butter drizzle. Hers looked just as outrageous as mine and was a hit. That's what we love about Pinkbox. You can get a regular donut anywhere, but these feel like somebody decided a donut should be an entire dessert experience. We won't through the drive thru and the customer service was professional and polite. We didn't go inside - there is no where to sit. We'll definitely be back. And yes, I'm getting another Cherry Bomb. read more

Update: Pinkbox's representative "Alex" has now posted the exact same generic accusation on multiple complaints, including mine and my friend's, claiming we used a "fake AI video" and never returned the donuts. This is completely false. To clarify the facts: * We purchased donuts from the Henderson Eastern Ave. location. * One of the Fruity Pebble donuts had visible ants/bugs inside the box. * Because of this, no one at our event was willing to eat any of the donuts. * I personally returned all 24 donuts later that same day, along with the friends who originally purchased them. * Despite returning everything, no refund or store credit was issued, and no follow‑up was ever provided. * I reimbursed my friends out of my own pocket, so I am the one out the $50 and the product. For Alex to publicly accuse customers of fraud -- without reviewing the actual situation, without acknowledging the returned product, and without issuing the refund -- is unprofessional and unacceptable. My friends and I have supported this location for years, but this incident has cost them more than just one sale. It has cost them 25 long‑time customers who will no longer return. I stand by my review, my photos, and my experience. The way this situation was handled was disrespectful, dismissive, and dishonest. read more

WARNING!!!! IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS IN LAS VEGAS PLEASE READ. These…
Q: What's the best thing to put in a donut? A: Your teeth. Established in Las Vegas in 2012, Pinkbox Doughnuts offers over 70 unique, made-from-scratch varieties at its multiple locations. Famous for its over-the-top branding, the chain operates 24/7 stores and holds official doughnut partnerships with the Las Vegas Raiders and Vegas Golden Knights. Pinkbox Doughnuts built its explosive Las Vegas brand identity largely through internet virality. Known for its whimsical "Willy Wonka" style, the company leverages ultra-photogenic, vibrant stores, and character-shaped treats to drive consistent user-generated content and major social media engagement. For me, I popped in and got a single doughnut, The "Blow Torch." The Blow Torch is a signature Pinkbox Doughnuts item. It is a glazed raised shell filled with creamy Bavarian cream and topped with ultra-crispy, torched caramelized sugar, making it the shop's take on a crème brûlée Let me just say the branding is a-dough-able. That said, it's still just doughnuts. Would I wait in line like how social media portrays? Heck no, techno! If you're coming to Vegas, no need to make this a destination. If you're nearby and feel like a sweet treat, pop in. On the Monday afternoon I popped in, I was the only customer but a small group stopped in after me. read more

I came in on a Saturday morning around 11am. The doughnuts were fully stocked and fresh. I was helped right away. I got a half a dozen for friends visiting town and a vegan doughnut for me. My friends loved the doughnuts. I got the Vegan Berry White. Cake doughnut that wasn't too sweet but the frosting was definitely way sweeter but still really good and great flavor. So happy they had vegan options. The last time I went in the evening they were all gone :/ read more

We stopped for some donuts on the way out of town. They are as delicious as they are cute. Actually, what am I saying? They are super delicious compared to any donuts. I would definitely recommend the salted caramel anything. I wish I would've taken a bite of it while still there I would've bought a few We trying to variety and each one was better than the next we will definitely be adding pink box to our list of stops. Next time we go to Vegas. read more
Not only is this a fun and vibrant place to get doughnuts, it's the best!! I came in on a Friday to get doughnuts to bring into work. I ordered online before I left home and was helped right away. Cute donut shop! Took my son to get pooh donuts and he loved it :) the store was clean and the staff were super friendly. They also had limited edition Dubai chocolate donuts which we tried. I loved how creative and cute these donuts were. And oh my gosh the building was adorable. Like I walked into a cartoon. Definitely favorite place to get donuts when I visit Las Vegas. I got the creme brulée and Dubai chocolate donuts. The Dubai was great, not overly sweet but reminded me of the chocolate cake donuts with fun crispness on top. The creme brulee donut was decadent. My husband got the Biscoff and Smores but I didn't try his (yet). read more
Looking for some spooky treats for Halloween? Try PinkBox because the donuts are adorable but spooky, cutely designed , and they taste sooooo yummy as a late night snack after all the Trick or Treating. The online service was great and we ordered ahead so PinkBox's drive thru convenience at this location was superb and quick. I mean under 3 minutes! The ambiance was quiet and chill since all the kiddos were inside by 10:30pm. But all in all, we plan on doing this again next year because of the array of choices and the ease of having some tasty treats read more

First time ordering here as nothing is around my area and S Eastern is the closest on my way to work. I received a $50 giftcard so what better way to feed the work fam. I asked the worker I have a $50 GC can I get an assorted box of donuts. She asked how much I wanted she said a box is $16.95 (around there) so I repeated I'll get whatever is worth $50. She said well a box is $16 so because I didn't want to ask I just said 3 boxes because we were going back and forth so I'll just do my own math. I tried to ask for suggestions but it just wasn't working out so I settled for assorted. Checked out and got an iced white chocolate mocha coffee, it was ok. The best part of the visit was the entrance was cute, loved the donut door handles and the inside was super cute. read more

Love how this Pinkbox has a drive thru. It is super convenient. My husband and I came here on a Sunday afternoon to get a few donuts. We ordered 2 buttermilk bars, 1 cinna roll out, and a sup short donut. The staff were very helpful and kind and very quick to get our orders. I also like how she asked if we were reward members because most time I forget. I was able to accumulate points for our orders. The buttermilk bars were delicious! It was moist, crunchy, and not too sweet even though it was all glazed up. The cinna roll out was alright. It wasn't as cinnamonny and some parts of the donut was stale. Not much flavor. The sup shorty was a good combination. The middle of it was delicious. It was whipped cream and fresh strawberries, but again some parts tasted stale as well. All in all wish the donuts were more fresh, but other than that, I will be back to try their other flavors! read more
This is one of our favorite stops, typically on our way home. Pinkbox simply makes the best doughnuts. Our favs are the "Love my PB&J" and the Porky Face DoughCro [Croghnut]. We also ordered the donut of the month, the "She's Hot Honey", it was really good too. The service is really great and we usually go through the drive thru BUT THE PB&J IS NOT GOOD TO EAT IN THE CAR. Anyways, that is some advice from my shirts. We have also had our donuts outside on a small bench or the table they have there and when we do, it's always been clean. Oh yes, everything is pink, with a shade of pink on a pink background!!!! :) read more

I've reached the point where I go to Pinkbox for my late-night coffee cravings rather than the donuts (though the donuts are also delicious). I personally love their iced white chocolate mocha and iced lattes (vanilla, seasonal churro, etc.). This particular location consistently offers the best customer service out of all their locations. We often visit when the same worker is running the drive-thru, and she's incredibly sweet. I appreciate that they still have a good selection of donuts from 11 PM until closing. I also like how they mark what's sold out on their menu, so there's no guessing when you pull up to order. The convenience of the drive-thru is a bonus, and the rewards system they have is also great. read more

LOVE THE REVIEW it's always a great day for PINKBOX and a pleasure to…
Don't Be Salty: Pinkbox Doughnuts was established in 2012 with multiple locations in the Las Vegas area. They are known for their wildly creative doughnuts, witty marketing approach, and crazy interior store features. They are also the official doughnut partner of the Las Vegas Raiders and Golden Knights. The official description of the Don't Be Salty doughnut from Pinkbox is "maple frosted raised shell with a hard white chocolate bottom filled with caramel cheesecake, topped with white whip, drizzled with caramel and sprinkled with sea salt". After taking my first bite, I was initially nonplussed as unlike many salted caramel desserts I've encountered, this was actually relatively salty! If salty isn't your thing, don't get scared off. The salt comes from the drizzle, so it's not in every bite and it is not overpowering. The maple flavoring of the icing is nice but gets somewhat lost with everything else going on (and those other things are phenomenal). The major welcomed distractions to the taste buds are the white chocolate bottom and cheesecake filling, both make this doughnut sui generis. In my opinion the caramel cheesecake filling is perfect, possibly the best filling I've ever had in a doughnut (and I've eaten my share). As for the white chocolate bottom, I've never seen that before and I've been to the revered Donut Bar in San Diego and Five Daughters Bakery in Nashville. This was my favorite doughnut from my Pinkbox visit, although all of them were phenomenal, Doughboy approved! My top doughnut shops: 1. Donut Bar (San Diego) 2. Pinkbox Doughnuts (Las Vegas) 3. Everglazed (Disney Springs) 4. Cranky Al's (MKE) 5. Krispy Kreme (various locations in different states) Doughboy_Food_Reviews read more
