Big time doughnut lover here. Bear claws and classic glazed donuts being my absolute favorite. I drove past his place tons of times and finally decided to pay them a visit... and I'm glad I did. The customer service was friendly and as warm as the seemingly freshly baked donuts that I purchased. Seems like donuts are a pretty easy pastry to make well but you'll be surprised that some of the donut shops out here. Fortunately at Mazzoa donuts they don't have that problem. Late post from my visit on August 9, 2025. Was greeted upon entry which is always a good sign. There were two gentlemen sitting and enjoying a couple of doughnuts but otherwise, the shop was empty, but to be fair it was after 10:00 a.m. They had a great selection of old school doughnuts. Since I couldn't make-up my mind, I asked for a variety dozen and wound up getting, a glaze twist, 2 cronuts, an old fashion, a bear claw, french cruller and a couple of the cashier's recommendations. Took them home and shared them with the family. Consensus - 2 thumbs up. A solid doughnut shop with great offerings. Thanks Mazzoa, we will be back again soon :-) read more

Always like stopping in for some fresh, good sized yeast donuts. Brings back memories of when I was in grade school.

It was 8:23 PM on a Sunday and I was rushing to get to the door in case they were closing soon. They were empty inside with customers and looked like they were closing. But a lady was waiting behind the counter with a smile. They were still open. I was happy! They still had a couple of cases left of donuts. I chose some chocolate glazed ones, sugar, and an apple fritter. Nora was the one who helped me. And as usual, she was very friendly and strikes up a conversation with me. It's very rare that you get that genuine service these days. I like coming here because aside from the pretty decor inside, I like their donuts! We popped in to Mazzoa Donuts before a roadtrip a couple of weeks back. We'd honestly been meaning to stop by for ages, and had just never actually made it. Everything was delicious! I usually go to Dunkin' Donuts or Krispy Kreme. I wanted to try a different place and it did not disappoint. The donuts were really good. Jesus and donuts. That's what I got when I visited recently for a morning snack. There was fantastic contemporary Christian music playing on the overhead speakers-a great way to start my day. Regardless of my personal religious beliefs, I can appreciate uplifting music. Especially when it's paired with a good maple bar. We ended up getting a box of donuts to go as well as a few to eat there. My choice was the traditional glazed, my son had a cinnamon roll. They were delicious and filling. Unexpected gem! I stopped by Mazzoa Donuts not expecting much -- Vegas has so many donut spots that all blur together after a while -- but wow. These are easily some of the best donuts I've had here, hands down. They're fresh, not overly sweet, and the texture is that perfect balance of fluffy and just a little dense (the way a good donut should be). You can tell they actually care about the quality. Bonus points for the friendly service -- they treated everyone who walked in like a regular. If you're a donut lover or just donut-curious, definitely worth the stop. Really friendly service! We didn't love many of the donuts we tried (the ube didn't taste of ube just sweet. The cherry was only a hint of cherry flavor. I liked the maple flavor in the icing.) This is the worst donut place now I have it another chance but I already knew that this is by far the worst donut I've had from there. It looks like a beautiful place inside. It is a beautiful space inside. It's definitely a take out spot. Friendly service & definitely an overpriced donut for the lack of quality. Sad to hear they don't make their donuts on site. Not very promising after finding out that piece of information. Croissant, I did not take a photo of it. It was decent. I'd say it was about a 2.5-3. It's not easy to make a fluffy, tasty, high quality croissant. Their donuts were not great. Way too much sugar on one side. Not evenly distributed. Looks like it was made on purpose like that. Left a terrible aftertaste that is still stuck on my palette. The sugar on all the donuts seemed as if these donuts were made yesterday or late last night. The sugar crumbles as soon as you bite in or grab the donut. Normally that is something that happens several days after the initial purchase. The Bavarian cream was subpar. There was a flavor in the cream that leads me to believe it wasn't Bavarian cream (the server confirmed it was when I asked). No frills classic donut shop. I didn't know this chain even existed. I was driving down Blue Diamond and happened to see it. This was in the late morning, but I did stop to pick up my normal 2 donuts. The 2 girls working inside were great. I asked for what they would recommend and 1 said she was new and really couldn't suggest anything. The other recommended the cinnamon crumb. So I went with that and a maple bacon bar. Both had the taste you want in a real donut. This place isn't too far from another "donut" shop, so there is a little competition. But, this place doesn't need to saturate social media with smoke & mirror posts to sell their product, unlike the other place. I would recommend this place way more than the competition. I was to preface this review by saving that I went about a hour before closing. They still had a decent selection of donuts including vanilla glazed, maple glazed, sticks and old fashioned. The cashier was very friendly and went over the options as there were no signs. It's a tiny place which was clean. The donuts were airy but it caused the glaze to crack off and separate from the donut unfortunately. I do like that that glaze was not too sweet which is often an issue with many donuts for me.
