Ordered here through Uber Eats as a treat for my medical staff. And I haven't heard the end of it. They are stopping at my room raving about then . The freshness and quantity and that they weren't too sweet . They are all now following duck doughnuts.
Went to Vegas and decided to check out Duck Donuts. Something my family always does when we visit different places. The donuts were great a simple dozen of glaze and fey cakes. Unfortunately my family devoured them before I realized they had gotten ahold of them. I tend to be bias because I am a lover of famous These were a pretty good runner up though
So good ! I originally went for a latte or frappe and got distracted by the donut choices! I had to go with the donut ice cream and I love how you can customize the donut. Also, the donuts are made fresh to order! There's not indoor sitting, however there's a table outside. There was also only one person but he was very chill and super helpful! Usually when people are working alone they tend to not bother helping if it's my first time (in my experience). However the young man (on 4/26 around 8:25pm) was very friendly and offered us options. I'm from Long Beach but when I come back to Vegas again, I don't doubt I'd come back here.
I do love me a good yeast donut. I'll go for that kind every time. The fun thing about duck is they basically make the donuts to order. So while they have a menu you can also get whatever you want, but this night the employee wasn't super helpful, talkative or into offering suggestions. He wasn't rude just not awesome at helping newbies. We also purchased 3 ducks to take home, but every single duck on the wall was covered in dust. Like I know these must be really hard to keep clean but then maybe a different system because it didn't make me feel like the store was upkept in a way it should be. Now, the donuts I ordered were pumpkin cream and strawberry shortcake. The pumpkin flavor was there but the creme was so warm it just melted through the hole and into my box. I would have needed a spoon to eat it. I didn't like the strawberry at all. The flavor felt fake and not like strawberry shortcake at all. Not only are the donuts here amazing, but so is the customer service! I had some Groupons that I was unaware can only be redeemed in stores, and was unable to redeem them for a future online order. I was trying ahead of time since I needed three dozen ready for pick up for a birthday party. I messaged through Yelp asking about how to redeem, and the owner, Gary, responded within a minute explaining how they're redeemable in store only. I explained my dilemma, how I needed three dozen for a party and didn't have the time for myself or husband to wait in store for them all to be made (which would take about an hour) the morning of the party. Three young children at home and trying to set up food and other things, and with my youngest, now 3, who is so curious and gets into mischief constantly...I needed to be home and have my husband help, too. Plus it takes us just over 30 minutes one way to get to this location without traffic. So, Gary was so understanding and went above and beyond with finding a solution to allow me to redeem my Groupons and be able to have my order made and ready the morning of, and ensuring that the donuts would look fantastic for the party (I was worried about the glaze being melty and messy from the warm, freshly made donuts). They were all beautifully made, btw! Seriously, amazing customer service and care! Some may have easily dismissed my "problem" and knowing I had a Groupon, which means I'm not paying 100% of the full price, could easily had a "sorry too bad/I don't care/you'll have to just figure it out." attitude. But not this business owner! I felt like regardless that I had Groupons, I still mattered just as much as someone paying 100% of the price. Absolutely amazing and dedicated service! Thank you, so much Gary and to your staff who made this possible! Now, the donuts! Every single one I got, was delicious! No complaints from any guests or family members, except maybe wishing there was more of certain flavors. Haha I also appreciated the size of the donut boxes. I was expecting the standard large boxes that have so much extra space and are bulky, and was worried how my husband could carry three large donut boxes back to the car and keep them steady in the car too. Well, the boxes are slim which made them soooo much easier to carry, and they even put the boxes in a large paper bag w/sturdy handle to be carried more easily in general. Everything was amazing, and customer service, again, was above and beyond!!! Thank you!!!!
So yummm. Ordered the cinnamon roll donut and it was so warm, fresh and delicious. Made to order and ready so quickly. Located in a cute outdoor shopping center - nice place to stop and tables and chairs outside to eat.
I came for a mid morning snack and this is one of the best donuts I've ever had. They are all made to order. I got the maple bacon and my husband got the peanut butter paradise. I love maple donuts and this one was very warm, not too dense but just right. It also wasn't overly sweet. I loved the look inside with all the ducks. I will probably get some merch the next time. The employees had wonderful customer service, I will definitely be back.
Duck Donuts provides premium made-to-order donuts unlike typical donut shops, and is a delightful treat at the LV strip. For me, it reminded me of Holey Grail Donuts in Honolulu. Freshly baked, warm donuts cradled with decadent icing. Strawberry Shortcake and Blueberry Streusel were both 5/5, although I would say the blueberry was slightly better with the satisfying crunch from the crumble topping adding a delightful texture with the icing. These donuts are best enjoyed fresh as the heat will melt the icing over time. Overall, Duck Donuts was worth the trip. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a quick treat!

These donuts are amazing! I cake donut with a crispy exterior and soft and fluffy inside! You customize to your heart's desire! We came in for donuts for a wedding and the staff was super friendly and helped us decide our flavors with all the knowledge and tips they provided!
The store is filled with DUCKS! Duck themed donut store that also sell duck merchandise. The ducks were decorated on the store walls and shelves. The donuts are made fresh to order and you can see the server frost the donuts. It is buy 4 get 2 free. We got the butter cookie donut and have a good butter cookie frosting finished with butter cookie crumbs. The maple bacon comes with a lot of crispy bacon bits. Donuts are warm when we got them but the frosting does melt a bit. We brought it in to a cooler place and the frosting tasted better. Decent place if you are craving some sweets. Friendly server and helped us get our duck bucket hats for the group.
I am not huge on breakfast nor am I a super fan of donuts. But deciding to order these and have them delivered to my suite while vacationing in Las Vegas was a wonderful idea. My favorite was the lavender blueberry. If you love donuts or even if you just like them and you're looking for a treat, try this place.

Not trying to get myself a humongous stomachache at the start of my Las Vegas trip, I decided not to go too hard at this location where something gastrointestinally unfortunate happened to my friend after eating here 3 years ago. This was on a Tuesday night around 8pm at the Grand Bazaar. This is its own stand with a small interior storefront that boasts tons of flavors of donuts, some drinks, and their extremely tall ice cream floats. Small little rubber ducks lined up some of the windows. They were all out of matcha flavored items when we came in. My friend got their medium frappe which was coffee with a bunch of whipped cream on top. Essentially tasted like a mocha but nonetheless was as advertised. Friends and I were hesitant for donuts since we already had something heavy prior. On a second visit here I got their raspberry dragonfruit refresher which was exactly what I needed after a long day out. Maybe on a return trip I'll try one of their donuts before leaving Vegas! read more

I've been a fan of this franchise for a long time and got introduced to them while I was in the DMV. Shout walk from the hotel I stayed, duck donuts is tucked in a busy alleyway. Easy to walk by and miss. I was fretted by a staff of two. I ordered a donut sundae and was provided inspiration for my creation with pictures staff pointed out. The sundae was so good. I paid via Apple Pay. There's seating right outside the store. read more

I hade Duck Donuts for the first time in Virginia and the location here in Vegas did not disappoint. The same fresh custom made donuts to order. It is so good warm and soft. I like the OG original glaze. It's just keeps the flavor so simple without getting muddled by other ingredients. read more
Nick and Faith were amazing, they made the experience so much better for my whole family. They gave us some free samples that were hand made in front of us. This place is like a Benny Hannas experience. All the doughnuts are made to order in front of you. You can watch the whole experience of them coating, drizzling and topping all the warm fresh doughnuts you're about to eat. They have ice cream sundaes as well that come with doughnut. I'd recommend eating a warm fresh doughnut before you get the ice cream sundae (the sundaes make your doughnuts not as warm and fresh). Its still really good though. I loved it, if you're looking for doughnuts and are in Vegas, I highly recommend this place. Probably one of my top doughnut spots. read more

I was nearby grabbing dinner and saw this donut shop. I decided to buy one donut. I got a cookie crumble which was vanilla icing with Oreo cookie pieces. Donut was warmed and made to order. The person working there looked tired and did not look liked he wanted to be there. He did not greet me when I entered and I had to stand around for a moment before he came over to take my order. Maybe it was an off day? Four stars for the donut itself. Donut was fresh and delicious. Donut had a nice soft texture. Definitely a good donut if you're looking for something sweet to eat. read more

I would like to start this review by saying.... This place is soooo cute! They have rubber duckies everywhere! If you are walking and are in the area, great place to stop and have something sweet. Not ideal if you are driving. Parked and had to pay $25 dollars- The donuts are plain donuts that you can customize to your liking made fresh to order. There was so much to choose from but I picked 12 that I thought would be delicious! Most were spot on (name to flavor) the rest not so much but again everyone has their own taste buds and liking! I personally think that some of the donuts needed more flavors as they tasted like confectionery sugar only! Maybe cinnamon or even like cereal pieces or fruit would take these to the next level. The service was SPOT ON! Marlow (I think his name was) knew his donuts and was so helpful! Ashley, great job!!! I'm not a baker but I know food! I'd love to see some of the donuts be taken to the next level flavor wise! Overall, pricey for a dozen but great variety and definitely appealing to the eyes! 7/10 business rating! read more
My wife wanted a donut to have with her coffee and I noticed Ducks Donuts was a short 20 minute walk away. It was a little confusing at first figuring out where the line started. A customer in line told me the donuts were to the left and ice cream to the right. Basically the 2nd door to the far left is where you enter. You get in the line to the left, place your order at the cash register and then move to the right to pick-up your order. The staff is friendly and does a good job preparing the donuts. The donut is fresh, chewy and the right density. The donuts are fried fresh and each donut is custom dipped, sprinkled and frosted to order. I ordered a blueberry pancake donut for my wife and a cookies n cream donut for me. The donuts are sweet. The cookies n cream was fresh, chewy, sweet and you could taste the crumbled cookies. The blueberry was pretty sweet with a hint of fruit flavor. If you are on the strip, want a donut and don't want to drive anywhere, walk to Duck Donuts to try one of the many donuts they make. You can also buy a miniature duck, lots of different dressed ducks to choose from. read more

Came here last night around 11pm. Love these donuts! It had a little crunch but I as very moist in the middle. Donuts were hot and fresh too! Date of visit: 8/25/24 This was our second visit to Duck Donuts and the donuts were just as good as the first time, but good grief it was the slowest food order of my life. There was a group in front of us that ordered six donuts and we also ordered six. In the time it took them to make the dozen, I could have walked to the Bellagio and back. While there were two people working, only one did anything with the donuts; the other person stood at the register and talked to a woman he knew for twenty minutes. Definitely will look at other options the next time we're in town. read more

Solid donut shop! Nick and Emma was very welcoming and made our experience at Duck donuts even better. My husband and I are huge donut connoisseurs and this place did not disappoint. The donuts come out FRESHLY made, that's right, as soon as you order, that is when they are made. Warm donuts? say less. The donuts were smaller than your average donut, but each are handcrafted to perfection since they are made on spot. All of the bases are the same them you get to customize your toppings. We ordered the smores one and it was flavored perfectly with a chocolate coating and sprinkles of graham cracker on top. The donuts were very moist and warm. Nick was even nice enough to give us one on the house since i was so eager to know more about the donuts, I felt so blessed to have such a great emloyee helping us! We tried the lemon raspberry one as well, and it had a nice mix of acidity with a subtle sweetness, the flavor paired perfectly! The shop was fully decorated with little toy ducks, they were even for sale if you wanted to bring one home. Such a cute experience! read more
