I have given them three tries... the chicken always seems dry BUT the pastor and asada are always good. I love he pink corn tortillas and their salsas are really good. THREE STARS are for our service this evening on Tuesday, June 2. We sat at the bar at first waiting on friends. Then we moved over to a table. When our drinks were ready, we were told we needed to come up and get them from the bar. Then we had to go back to the Bar area, stand and wait in order to place an order for food . Again, when the food was ready, we needed to go back to the counter and get it. The lady's working refused to bring anything out to our table. We were never even offered water. Let's keep in mind our party of four were the only ones there for 90% of our time there between 5-6:45 pm, And one of our biggest reasons for coming in this evening was for two for Tuesday buy one get one free drinks. Yet when the girl was checking us out she said she knew nothing about that and that it was only for mimosas. Then refused to give us any discount. We've been here multiple times on a Tuesday and were given the bogo option for our beers and margaritas. Very disappointed tonight!

Every dish felt like a work of art. They somehow combine ingredients you would never think to put together, yet the results are nothing short of culinary magic. Each bite had layers of flavor that were bold, balanced, and completely unforgettable. One of the highlights was the mushroom tacos, which were incredibly fresh, savory, and packed with flavor--honestly some of the best tacos I've ever had. The charcuterie board was equally impressive, beautifully presented and loaded with the freshest ingredients imaginable, looking like a prepared piece of art from a food magazine. And then there was the ceviche... honestly the best ceviche I've ever had. Bright, fresh, perfectly balanced, and absolutely addictive. I could have eaten an entire bowl myself. What really stood out was how fresh, vibrant, and healthy everything tasted. Nothing felt heavy or overdone--just clean, thoughtfully prepared food bursting with flavor. You can tell Renaissance Catering truly cares about their craft. The creativity, quality, and attention to detail were obvious in every dish. The reason I wouldn't recommend them is because I didn't enjoy the food. There was too much teriyaki going on and when I requested that my food not have it, there was a big todo about it. He made the fried rice first and when he served it there were chunks of rice that were not broken down and "fried", also the dish was sweet. I'm not sure why he or the business makes this choice. I think that most people, like I, expect fried rice to be soy based and salty. After realizing that this was the unusual cooking choice being made I asked about the vegetables which were up next. He said they'd have teriyaki. WHY?! So I requested that he please give me mine before adding the sauce and that it could even not have anything on it. Just no teriyaki. I'm not going to get into the fun and games that he put me through to not have teriyaki, but I just wasn't in the mood. Then I had chicken and shrimp and they were both teriyaki free and enjoyable. By that time though, I was irritated by the experience and didn't feel much like eating. I can say that with our large group of ladies which I believe was 20, that there were mixed reviews. My husband and I love to entertain and we've ordered mobile services to our home before, such as the Taco Man. I wouldn't order this service due to the lack of traditional flavors.
