Geo's tacos really came through on super short notice for a bday taco party after Vatos Tacos stopped responding to texts and messages and ghosted us (do not recommend them). I messaged a bunch of taco places on Yelp, not expecting anyone to be free on a Saturday a few days out. Thankfully Geo said yes! Super responsive and easy to coordinate with through text and email. His guy showed up on time and the food was great. Pricing was comparable to all of the other taco guys and came out to about only $25pp including taxes and autograt. There's a lot of taco guy options but I'll definitely use Geo's again just for the peace of mind that he's so reliable and responsive. read more

Geo's tacos - Carne asada tacos - Caterers Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

We used Geo's Tacos for catering at our family cousin reunion in Las Vegas, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Family members traveled in from several different states, and we wanted an authentic taco vendor for our gathering. Geo was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He arrived on time with all the food, toppings, and supplies we needed. Our family is very picky when it comes to Mexican food, and everyone agreed that the tacos were outstanding. We also had a last-minute change of address because we were staying at an Airbnb, and Geo handled the situation professionally without any issues. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Geo's Tacos for any event and would gladly hire them again. read more

Amazing! Called Geo, last minute for a taco guy for 70 people. He was accommodating and had amazing communication. He was able to assure we had enough food in case more people came, pricing was reasonable and included gratuity. Showed up on time and had everything ready when they said. All salsas an onions, cilantro, habanero onions, grilled onions ALL INCLUDED plus more! He even called once everything was set up making sure everything was perfect to my expectations. ABOVE EVERYTHING, THE FOOD TASTED AMAZING! They even notified allergens, the red salsa contained peanuts and the made sure to let us know before hand. Can't wait to have them for future events. Thank you Geo and your team, my entire team of 70 people were super grateful read more

This review is long overdue! Geo was amazing--professional, punctual, and great with communication. We hired him last minute (less than a day's notice) while we were in town for a soccer tournament and planning a team-building event, and he still made it happen. Geo was very accommodating with our budget and even threw in some extras. The setup was clean, the tacos were delicious, and everyone loved the food. It really made the event special. If you're local or coming from out of town and need a taco vendor, Geo is the one to call. Highly recommend! read more

Geo catered our holiday party tonight, and the service and food were amazing. We had about 25 people, and they had so much food that everyone had 4-5 tacos and we still had leftovers! As a vegetarian I asked for a vegetarian option and they brought it at no extra cost, with enough for anyone else who wanted some. I added the guacamole and am so glad I did because it was delicious! Lizbeth and Sixto were out servers were so friendly and helpful with set up getting through our very tight gate into our backyard. 100% will be using them next year! read more

We used Geo's Tacos for my daughter's gender reveal and they were amazing! Prior to confirming we were able to decide on what the menu would be, a price and Geo kept in constant communication with me. On the day of the event the Taco truck was on time to set everything up....even earlier and all the caterers were very professional and friendly! Geo was a treat to work with. Several people asked for his information for their events, and we will be reaching back out for her upcoming baby shower! read more

Geo catered my wife and I's wedding party and was amazing! Geo responded to our request within an hour and was responsive to any questions we had about set up, arrival, and event logistics. He arrived on time and even provided suggestions on how to go about serving our food. The tacos were delicious! Geo's base services include Chicken, Pastor (Pork), and Steak, but I highly recommend paying extra for Shrimp, Veggie, and Birria. All of these options were AMAZING, and Geo's Team provides salsa and all the fixings you need! At the end of the dinner service, Geo even packaged up all of the food for us to have leftovers. Love our experience the food was soo good!!! Highly recommend Geo's Tacos. They're professional and set up is perfect.

I called Geo's the day before our church's small event, and even though he had a full day, he squeezed us in. I ordered the drop-off taco bar with veggies and chicken. He delivered the food right on time, and the packaging was neat and tightly sealed. The food was FIRE, absolutely delicious -- hot, seasoned well, and plentiful. There were so many toppings for the tacos. Even the chips and tortillas were delicious. We highly recommend Geo's and will definitely use them again. I regret not taking a picture of the spread. You just have to take my word for it. read more

After reading other reviews, I thought to hire Geo's Tacos for my husband's birthday party. We hosted 34 people and there was more than enough food. We even had leftovers to enjoy the following day for 5 people! Our guests told us they enjoyed the tasty food. The meats were delicious, the salsas and pickled onions/carrots were flavorful and freshly made. The beef was the crowd favorite, followed by the pork (al pastor). We ate the leftover chicken the next day and it had flavor and wasn't dry, even after heating it up. They sent us a team of 2 people who arrived early, set up their griddle station and brought their own table for the toppings, plates and napkins. Their team served our guests with professionalism and smiles. The pricing is reasonable and Geo was excellent with communications, answering all my questions. read more

We used Geo for catering for an event we were hosting. I have to say, I have never interacted with a more kind caterer. He was very professional, and quick at responding, literally within a minute or two of my text, even if it were at 8am. He showed up early to set up, even brought materials to ensure oil did not leak on the ground (super considerate!). He was a pleasure to work with, always ensuring guests had whatever they needed and was quick to serve food. We did the tacos and quesadillas, which were delicious! The condiments were fresh, and some were definitely very spicy! I would HIGHLY recommend him for events, and we're trying to figure out which event we can have next to bring him out again. read more

Had a small gathering of about 30ppl. for my daughters birthday party at the house. Used Geo's Tacos after reading some positive reviews here on Yelp. Me and my wife couldn't be happier with our selection. Geo was extremely prompt in returning my calls, texts and e-mails and very professional at all times. His prices were better than any other "Taco Guy" around and his tacos were a huge hit!! Paying the deposit was quick and simple as was the final payment due on the date of the function. We had a birthday party with about 20 people plus some hired musicians in a rented home. We hired 2 people from Geo's tacos to cater and bartend our event with our own food and drinks at the location. They didn't need to bring their stuff and they did a great job at serving everything, helping with setting up the necessary food and drinks, and taking care of our guests, including the musicians! These are, quite possibly, the best tacos in the world. As a tacophile I can honestly say that I've had a fair share of tacos in my life. The surprise I had was insurmountable when I realized that I had just eaten the best taco I have ever had in my life - and I'm an extremely picky eater. The depth of flavor and the finish on the palette was as close to nirvana as a person can get in this world. Every single taco was made with love, and to impress; and it did! Thank you Geo for such a wonderful gastronomical experience! read more
