I went to an event where they were the caterers. We had Beef Wellington bites, Bacon Chicken Salad Croissants, Beef Sliders, Corn and Black Bean bites, Tomato and Mozzarella Skewers, and Cheesecake Bites. Honestly, it was all quite tasty and the staff was pretty busy with keeping the product stocked or presentable at the event. The Beef Wellington bites and sauce were pretty tender and easily melted in your mouth. The Chicken Salad croissant was quite tasty and wasn't soggy at all. The bread was nice and flaky and the chicken filling was delicious. The Slider was also tasty and the perfect size. The Black Bean and Corn bites were just ok. The flavor was there, it's just that the other items were just more flavorful. The Tomato and Mozzarella skewers were also tasty and the flavors perfectly complemented themselves. The Cheesecake Bites were exceptional. Perfect size and each melted in your mouth--chocolate, vanilla, and strawbereh were the options. The staff was able to replenish each station pretty quickly, between each group of people that came in and out of the catered food section of the event. All in all, I would definitely consider using them for a future event. The great taste, professionalism, and punctuality when it came to their business was pretty exceptional. Superior Events, Nick Luna and his team, were all absolutely phenomenal to work with from obtaining the initial proposal to the end of our workplace open house event. The food was delicious, the communication was always instant, these guys really have their system down to a 'T'. We ordered our flower arrangements through them as well and they turned out gorgeous. They also handle table/chair rentals, they literally do it all. As you can see, they take a lot of pride in presentation. The team was there through the event to restock food, take away the used glasses, etc. I cannot recommend Superior Events enough! I have found my go-to catering team for all future events. Girlfriend had just had a knee replacement and couldn't go out for her birthday. I spoke with Nick at Superior and he worked with me to create a birthday dinner in home. I invited her daughters to the surprise. What a fun and amazing meal. Chino and Pilar came to the house with a few carts and proceeded to take over my kitchen. We started with crab cakes, Caprese puff tart, and chicken and waffle bites for appetizers. They didn't skimp on the food! We all sat down and a delicious salad was served. Dinner was an awesome Chateaubriand and a wonderfully seasoned salmon served with potatoes, sliced carrots, and sweet corn. Oh my, what a meal! For dessert, they wheeled in a cart a ignited a delicious banana foster with ice cream. It was served over a mini cheesecake. My girlfriend was blown away, as was the rest of us. I was looking for a company who could help me for our christmas party. I work for a non-profit and with their reviews and with the looks of it, seemed very classy and $$$$. After reaching out to them, from the time I called to inquire o the time that was time of service, was VERY impressed. I had so much las minute changes (finding out us having a vegan guests, adding charcuterie board, adding other options etc, adding servers) and they were able to fulfill. Day of - they arrived earlier (which impressed me more), had everything with them and was professional from beginning until the end. they made sure their decor matched our theme aswell. We had salad, bread, pasta station, carving station for fillet mignon, veggies, charcuterie table (for 78 people) & drinks. I had the pleasure to work with Nick Luna, who was very helpful and professional. He was very accommodating with our changes with the buffet menu throughout the months leading to the wedding. He was very kind and responsive within the day or next business day. During the event, the whole team was very attentive to the guests and did an amazing job on serving. They were all kind, and we only heard great things from our guests. The food was super delicious from the finger foods to the buffet and desserts! Many of our guests complimented how the set-up of the buffet looks and how good the food was. The texture and the taste of the food were perfect. Communication was honestly some of the best I have experienced while planning our wedding! Our dining event was a plated/table served salad, buffet main, and plated/table served dessert. We had root vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes, beef tips, salmon and eggplant rollatini. I worked with SES for my wedding reception because they came with the reception venue (Wyndham Grant Desert). I was a little nervous after the tasting because some of the food was oversalted, but I asked that they lower the salt for the reception and the food came out AMAZING. We had beef tri tip, chicken parmesan, and a vegetarian dish that was basically a veggie sandwich with portabello mushrooms instead of bread. It was so delicious; our guests stayed in Vegas for several days and everyone I talked to told me it was the best food they'd had all weekend. The caterers were also very helpful and provided cake plates for free even though we brought in a cake from Freed's, and they have a nice package deal of $3/person for china plates, napkins and silverware. They also let us add champagne to the open bar for cheap and were flexible on pricing for our third entree. They also were able to help me figure out kosher options and dietary restrictions for our guests which I really appreciated. I know that they have options for centerpieces and fancier china but we didn't need that for our wedding-it seems like they are very flexible in terms of fanciness. All in all I was so happy with them; the food was delicious and was the perfect end to my wedding day. Thanks SES! read more

Very rude and impolite service .. I was invited to a friend and family event with dinner time planned for 7 PM. Around 730 pm my 3 years old started crying asking for bread on the Appetizer table .. A superior event service member came rushing and took plate from my hand and rudely refused to serve anything until all guests arrived .. I would never hire such a service to serve my guests..
