I went back over the weekend and I got the same order- everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. However, this time the bagel was so salty I couldn't eat more than half.
Delicious!!! Located in the fontainebleau. The everything bagels are well seasoned and toasted perfectly, has a nice crunch but not too crunchy where it can hurt to chew it. The flavor is amazing!! Love this spot will be coming here every time I visit. Service was good, there was a line around 9 am I waited about 20 mins. Wish the app worked to order ahead. But other than that it was fantastic!
Their Pastrami Classic on an Everything Bagel is a heavy hitter that manages to be both indulgent and perfectly balanced. This was definitely the best everything bagel I have had! Crispy and perfect soft chew-very filling. El Bagel is notorious for long waits. We waited in line for about 45 minutes. Use their online ordering system the moment it opens. It was definitely worth the wait and their caramel latte was pretty good too.
They sell a $130 bagel! Yes, it's covered with osetra caviar but my goodness! Vegas is too funny! I came here for a morning meeting a few weeks ago since a colleague was in town and staying on property. This bagel spot is located in the food hall and is very spacious and clean. Very expensive but it's standard for anything on the strip. Will the bagels blow you away? Most likely not, but they are good bagels. They are hand rolled and fresh. I chose some scallion cream cheese on an everything bagel and it was tasty. I also ordered a hazelnut latte that was pretty good. The seats here are very cushioned which was great for sitting a long period of time. It's a great addition to the hotel for a casual and delicious breakfast option.
Was in a long line but service was quick. Sadly they only had sesame, cinnamon raisin or plain bagels. My sandwich was good. Could have had a little bit more pastrami on it. Coffee is a tab burnt tasting. But all in all still good spot.

WHOA. I had possibly one of the most unique bagels I've ever had at this spot: the King Guava. It had a fried egg, plain cream cheese, guava marmalade and potato sticks, all sandwiched in a plain bagel. The potato sticks reminded me of the Pik-Nik brand that I used to snack on as a child. The mixture of sweet and salty works! It was a good brunch with my boyfriend, who ordered the Lox Supreme. It's served open face and was what I expected out of a lox. Appreciated the thick layer of cream cheese, which wasn't as thick in my King Guava. We came here in mid-November on our last day in Vegas. It was busy for a Tuesday at 11 a.m. Seemed like the food court in general was busy with folks attending a conference in town. As with other options in this fancy food court, it was pricey, so might as well go for a unique offering like the King Guava!
My wife & I ate bagels here two days in a row while staying at Fontainebleau back on October 3-4, 2025. Since the line to order was quite long, we used mobile ordering. It was quite easy to use and the QR codes are easily found around the areas in front of the shop. We both agreed that these bagels are some of the very best bagels we've ever had. They seriously rival the bagels we had earlier in the year when we visited New York City! The bagels were perfectly toasted, and the textures were chewy, fluffy, and not dry. The insides for both our sandwiches were very good, too. Needless to say, we will most definitely be back here for breakfast next time we're visiting Vegas!
Fresh, hand-crafted bagels inside the Fontainebleau. Everything here is mixed, rolled, fermented, and baked in-house each morning. It's tucked inside the food hall and open daily from 7am-1pm. As with most things on property, prices are high but this is one of the more reasonable options: bagels around $6, sandwiches between $12-$20, coffee $6-$9, and if you're feeling extravagant, a bagel crowned with an ounce of caviar for $130. The bagels are tasty: chewy inside, crisp outside, with generous, fresh toppings. Service is fast and friendly, and I love taking my bagels back up to my room to enjoy them with a sweeping city view. Would I come here just because? No, but as a casual, and quick option while staying on property, I can't complain.
So these were some of the best bagels I have had and I am from NYC! And NYC is known to have amazing bagels. These were top 3 for me!! I had the Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich both mornings I was in town. WOW delicious! Best place to go for breakfast if you are in this hotel as it is located in the FONTAINEBLEAU resort. Some of the nicest people work here too. It can get busy and be a bit slow so either go early or have patience. There are many tables around the bagel booth as well to enjoy these delicious bagels.
Pricey, but worth it! The lox supreme is extremely bright and fresh with lots of salmon on top. The pickled onions and cucumbers add a great crunch and slight acidic punch. The BLT is also delicious - a great option for a lighter breakfast with the fresh lettuce and tomato and the amazing creamy avocado aioli. The BEC and PEC are more standard breakfast sandwiches, but I will say the egg is cooked to perfection! It was light and almost fluffy. The PEC leans towards the salty side a bit. The staff were great! We received the wrong item and they immediately made us the correct one on the spot.
This Nova Lox platter is probably the best priced item for breakfast in Las Vegas. Located at the Fountainbleau Hotel in the food court. It's easily shared by 2 and the current price is just $20. Wow. Great tasting, made to order and ready quickly plus a good price. Can't go wrong with it.
They need to come up with a better ordering system. The QR code did not work for pre ordering two days in a row. Today, I decided to wait in a ridiculously long line. Took about 35 minutes and over $45 for 2 bagels and 2 lattes. The bagel itself was decent. I felt like I had to like it after waiting that much time and spending that much money. Not sure I would return unless the pre order service is available.
Located in the Fontainebleau food hall on the 2nd floor, El Bagel opens for we early birds (and you late birds?) at 7am. And if you get there before 8, as we did, there's no line and bagels are fresh. Service was meh, but it's just an order at the counter. Prices are Vegas, but breakfast for 2 for $35 is not bad here. For some reason--I blame Sawdelle's--I always have to have a bagel and lox when in Vegas, so I've become something of an aficionado. I have to say, El Bagel's version rated 5 stars--everything bagel was perfect, salmon was more like sushi grade than chewy, capers, thin spread of cream cheese, cucumbers tomato, pickled onion and the fresh dill on the top was the touch! Fresh, well balanced and delish!!! $20 The hubs got the bacon breakfast sando and when he saw mine, he said, "why don't I just order what you order?" It was fine, but not enough i fs (doesn't look like the photo at all). No tap water and a bottle of water is $8, so BYOH2O. If only for the lox sando, El Bagel's would have received 5 stars. read more

So these were some of the best bagels I have had and I am from NYC! And NYC is known to have amazing bagels. These were top 3 for me!! I had the Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich both mornings I was in town. WOW delicious! Best place to go for breakfast if you are in this hotel as it is located in the FONTAINEBLEAU resort. The food at El Bagel was top notch. I couldn't find the location on the hotel directories but found it on the second floor in the food court. The service was very good. The food came out quickly and I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend the The Standard which is a bacon and egg sandwich on a brioche bread. The latte was good too! I felt like the beverages were a little overpriced but all in all, a great choice for breakfast. read more

El Bagel is one of the food court options available in Fontainebleau Hotel; unassuming in appearance but made a surprisingly good bagel sandwich. We had the King Guava and Lox Supreme both on the everything bagel. King Guava (4/5) was a unique breakfast sandwich with egg, cream cheese, potato, and guava. A semi sweet brekky harmony, I wished I tasted the guava more. Lox Supreme (5/5) was refreshing with pickled cucumbers and onions paired with the smoked salmon, cream cheese, and capers. A classic rendition of the lox bagel, done well. I usually don't have high expectations from any food court establishment BUT was pleasantly surprised with El Bagel. It was worth the visit and wouldn't mind having it again! read more

We placed a mobile order so we didn't have to stand in line. We received food in about 15 minutes. They were busy. We got 3 sandwiches when we only ordered 2. And still had to go to counter again to ask for our coffee and bottle water. The bagels were very good and the coffee was strong. read more

Located in the Promenade area of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, El Bagel was alright. This place was very limited in its selection of bagels. I was disappointed in that my bagel wasn't very good as I was really looking forward to a tasty bagel. Essentially, I just ordered at the counter and retrieved my order when it was ready. Since I also ordered coffee, that was given to be separately at another station. The price of the bagel and coffee was not worth the cost. read more

It's Las Vegas on the strip and this is a restaurant in the Fontainebleau Hotel Promenade food court. Prices are going to be pricey, but at least El Bagel is delicious and filling. Standard bagel sandwich was very good--ooey, gooey, cheesy, and a lot of meat. Bagel cooked to perfection. read more

If you are looking for a quick and somewhat reasonably priced breakfast in the Fountainbleau, El Bagel is a great choice. I tried the King Guava bagel sandwich, and it had a great sweet and salty flavor. The coffee is pretty good too. Service was quick as well. It's a nice option among the more expensive restaurants in the hotel. read more

Popped into this place on our way to the airport for breakfast. The pictures of the bagels looked soooo good. And I must say the photos live up to the hype! I had the bagel with potato sticks and the guava jam on a everything bagel. Perfectly salty/sweet with the crunchy texture and absolutely covered in everything seeds. I only wish I could have had more of this. I would've really liked to see a veggie sausage patty option. read more

These bagels are what I'm talking about. The pastrami Classico was great! Juicy and crispy pieces of pastrami. Also, the bacon egg and cheese was literally everything you could ask for. The place is located inside the Fontainebleau hotel. Honestly I wasn't expecting much as I feel some of the places inside hotels are marked up and gimmicky. But this place's bagels were stuffed and tasty. I didn't think the price point was too bad for most of the items. The lox were on the pricier side at $20, but the portion was very generous and filling. Pickled onions, cucumbers, capers and smoked salmon on what ever bagel type you choose. Generous amounts of salmon and cream cheese. Would come back again for brekky or fast and easy brunch. Also highly recommend the egg sando bagel with guava. Cheaper but also very tasty and filling as well! read more

We recently stayed at Fontainebleau and was in need of a quick breakfast and came across el bagel as we walked through the promenade. Glad we found it. I ended up ordering the EB Original. Cream cheese, jalapeños, bacon.. mmm. I got it on a sesame bagel and it was just so delicious. The jalapenos were big and spicy. The bagels were fresh and the dough was just right. We also tried the standard egg bagel. Can't go wrong with egg, cheese and bacon. The line wasn't too bad, but we still waited about 10 min before we got our food. The place is in an open area and there is plenty of seating. read more
