The employee called me pick up my order, opened only one box then just walked away without saying a word. She was not happy when I called her back to ask for two small boxes- I told her they weren't available on the app and she made me go to the kiosk to order them. I asked if she could get the boxes while I paid and she just stared at me. The cookies looked very sloppy and put together quickly, very disappointed in my visit today.

1 pack - Dubai cookie

I've never been into Crumbl before & let me tell you, this was such a quick and easy process. I was looking for the Dubai chocolate cookie (thankfully they still had it) and was able to use their digital ordering right there in the store. The girl working was friendly & my order was ready within 2 minutes (this was with 2 people ahead of me) so I was very happy with this location. It's cute, clean & very well laid out. I'll definitely be back again!

Some technical issues aside, I'm still glad that I finally tried them. Crumbl is a pretty big cookie chain which I've managed to avoid trying until I stumbled into a small plaza for dinner and saw them in the same building. This location is on the southwest corner of Stephanie and Warm Springs, next to that Farmer Boys which I keep passing by. Placing the order via self-service kiosk was straightforward. I couldn't envision myself devouring enough huge calorie bombs to use any of the bulk size orders, so I just picked a couple single cookies ($4.50 each) that sounded interesting. The Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk Cookie was an obvious choice for me. Unfortunately, it's a lot less loaded with chocolate than the photos claimed. Despite that issue, it's still a solid version with a lightly crunchy exterior, soft center, and enough chocolate. The coarse salt sprinkles were nice but weren't distributed evenly enough. Overall, I'd order it again. The Raspberry Butter Cake Cookie sounded exciting, but the actual cookie didn't really shine. The dough itself is a soft, maybe slightly underdone sugary base that doesn't have much inherent flavor, so it kinda dilutes the raspberry topping and the icing, which were pretty good when I got a taste of them. I don't look forward to finishing it off though. I did see several reviews about slow service because I specifically looked it up while I had a longer than expected wait. Perhaps the point of sale or internet was malfunctioning, but it took 10 minutes to get my order, and over half of that was filled with puzzled-looking employees. There were only a couple of people ahead of me too. And it didn't help that there aren't any seats to use while waiting. I'll keep this Crumbl in mind since it's pretty convenient for me, but they obviously need to do a little work. At this point, I'm more likely to look for a different option when I get a cookie craving.

i got these yesterday 2/19/26 dubai brownie, s'mores cookie , raspberry cheesecake and the biscoff cookies in the linens

came two days in a row to get that biscoff cookie! looked so yummy!! 1st day we ordered it came in a baking linen and it didn't look like the picture at all BUT it was still yummy and delicious. Today i went in and it took about maybe 10 minutes from making a order. Wasn't welcomed in or assisted. However i did go home satisfied because i went home with the exact thing which was the biscoff cookies 3x and a oreo one for my son. The biscoff cookie was PERFECTION.

Cookies & Cream Milkshake with mini Oreo cookie

Since we were in the neighborhood we stopped at this location. There were quite a bit of people, service was slow to order, there were I believe 4 employees working to get out cookies, as they decorate to order. Just wish they had a few more options, but they were still good, they are a bit pricey, but to be expected with these gourmet cookie places, Our 4 pack was $15.99, but around the same price at these places. Cookies were fresh, we ordered a cookies & cream milkshake cookie with a mini Oreo, a double fudge brownie cookie, lemon cupcake cookie and a semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookie. They were warm and tasty, for me 1 cookie is enough since they're so sweet.

I absolutely love Crumbl Cookies their treats are always delicious, and the rotating weekly flavors make every visit feel exciting. It's such a fun idea, and I genuinely look forward to seeing what new flavors they come up with each week. However, I've noticed that every time I come to this particular location, the experience doesn't quite match the quality of the cookies. There always seems to be a long wait, even when I order ahead, and sometimes my order isn't correct when I finally get it. It can be a little frustrating because the counter often doesn't have anyone available to help or answer questions, and since it's such a busy store, the staff seem too overwhelmed to check in with customers waiting for their orders. I tried out the mini cookies, and they taste just as good as the regular ones! Same soft, gooey texture and delicious flavor just in the perfect bite-sized version.

I had a cookie craving, and the kids suggested we try Crumbl. My only concern is that I often get attached to a specific flavor, only to find it gone the next week! We ordered in-store and were warmly welcomed by a lovely young lady who was incredibly patient with me while I made my choices. I settled on an animal cookie, a caramel popcorn cookie (the name escapes me), a brookie, strawberry milk cookie, and the classic chocolate chip. I loved that they arrived warm and freshly baked--it was definitely worth the detour! They also have two ordering machines, which make it convenient, but I personally prefer the in-person experience.

Cookies with Flare!!! I just love Crumbl. What's not to love? The ambiance puts you front row of a working bakery. You get to watch them baking. You can smell the fresh goodness. Not only do they have a selection to choose from, you can get them for yourself, preorder for pickup, and the packaging is cool so they make awesome gifts to give. Most importantly, they are delish! The employees/baker extraordinaire are helpful and it's fun to watch them working.

Irresistible decadence awaits. Have you ever had a a bad experience with a chocolate chip cookie? You know the ones that mama made? That cookie you would bite into and the chocolate chips would melt into your mouth. One delicious bite after another. These cookies were so great that you had to eat them off a plate with a fork. Do you remember? What if you could have these cookie dreams of happiness again, but with flavors that were out of this world. The cookies here are what epic dreams are made from. It's love at first bite until the very last. The flavor combinations are amazing and are always changing. In order to make your business unique and the best they constantly are changing their approach. Many of the cookie combinations that they offer are either a limited time or change from week to week. Stop in and see what new and exciting. You will always be surprised. As you walk into the lobby of the cookie shop you are greeted with a clean and bright experience. The atmosphere of any of these places is breathtakingly warm, immaculate, and orderly. The staff is all smiles and laughter was great appreciated as the team filled orders and helped the guests that come in for cookies. The packaging the cookies are presented in is done with great tenderness. The box is pink which signifies a touch of warmth and sweetness. Truly the best cookie expression of presentation that I've come across. Presentation is everything right, as a result all that sparkles always attracts attention, but it's the taste that matters truly. When you lift that lid up you have to remember that your mouth is already savoring that first bite. Your brain is going crazy. It's coming that first rush of the cookie hitting your yearning need. You want to control yourself but it's almost impossible. Just give in to the small things. Come on in and see what's new and current. You will be surprised. If you have never been then it's time to plan a cookie adventure today.

Anytime the Kardashian Jenners endorse something it's guaranteed to be a trend until it's not. I received an email about this week's flavors and the inspiration behind them so of course I availed my points for a complimentary 3pack and a Kris Jenner yellow cake with chocolate. I typically pickup inside but opted for curb side since I have a new car that I can sit pretty and wait. After nearly 30 minutes and tons of people waiting indoor and out I decided to go inside to pick up my order. I waited about five more minutes before a young lady called my name. The classic yellow cake was moist and the right amount of sweet! Khloe's cookies and cream skillet was another hit. Soft cookie with cookies and cream icing on top yummm! Kylie's confetti cookie was probably my fave because who doesn't like confetti? Kendall cookie dough cookie wasn't memorable. If you're a fan of the family and or lover of yummy dessert I highly recommend this week's pick

Strawberry shortcake single large cookie
Valerie W.

Not for me. Was here last week and ordered a strawberry shortcake type flavor (don't remember what it was called). It was very rich and sugary and tasted more like raw cookie dough. I suspect this is the appeal as I know a lot of people prefer the dough over the baked cookie. This is not my preference though so don't plan to go back. A single cookie is $4.49 plus tax and tip. It looked pretty

We ordered the Ube Cake online, and the slice hit the spot perfectly. The cake looked beautiful - nice tall layers of soft, moist purple ube sponge cake with thick white cream filling, a creamy yellow custard-style center, and finished with whipped cream on top. The ube flavor was well-balanced: that signature nutty, earthy sweetness without being overly sweet. I've had great home-cooked Filipino ube desserts before. While this is clearly a fusion bakery version, it still captured the comforting, celebratory vibe that ube brings to Filipino tables. It reminded me of the festive sweets you'd find at family gatherings or parties back in my wifes home country. The online ordering was convenient, but the pickup instructions could have been better. The pickup area is on the same side as the drink pickup, which caused a little confusion during a busy time. Service was otherwise fast and friendly, the bakery was clean and well-stocked, and prices are reasonable for the portion size. If you're in the Henderson/Las Vegas area and looking for a quick ube fix or any of their other Asian- and Filipino-inspired pastries, this spot is worth a stop. The ube cake was definitely the highlight for me. Would definitely grab another slice next time I'm craving something purple and delicious!

The Berries crepes were incredible -- topped with fresh berries, wild berry sauce, and whipped cream, light yet indulgent at the same time. The Short Rib Sandwich completely stole the show: tender braised short rib with Gruyère cheese, Dijon mayo, and arugula tossed in citrus sauce on warm ciabatta.
