Chef Fleming arrived in Las Vegas from Denmark and worked as a pastry chef in a casino for some years But that was not his calling. So, in 2008 he opened his own bakery in nearby Henderson, NV, at 75 S. Water St. The staff there is very patient with customers who just can't decide what they can't live without. The menu is enormous - everything from cookies, specialty cakes, cupcakes, sticky buns, Napoleons, eclairs, cream puffs, bread pudding, and on and on. The ambiance is simple Bake Shop with just a couple of tables for customers who might want to partake in what they just had to buy and can't wait to take it home.

But it's just slapped on everywhere. I should probably just pick one up at Whole Foods. This literally looks like elementary school St. Patrick's Day. I do however, think it may have been a bit better with their traditional frosting. But it was a good chocolate cake. And included SPRINKLES!! I love a good cake with sprinkles. I kind of wish more of their cakes had sprinkles. The biscoff cake was DELICIOUS. The cake was slightly spiced like the cookies and the frosting was perfect. You have biscoff cookies all around and throughout the cake. If you are like me and love biscoff, you can't go wrong. I wish they would keep this one on the menu permanently, it is REALLY good! Nothing Bundt Cakes has so many incredible flavors of super moist, perfect cake, everytime. If you have anything you are celebrating, I highly recommend grabbing a cake to celebrate.

There's plenty of parking, however the lot can get pretty packed during peak hours. Inside is a cute little shop with soft background music. They offer a variety of cake flavors, and their cakes come in four sizes: full-sized bundt cakes (8-inch and 10-inch), individual bundtlets, and small bite-sized bundtinis by the dozen. They have Signature Assortment bundtinis that's ready to grab and go. It includes chococolate chocolate chip, lemon, red velvet, and white chocolate raspberry. There's Seasonal Assortment bundtinis with flavors like confetti, strawberries & cream, oreo cookies & cream, and whatever the current seasonal flavor is (such as Biscoff Cookie Butter). Plus, you can request for bundtini decorations. They even sell adorable merchandise and party supplies. I found some home and kitchen goods like mugs, tumblers, dish towel, and table runners, as well as wine glass, decorative platter, trinket tray, and beer can glass. If hosting a special celebration, there's party decor for helium balloons, banners, birthday crowns, cake stand, cake piñata, and mini vases. I wanted to try a carrot cake bundtini, but since they only sell them by the dozen as a custom assortment and made to order, it will take about 15 to 20 minutes to make. Instead, I ordered one bundlet Carrot Cake ($5.50). The cake was incredibly moist, and made with real carrots and pineapple, topped with a lovely cream cheese frosting, it's delightful and not overly sweet. Service from Christian and Evelyn is very kind, welcoming, courteous, helpful, friendly, and pleasant!

Im writing this review because I watched my sisters utter disappointment and anguish hours before…read moreher wedding after Darlene sent her a picture of what could only be described as a "bowler hat" of a wedding cake. Lindsay, my sister, sent me pictures months ago showing me what she wanted and those pictures were sent to Darlene. Very simple, no frills, black, flat top, chocolate cake with smooth sides. Ive seen the pictures on her site,so I know she could do this. If she couldn't, she shouldve done a practice run and at least given Lindsay more than a few hours notice before dropping a bomb on what should be the happiest day of someones life. This is so insanely unprofessional! Honestly, a refund is not even enough for doing that to someone on their wedding day! I spent the day before the wedding calling every single bakery in Las Vegas, willing to pay double to get her something to be able to cut with her husband on her happy day and it was too short of notice. Not only did Darlene not apologize, she tried to pass off a bulbous, over decorated cake that looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture, saying "here's your gorgeous cake". When Lindsay expressed that it wasnt even remotely close to what they discussed, she took no accountability, offered no solution and simply said, "it can't be changed, sweetheart". Upon further conversations, she said she would "try" to make something else. At $350 for flour and sugar, it should look exactly like the picture. It honestly probably took more work to make what she presented than what Lindsay actually wanted. As a small business owner myself, I know mistakes happen, but I also know the importance of customer service, making things right and taking accountability. Word to the wise, maybe do a test run first to ensure your wedding day isn't ruined if you choose to work with Darlene.

I was planning my niece's Sweet 16 party and had a specific theme I was aiming for. Delana designed everything to match down to the T! I had ordered a 2-tier white chocolate raspberry cake which was delicious and was annihilated in a matter of hours. I also ordered a dozen cake pops and 2 dozen cupcakes. I didn't get a chance to try the cake pops but I'm guessing by the crumbs and sticks left behind - they were a hit as well! One of the things that I appreciated the most was Delana's commitment to making sure she was delivering everything we asked for - from the design to the flavor. We kept an ongoing dialogue about the details from the time I booked to the delivery date which sort of helped this control freak's nerves. It helped reassure me that everything was set and ready to go the way I had planned. For a party planner that goes a long way!
