New place opened up in a previous Steak house. We got there about 5 o'clock. Great ambience kind of dark but very cool service was outstanding. The cocktails were top shelf. The flatbread was delicious. The hanger steak was were good. Burgers were solid. The Fried chicken was ridiculous incredibly offensive. It was so delicious. Just checked out this latest neighborhood gem - what a great addition to the restaurant options in Henderson. Chef has an elevated menu that diners will appreciate. The lobster cocktail was presented beautifully and tasted amazing! The shrimp cocktail came out with large prawns that were delicious with a combo sauce. They offer a raw bar with several other options too. We were thrilled to see beef Wellington on the menu and it did not disappoint! It was more than enough for two people. The truffle fries were a perfect side. We also ordered a smalll salad. We are looking forward to going back and trying other options on the menu. Good luck to this new venture! Maybe a top 10 meal I've ever had in my life. They recently opened and they're a real gem. Great place for a nice dinner/date night. Check them out, you will not be disappointed. The staff were friendly and service was quick. The food: We got the Foie Gras and Beef Tartare to start and had the Beef Wellington and Ribeye Nightmare for our entrees. Everything was excellent. The beef tartare was very good (the bread with it was a highlight) The Foie Gras was incredible. The blueberry balsamic demi-glace really enhanced the flavor of the Foie Gras. I would go back just for this. The Beef Wellington was done perfectly. It's my new favorite in town (much prefer this to Hell's Kitchen) The Ribeye Nightmare is topped with green chilis and cheese. All of the flavors worked really well together with just the right amount of spice. Really unique dish. The drinks were excellent also and we finished the meal with the Carrot Cake which was delightful. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu. read more

A comprehensive menu with options changing regularly while they get a feel for the Henderson clientele. Next trip I plan to try the Beast Burger. There's a full range of options, including Beef Wellington, Salads, Salmon and Pasta. The Seafood Pasta also looked great if you're a seafood fan. I had the Rigatoni Bolognese but it was a bit undercooked. They took it back without complaint. The redo was excellent. Perfect texture with a delicious sauce. My partner wasn't as hungry and ordered the Flatbread Pizza, which he thoroughly enjoyed. They have a full bar with custom mixed drink options. I had my usual Coke Zero, but my partner enjoyed a couple of mixed drink options. The ambiance is comfortable, relaxing and beautiful. We'll be back to try some of the other menu options. They don't serve lunch but have a happy hour from 3-6pm with several $8 choices including Sliders and Tacos. We had a nice, relaxing dinner. read more

"Rain On Horizon" is a little gem, perfect for a special occasion or when you simply want to treat yourself to an amazing meal in a beautiful setting. Our group was there to celebrate a birthday, and every dish was an absolute delight. I had the Beef Wellington, and it was cooked to perfection. Everyone at our table was thoroughly impressed. I also didn't expect to love my drink so much, but the "ITZA ME" cocktail was a delicious surprise with a little spicy kick that I'll definitely be ordering again. The service was also outstanding. Our server was not only efficient but his passion for his work was clear, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We came here with a party of six and reserved the private backroom, it was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was intimate and elevated, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Each of us ordered something different, so we got to experience a wide variety of dishes. Every bite was packed with unique and bold flavors. This place is great especially if you're a foodie. To start, the seafood was phenomenal. The yellowtail was incredibly fresh, and the lobster and shrimp cocktails were both standouts. The Caesar salad, hands down one of the best I've ever had. Perfectly dressed and crisp. For mains, the filet & ribeye cooked to perfection. The lobster ravioli was rich and flavorful. Well, I was worried we wouldn't be able to get a seat since there's so many 5 star reviews, but the restaurant was almost empty when we walked in. And now I see why. The decor is awesome! The seats are comfortable. They also have 90's country music on, which I found to be an odd juxtaposition, but to each their own ‍ When we ordered our drinks, our server let us know they were out of most of their wines, after I kept asking for different ones they didn't have, but we finally found one they had that I wanted. They were also out of oysters. Not a promising start. The drinks arrived promptly the first time, but it went downhill from there. Our server was nice, but kinda slow. I had empty drinks for the majority of the time we waited 30 minutes for a salad and shrimp cocktail. She was nice enough to take our picture after we placed our order, the time stamp on the photo is 32 minutes before we got appetizers, that I had to get up out of my seat and ask where they were. We also had to get up and ask for drink refills, when there were only two other two top tables to wait on. Our server explained to us that everything was being made fresh and that there was only one cook back there, and that's why it was it was taking so long to come out. When I had to get up and ask where my food was, I looked in the window of the kitchen, definitely more than one person back there. All of the food that I ate was just okay from the appetizers to the entrees. The entrees took quite some time to come out as well. I gave my card to the waitress so that I could go outside and smoke while we waited. I had the beef Wellington, my friend ordered the steak frites. The steak frites was very tender, I will give them that. The Wellington was underwhelming though. They were nice enough to remove the salad and shrimp cocktail and one glass of wine from our check. However, we will not be coming back and I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's like an episode of bar rescue in there. read more

This place has potential but they need to work on food quality. Everything tasted like something cooked by someone who is not a professional. Vegetables were not seasoned, the gravy which came with the filet was definitely out of a seasoning pouch (something you buy from the grocery store). The sliders were boring and over cooked. I want to support local businesses but this place needs to step it up if they want to survive. Wishing you guys the best, but until prices match quality we won't be back. read more

We live walking distance so went to Happy Hour to "test drive" it. We are so happy we did! Had $8 food (Mussels in Green chili sauce w/ frites, Grilled chicken lettuce wraps and Chili con queso...pro-tip...dip the frites in the queso...fabulous!) We had Oh Nana, Rainwater and She's My Girlfriend cocktails...all great. The attention to service (bartender Tad) and to the food quality and presentation made us eager to come back for dinner soon or Sunday Brunch! We went to this place once and got two burgers and thought the burgers were yummy, but a bit overpriced. We thought that decor was fine and we were a bit underwhelmed with the lack of urgency. I think if this place wants to thrive and succeed it absolutely needs to consider a brunch concept. (The whole "e we open at 2pm" thing is weird.) This area desperately needs places that serve tremendous branches. They also need to do something with that fantastic patio spot out front. Right now it's sitting there like an elephant graveyard.
