It's great when they get your order right but about 50% of the time they will not. I keep giving them chances because I love the idea of fiiz but I just can't keep coming back. The first time it was the wrong cookie flavor, but since it came in a box I didn't notice until I got home. Ok, I thought, maybe they misheard me and thought "sugar cookie" was "chocolate chip cookie." The next time I did an online order so there wouldn't be a way to mishear. I ordered a Piña La Da with Sprite Zero but instead got a brown soda drink. I can't even drink it because I don't know if it's a diet soda or regular soda. I'm so annoyed because I even tipped! So I guess if you go, make sure you sip every single drink and open every single box before you leave. If they have a super long drive thru line, even more important to double check everything. My favorite is the beach babe, northern lights, and sharks in the water. This place can get very busy, especially on days they offer buy one get one or half off.
