TRYING SOMETHING NEW --"ICED COCONUT MACCHIATO UBE" -at Starbucks on St. Rose" for 3/11 which started my day off pretty sweet! This location is semi-large and busy, with a narrow couple of rows of tables and bar stool seating with large bay windows. It's sandwiched in a collection of shopping stores, fast food, dining, and fitness. Has a tight drive thru and patio outside the parking area. Getting through the parking lot is somewhat hectic but, make no mistake Starbucks will leave you happy! That's their guarantee. Ordered to-go with the latest drink in the app--have never stepped out of my comfort zone for coffee drinks so here I dove into something completely new. Having liked coconut milk and water or just about anything coconut I chose the newest drink here. At first the flavor was quite good. A very sweet, colorful and creamy texture with coconut flakes added on the top froth. But, whatever that purple froth that suddenly after about 5 minutes into it turns your whole drink lavender purple is-- it's called UBE..which I learned is from a purple yam you don't see much or what the barista said a different kind of sweet potato. The drink became a little bit more flavorful than I expected. Overall, I give the new drink a 3 out of 5 but it was very cute and had an appealing look. I've been coming to this Starbucks over the past couple of days and have ordered the same drink a few times. Each time, the drink seemed a little off compared with how I normally get it, but I initially thought maybe it was just a one-time thing, so I went back and ordered it again. I recently ordered the exact same drink at this location and then later ordered it at a different Starbucks. The difference was very noticeable. The drink from the other location tasted much better and was much closer to how I normally expect it to taste. That really made me realize that it wasn't just me having an off day or a one-time issue with the drink. The service at this location also felt very short and unwelcoming. I understand that everyone has different moods and that employees don't have to be overly friendly, but the overall experience here has been disappointing. I'm leaving this review because I really like Starbucks, but this particular location has been noticeably different from the others I visit. read more

Imagine that matcha tastes! Iced Venti Matcha, the cup is lined with caramel sauce and then on top of the iced matcha they put added whip cream and more caramel sauce. Oh my this is truly amazing! The ambiance is truly transformative at this Starbucks store . The staff is amazing and observant to the customer. They don't have those long lines here and seem to listen when your order is placed . No issues whatsoever have become apparent when ordering and receiving my drink. The staff is gentle and friendly. The customers that come and go as one waits for their order is very polite and happy too. We are all awaiting the greatness that is delivered from behind the counter. Here we go. The one on St Rose by the Taco Bell & Eos can't get orders right. I asked for light ice, it said that on the label on the cup, yet they gave well over half a cup of ice in my drink. I went through the drive thru & it was already dark, I had to be somewhere so I drove off after I grabbed it. The last time before this I ordered a venti sized iced drink & the lady handed me a tiny cup. I told her that's not what I ordered, so she told me to keep it & they had to make another one. The guy that took my order at the window was very nice but whoever makes the drinks doesn't pay attention or read before making the drinks or listen to the customers or each other, whatever the reason is, I recommend skipping this one & going to a different location. I felt like I made a mistake, again, & I need to avoid this one next time. read more

One of my favorite Starbucks locations and my weekly (sometimes daily go-to)! Shout-out to all of the baristas here -- they are great at making consistent drinks. Venti Iced Merry Mint With Oatmilk: This comes with white mocha, espresso, white chocolate sauce, peppermint chocolate cream cold foam, & chocolate curls. It did not taste minty but more chocolately. There was too much going on in this drink so it was just okay. Venti Iced Gingerbread Oat Milk Chai ($6.45): Also mid. The flavors were pretty subtle so it tasted even more watered down after the ice melted. read more

Beware of the morning people when you make a special request. The last 2 times I went, I customized my drink to have Soy milk, No foam and add extra shot. This was not done. I pay extra for the customizations and it seems like they dont even read it. Obviously for health reason, I cannot have regular milk. This caused me to have very aweful mornings after drinking my coffee. And they always ignore the "No Foam" part also! I dont want a quarter of my drink to be just foam, i want actual liquid with coffee and espresso. I feel that if theyre gonna charge over $6 for a drink (plus more probably) it should be what is requested! Whats more concerning is the quickness of the manager saying they will replace the drink or refund my money. As if this happens way too often for him to find out the root cause of the problem. I see that the business is "unclaimed" so all of these reviews for this location are probably not even being read by management there. Starbucks has become too overpriced to not expect the competent service. Like the whole business is making coffee, how do you not read the requested customizations? Friendly staff and great location. They have outdoor seating at this location as well. This Starbucks is pretty big with lots of seating and great lighting inside which makes it a cozy vibe. I don't really eat when I go to Starbucks, but the matcha Tea, frappes, and lattes are always good there when I go. My daughter loves the Blueberry scones. Drive thru is always long, but it moves pretty quick and everyone is always super friendly here. read more

Solid location with a DRIVE THRU-all the staff are friendly and I go there fairly often. The wait time is still pretty long but that is now typical in this post-covid world. They do have outdoor spots and you can always order ahead! Clean with lots of indoor seating and outlets for studying or work. read more

Yay a Starbucks opened up even closer to home!!! This one is located near the brand new In-N-Out. I've only been inside once, but of course everything was clean since it's a newer location. Expect your typical long lines at the drive-thru in the mornings, nothing different here. And my drinks are always pretty tasty. What sets this location apart from the one down the street are the awesome employees. Seriously every employee I've spoken to at the drive-thru have been so friendly and nice; like they actually enjoy being there. There was one employee who had a good sense of humor and told cute jokes. Like when I asked for an once water, his response was "that's my favorite drink to make." Then another time, I guess the employee could hear my kids crying in the background as I was ordering. When I pulled up to the window, he said he had upgraded my drink to a venti for free because it sounded like I needed the extra caffeine. What an awesome guy! I wish I would have gotten his name, but kudos to you. The managers at this location really know how to hire amazing employees! My drinks are made correctly and there's good customer service?!?! This is a standalone Starbucks building located in St. Rose Square, off of Saint Rose Parkway. Super close to Costco and just about a mile from Raiders Way, where the Las Vegas Raiders Training Center is, and about 2 miles away from M Resort & Casino. It's the newest SBUX kid on the block in west Henderson and yet, not quite as busy. Yes, there's a Drive-thru! Dining tables inside are temporarily off limits due to COVID, but plenty of outdoor seating is available. Interior is spacious, bright, and airy, and designed with a lot of natural woods. A neat display of merchandise and coffee is always featured on the shelf. There's definitely plenty of parking since its property sits between Taco Bell and Popeye's. Beverages and food are always served within a decent wait time and at the right temperatures. Customer Service is terrific! Especially at the drive-thru. One time, we had a guy (unfortunately, I forgot his name!) with the best radio voice and cheery attitude. The kind of service you would experience at Disney! A nice change of pace and certainly a natural pick-me-up before the coffee beans kicked in! Cheers!! read more

I used to go this location and it was fine. But the past few months my order has been tasting weird or they short the cup so I have to go back in to have a remake or have them fill it. I went to today and it taste bad and they shorted my cup. I didn't want to go in and complain. But I'm not going back. People pay for their coffee, at least fill the cup. read more

Great location, very friendly employees. Literally haven't been in an approachable Starbucks like this in a while. Even with a long drive thru line, I am greeted immediately and almost every employee that saw me acknowledged me. Quick service, drinks were made perfect, friendly employees, huge lobby, highly recommend. Had a great experience here! Only note is it he bathroom needs to be cleaned. The drive thru flow and parking situation is getting worse and worse here. They've rerouted the line through the parking lot, rendering all the parking spaces at Starbucks useless as you can't get in or out of them because of the drive thru line. The service is too slow to keep the line moving so it backs up impacting the surrounding businesses as well. Once you're through the drive thru, you have to move through the line again just to get out. It's a disaster, plan to be here for a while. COVID: tables blocked off for social distancing not sure if all are blocked off like at other Starbucks but I did see one person sitting at a table near the restroom. Outdoor seating available. Drive thru as well. Drinks: I got the Pineapple Matcha but substituted the pineapple for raspberry. It's mixed well but tasted sweeter than another Starbucks location I order this drink at. Not sure how many pumps is included but I'll have to ask for less next time. Location: I like this location, easy to get in and out of here without much traffic compared to the Seven Hills location. I've been here a few times, never got around to writing a review. I'm so happy that indoor seating is now available! I also appreciate that this location is right across from the EŌS gym, it definitely makes it easier to kick my caffeine kick right before working out. I haven't had an issue with mobile ordering and my drinks are usually ready a few minutes earlier than anticipated. Baristas are super nice and willing to give recommendations. :) Only downside is that the drive thru can get pretty congested during peak times. I've seen the line ridiculously long before and I don't think the structure of the plaza helps with such a long line. read more
