OMG, look what I have been sleep on. Needed a second dose of caffeine because of how my life is set up. This establishment is near where I was. It's not my normal coffee stand so I always hope I can get something close to my regular drink. I love to explore and experience. The dead has come back to life... Living part of my life in the Pacific Northwest. I am very familiar with The Human Bean and was very excited when I found out that there was one not too far from where I live here in Henderson. I have to be in a regular customer for eight months or so all of a sudden one day I came and they were closed down. Time went on it was and rumors and eventually I heard magically they reopened. My first experience back I see that the ordering board has changed and I could hear through the ordering box that everybody came up to order was told to hold on. First off, continuous hold on tells me they're shorthanded or overwhelmed, but as I sit here in the drive-through line an employee rolled up at 8:57 and went into the back door so this is a promising sign. So I get up to the front window and I talk to the young lady who had just walked in and she told me that basically they've been reopened for a year now next week. Well, my defense they're not so close or in my general path of driving, but I am so happy and the reason for it was new ownership, but they were down for a good long time but they are back open again and my blended snowy with my complementary chocolate covered espresso. Bean is as good as I always remembered. It's been so long naturally I had to buy a bag of chocolate covered espresso beans just on GP. So if you would like me and you went here and stopped coming because of when they originally closed well loaded behold there well in good open again. The drink selection does not seem as big as it once was, but I didn't really ask about that. I will leave that to you. read more

We have been here multiple times over the last couple years. Each time the coffee is terrible. Other locations are amazing, but for some reason this one is not. Today we got an Iced Mocha and Java Chip. the Iced Mocha had no flavor at all. It tasted like water with a hint of chocolate and no espresso. I really do love the Human Bean. Usually they're very quick which I really like. Lately the past 2 weeks I've been coming there is only one person doing everything. This obviously causes delays. Drive by all the time and have not stopped to see what's it's all about. Stopped by on a Saturday around 10:30am. You can order via drive thru or at their window. There's no seatings inside or outside. There's a few cars on front of me. As I have not been here or looked at their menu, I just ordered my usual, hot caramel latte. Can't go wrong with that. The cashier was so energetic. Seems like the workers all are. Woke me up for sure. Got my drink but she also shared if I get the app from scanning the QR code she provided on a card, I'll get a free drink next time. I've been passing by this location almost daily for a month and decided that today was the day make my stop. I went through the drive through. The man on the speaker was upbeat and friendly. He was also patient with me while I checked out the menu. They have a very simple and easy to understand menu which I absolutely love. We paid and received our drinks with a smile and gratitude from the cashier. He was very warm and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our drinks. I ordered the Irish Cream Breve Blended, and my spouse ordered the Vanilla Smoothie. Both drinks were perfect. Best of all, their prices are very affordable. Could this place be any cuter? We were looking to grab a quick coffee for the long drive home and we saw there was a drive through. The menu featured your typical coffee drinks and some interesting slushee and smoothie options. We went for a regular coffee and latte, along with a blueberry muffin top and French toast bagel breakfast sandwich. Coffee was great! I was very pleased with my latte. Coffees came out hot and fresh. Our drinks were topped with little chocolate covered coffee beans and a little Easter chocolate and sticker. Love that little touch! The muffin top came prepackaged but I was hoping for a fresh pastry. It was still tasty. The French toast breakfast sandwiches tasted like a diner breakfast all wrapped up in one bite. Egg, cheese, bacon and sausage all on sweet French toast bread. I wouldn't call it a bagel because it was pretty soft and tasted more like a roll, but delicious nonetheless for fast food. They're BAAAACK! I moved to Henderson just over a year ago and found this place-loved their coffee (especially the little chocolate covered bean on top of each drink). I can't stand Starsucks and Dutch Bros seems like everything they make is LOADED with sugar. When Human Bean closed I was very sad. I would drive by all the time hoping to see it had reopened. So imagine my surprise a couple of days ago when I glance over and see balloons and realized they had opened! It was their first day reopening! I got a granita mocha and it was good. I have taken off one star because they are quite pricey but everything seems to be more expensive now. Nice people at the drive thru too! read more

The Human Bean has some delicious coffee! They also have muffin tops, breakfast sandwiches, oats, cookies from Curly Top Baker, and bars. We were planning to have brunch around the corner so I knew it'd be a great time to finally try their coffee. They offer a drive-through and a walk up counter. Find them on the busy Lake Mead Parkway, around the corner from The Water Street District. On a busy Saturday morning the line structure for the drive-through was a hot mess. The flow of traffic should be opposite of how it is, but that's not an easy thing to fix at this point. Just be aware that it's quirky and to be extra cautious. The employee at the drive-through was friendly when I was placing my order. When I pulled around for my order she was conversational as I paid and received my order. The line was on the slow side, but that's to be expected when food is also an option. My husband and I both went with seasonal drinks. My Pumpkin Pie Snow (hot) was so smooth and tasty. With every sip I thought about just how delicious it was. I loved that I could still taste the espresso. My husband really enjoyed the iced version of the Pumpkin Pie Snow. I'm normally not a chocolate covered espresso bean fan, but the one they put on top of their coffees was so good. The Human Bean is a spot I'd go out of my way to visit again. read more

So excited that a Human Bean has opened in Henderson. It's still pretty far away from me but whenever I am on that side of town, I now have a place to stop! I just found out this location was here about 8 days ago, and I've already driven across town two times so I could visit. I love it! This cute little coffee shop does mostly drive-through business, but they have a small walk-up window. The line has been very long each time I went, and the baristas seem a little slow moving. Note that I went at off times too, so I would imagine it would be a very long wait at peak coffee times. I love The Human Bean because they make granitas that you can get low carb! No other coffee place has that, and it's clearly marked on the menu. A granita is an ice blended espresso with dairy and protein powder. I recommend the vanilla low carb granita. You can splurge and get a dollop of whipped cream. Every drink comes with a chocolate covered espresso bean, which is super sweet but makes a pretty treat. The menu isn't huge, but the drinks are good quality. The espresso is good and as a coffee purist, that's normally all I drink (espresso shots). I rarely order shots outside of my home (they always disappoint me), and I don't order them here. The Human Bean is strictly for fun nom nom coffee beverages! Beware that the prices are crazy expensive, hence the 4 stars. A medium sized low carb granita is almost $6! read more
