Two weeks ago, I hired this company to clean the office suite of an international nonprofit that I manage. The ladies showed up on time and were very professional and efficient. They had the entire office looking pristine and like new in just an hour. I especially like that when I called to inquire about their service, it was on the weekend and I received a phone call back immediately. I was also scheduled for an estimate right away. Excellent customer service. I've been sharing their info with business associates and family members. You will not be disappointed in hiring them. Keep up the great work guys! read more

We were very satisfied with the work of Cleaning Touch. We had remodeling work done to the house that left the house very dusty. Their work was very diligent and their attention to detail was what we expected of a professional cleaning company. read more

Well I am being generous in giving the cleaning touch a 2 star. The owner Miryam when I met her she was nice came to the house gave me a quote. They have been cleaning for me for about 4 months. Yes she has a team that she sends to you. In the beginning I guess to try to impress you they will send their best teams and then little by little they all disappear there was a time that she would send me four people and then three people and then two people and then at the end the worst people they were young and inexperienced may be she was training them. Also the women are different every time they either quit or I don't understand. I have had a team that I was satisfied with at obut never saw them again. I was trying to work with her in trying to find me another team that were experienced and detail oriented people that you don't have to go around and tell them clean this clean you forgot to clean here etcc. You would think as they claim in their website "experts" they know what it is that they need to clean the simple details of the house like behind furniture, windows under the sofa behind the toilet. I continued to give her a chance and finally I was frustrated and said that I would find somebody else and she was not even willing to make it better and send me other people she did say to go ahead and find somebody else. So this is what you call a business I believe and working in making things better and not telling your client to find somebody else . I run my own business myself and you try to work with your customers so she either has way too many customers or doesn't care about her clients. read more

I only wish you could rate a company higher than 5 stars. This company is simply amazing. I was working with Maryam (owner) throughout the process and she could not be a nicer or more professional person. We had selected her company to do a move out cleaning from a rental we have that was left to be an absolute mess by prior tenants. I met Maryam at the property initially so she could assess and give me an estimate. Her team went in when we were ready, and made our house look like new - it was amazing and I know took a lot of hard work. Maryam told me along the way her team would make the house beautiful and how they'd handle the challenges and they exceeded all my expectations. Maryam stayed in contact with me and everyone arrived exactly when I was told that they would. I am so happy to have found this company and can HIGHLY recommend and will recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch, professional, wonderful service cleaning company. Their fees were reasonable and we chose to ask if we could provide a tip to the hard working individuals who cleaned the home as we knew how hard they worked. Out of everything we've had to deal with fixing the house post the awful prior tenants moving out who left our house a mess, the service provided by this company has been by far the easiest and most pleasant experience. All companies can take a lesson from this one - Maryam and her team truly cares about happy customers and taking pride in the great work they do. read more

We have used Miryan and Gio's cleaning services for over 2 years now and not once have we been dissatisfied by their service. Our home feels fresh and immaculate after each cleaning. Miryan is very open to feedback and every time I have requested deeper cleaning of certain areas, she has always obliged with a smile. The best part about them is that they clean all our kitchen appliances each time, change bed-covers, fold any clothes from the laundry and also do the dishes in the sink. Also, they are extremely trustworthy, respectful and kind which makes me feel very comfortable having them take over our home and do what they need to do. I would also like to recommend Gio for services other than cleaning as he wears many hats. He painted our new home at a very reasonable price when we moved-in and and has also helped us with other jobs requiring handyman skills. Overall, I highly recommend The Cleaning Touch for your home cleanings! read more

They did a beautiful job! Excellent. Very well pleased. I highly recommend them. Also, Miriam is a wonderful person to do business with!

My mother was looking for a new cleaning service and of course, I decided to yelp some of the cleaning services in the area. The cleaning touch was one of the top reviews and decided to give them a call. Myrian was absolutely wonderful over the phone and would come the next day for a free estimate. She is extremely polite and lovely; my mother decided to give her a try and boy, she and her cleaning crew are phenomenal! They arrived at 11:30am and stayed until about 5:00! Holy smokes, the house was spotless! My mother was extremely impressed and so happy to have found Myrian. read more

I found this company on Yelp and agree with all the prior top rating reviews. The owner is responsive and easy to schedule by text. The crew makes my house which is full of teen aged boys and dogs look tidy and sparkling ! When they finish I walk into my home and feel happy and proud again. I highly recommend Cleaning Touch to anyone needing reliable professional home cleaning services. read more

Miryan and the Cleaning Touch consistently do fantastic cleaning. They have cleaned my 2 BR apartment each month for a year now. I really appreciate that they are flexible and will do things like clean inside the fridge or tidy up the outside patio. They are also accommodating in scheduling the appointments and are very enthusiastic about doing a great job! read more

I have used Myrian and Giovani for almost 10 years, and they have cleaned over 100 of our rental properties and my personal residence as well. They always do an amazing job, and always go above and beyond. read more

Miryan and her team do such a great job! I have 2 kids and we just moved into a house from an apartment. They have helped me organize post-move and decluttered for me! I'm so grateful for all they do and the fact that I know my kids aren't exposed to unnecessary chemicals. Miryan is always super responsive and has always been able to provide service when we need it -- and at what I feel is a bargain! Thanks Cleaning Touch! read more

They do a wonderful job! I had a deep cleaning done and will continue with regular cleanings going forward. I am very particular about my home and they paid attention to all of the details. read more

I used The Cleaning Touch for the past 4 years and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to keep their home sparkling clean. I had dark hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances and they always polished those perfectly. I have a very inconsistent schedule and they were always able to accommodate me. Their pricing is quite reasonable and the cleaning supplies they use are eco friendly. I have unfortunately moved to a different state and wish I could take them with me. I will have difficulty finding a new cleaning service as good as them. read more

I received a deep clean from Miryan's crew. I was a little skeptical at first as I never hired a cleaning service before but after the deep clean, I was sold. Miryan is very professional and is always pleasant to deal with. I was sold and hired her to do my cleaning on a monthly basis. She gets back to you very quickly. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone. read more

Cleaning Touch came in for a deep clean, which I have needed for a long time, and put off calling in help for. I called them on a friend's recommendation, based on their use of non-harsh chemicals, and that I didn't need to set up a recurring appointment. They made things sparkle I thought were beyond help. I will definitely be following up to bring them in again! read more

Today was the first time I used this service. After going through multiple cleaning services throughout the years, I'm almost confident I have finally found one I can stick to. I came home to an amazingly clean home that was not only THOROUGHLY cleaned, but also smelled so fresh. The service I received from the owners was also 5 stars. I'm looking forward to my follow up cleanings with them. Thank you! read more

Miryan and her team is absolutely amazing! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I have a property that needed some deep cleaning because there were stains in the oven, fridge, microwave, and soap scum on the tub. Miryan and her team did a miracle cleaning job on the place. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the place. What was nice is that Miryan remains in contact with you from the time she arrives and until she leaves. She let me know that the windows, blinds, and tub took some extra time. In the end, she let me know what time her team left and to let her know if anything wasn't up to my standards. Her prices seem really great and the service is amazing. The best part is that the place didn't smell like a chemical factory. I would recommend The Cleaning Touch to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy cleaning service. I am definitely going to be using Miryan and her team again! read more

We have had their service for over a year now and it makes my day every time they come. The house smells amazing each time and they use natural products. We recently had them do a deep clean of our house we were selling as well as our new property. Amazing job- everything was sparkling clean as usual and ladies are very trustworthy and kind. I've been sharing their info with friends and businesses! They have great prices for the work that they do. You won't regret it! read more

So pleased with Jenny and Norma's cleaning job! The house literally glows, they cleaned inside the fridge (?!), and got every spot. Thank you all! read more

Miryan and her team did an amazing job! We had a move out cleaning and they were extremely thorough and the place looked much better then the day we moved in. The most amazing group of women!!! Very diligent and hardworking ladies. I booked an appointment for a move out cleaning and met with the owner for an estimate. She was more than nice and very humble. On the day of the cleaning, the crew arrived promptly and started working. They set out cleaning things I didn't know could be cleaned. They cleaned every inch of my large 2 bed/2 bath apartment throughly and quickly. 4 ladies and the job was done in 3 hours or less. Appliances, carpets, windows, fixtures all left spotless. Turns out one of the housekeepers is the owner. Very humble and gave me sage marriage advice which was very welcomed as I am a newly married woman! My only regret is that I did not find this company sooner and utilize their services during the time I lived in my apartment. read more

Every Monday the Cleaning Touch crew came was my favorite day of the week! They always left the house spotless and cleaned things that were so thoughtful and easily overlooked. They started coming right after my son was born and the help has been so wonderful! read more

I don't think I can add much to what has already been written here. This is a top-notch service whose employees go above and beyond, cleaning things like mini-blinds, getting in all the nooks and crannies, and getting cat hair out of things that I have never been able to. I'm rather fastidious, and have been very impressed. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more

I have been through MANY cleaning services/individuals and TCT is by far the best I have used. They arrive on time, thoroughly and properly clean all areas (which is the hardest part for most of the services) and are very professional. I mentioned specific problem areas I'd like addressed and they made sure they were properly cleaned. I also like that they use natural cleaning products, as I have 3 little kids putting their hands on everything after they leave. I highly recommend them! Allison C. read more

I was moving into a new place and the condition was not too too bad on the surface level... regular wear and tear. However, detailings needed some work as the previous owner had a dog and did not use liners in the cabinets. I was going to do it myself, but realized that with the move, I just did not have the time. After a good amount of research, I contacted the Cleaning Touch (among few others). Miryan came in and did a quick browse and gave me a price. She was able to get a person the next day! So with this and also based on the good reviews, I decided to go with the Cleaning Touch. On the day of, the crew that was supposed to come had a flat tire, so she was able to send her husband Gio and two ladies out within about 1.5 hours. She notified me in a timely manner and was very responsive throughout this issue. The second i opened the door when I got home, I was just very impressed. It deserved some animated sparkles!! The counters, that I thought were already white, were REALLY white. The part that impressed me the most was the front door (maybe because i didn't have any expectations for this part). The bottom left area below the doorknob had some yellowing due to, i'm assuming, the dog constantly rubbing against it when wanting to go out for walks. I had assumed that I just would need to paint over it since I already saw some paint strokes on the door. I closed the door to look at it and it was no longer the mess that I was constantly sighing about!! Before I left, I told the team which certain issues did or did not require their close attention. When i was browsing through afterwards, I noticed that they addressed all the issues that I had requested AND they also went ahead and addressed many other details to have the entire space sparkle. Summary: HIGHLY RECOMMEND, gets the job done and well, goes above and beyond, responsive, leaves their shoes at the door (I'm Asian so this is important) read more

I found Miryan and the Cleaning Touch based on their stellar reviews and I'm happy to report that they did not disappoint. Right from the beginning, Miryan was professional and highly responsive. I called her for a move-out cleaning last week and asked her what the rates were. She explained that rates are based on a walk through of the home (at no charge). We scheduled a walk through the next day and she provided a very reasonable quote. Today, I met Miryan at my place and watched her explain to her crew how to properly clean the entire place. (As background, we lived in a 1400 SQF condo for 2.5 years and I will say it was lived in well.) Her attention to detail and meticulousness reassured me that everything would be perfect prior to my landlord inspecting later that evening. In fact, my landlord is returning my deposit in full. I cannot thank Miryan and her team enough for helping me with this. I look forward to extending this relationship in my new home. Thank you, Miryan and the Cleaning Touch! read more

I am so happy I hired The Cleaning Touch. I read the reviews and they are 100% right. They came and cleaned my townhome top to bottom today. My house smells amazing. By far the best cleaning service I have ever used in the area. They are very detail oriented and attentive to my cleaning requests. I will be hiring them again! read more

Good prices, great job cleaning/house is always sparkling, and great customer service

I don't have time to write a whole review so here are the basics: They do a great job cleaning. HOWEVER, I never know when they are going to show up. Miryan will tell me 1:00 and they will show up at 4 - or she will tell me 3:30 and they will show up at 1. I work from home so this is really a very big problem because I try to schedule calls and teleconference meetings when the house is quiet. The women who clean are lovely and really do a great job - I just don't know if I will be able to continue using them if they keep showing up at random times. I don't need a consistent time every 2 weeks - I only ask that when she tells me a time that they actually come somewhere near that time!!! **UPDATE** A few months after I posted this, the owner asked me to change my review because she didn't like that is said they are unpredictable with regard to when they would arrive. The problem is - she wanted the review changed but they never fixed the problem. ALL I was asking for was communication - I understand sometimes traffic, time at a previous house or other factors make it hard to give an exact time but a call or a text is ALL I asked for. I have decided not to use this company anymore because they were never able to fix this problem. I CAN tell you that if timeliness is not important to you (if you are out of the house all day anyway and it doesn't matter when they come) then you will probably be very happy with them. The reviews about their cleaning are all accurate - the house will be very very clean and the owner and her husband are very nice. One other caution - ask her for an estimate, do NOT let her ask you how much previous people charged you. read more

I cannot recommend The Cleaning Touch highly enough; they do an absolutely AMAZING job on every cleaning they provide (for me it is bi-weekly). They are very accommodating about scheduling the cleanings around my schedule and are very easy to reach (text messages are their preferred method of communication). They are very personable and friendly. Not only did they do all the basics perfectly (cleaning cabinets, shower, washing windows, etc), but they just went above and beyond to make sure the place was spotless: for instance, they clean the refrigerator for no extra charge as part of their cleaning service; they dusted and cleaned between all the "spokes' of the banister. The Cleaning Touch is a fantastic company that I highly recommend. They are meticulous and very easy to work with. If you need your house cleaned, I'm not sure how any service could beat theirs! Just a wonderful job and company! read more

Can't wait to schedule my next cleaning! I am 8 months pregnant and haven't really been able to clean as well as I want. Even though my husband tries, it's just not the same. We finally caved and decided to hire professionals cleaners to do a deep clean in our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in North Bethesda. I was having family and friends over and decided to schedule it for right before they arrived and Myrian was able to squeeze us in last minute on Valentine's Day. Let me tell you, they were amazing!! Our apartment was spotless and it was honestly the best money we had spent in a while. The price was more than reasonable and the quality of work was. 100%. I don't think I've seen my apartment that clean and spotless before. I will be scheduling a regular monthly cleaning with The Cleaning Touch, especially with a baby coming. Thank you Myrian and the staff at The Cleaning Touch for the wonderful job. I wish I had gotten the names of the 3 women who came to our apartment but they were fantastic. Don't hesitate to hire them. read more

I arranged with Miriam at the Cleaning Touch to engage 3 women in the task of simultaneously cleaning my one-bedroom apartment full of a years worth of grit and grime. These women came as scheduled and worked simultaneously as an amazingly efficient and courteous team who finished the job after about an hour's work. They even made the bed and my apartment looked really nice and clean at the end. Miriam was very easy to talk to (not intimidating at all) and her fee for the job seemed quite reasonable to me. They get top marks from me for niceness and efficiency. read more

Ms. Miryan and her team do a fantastic job! I have been using her services for over a year. My schedule is always so busy but we text and always figure out a time that works for me! I just bought a new home which was in dire need of cleaning and all I can say is I loved my house when they were done! Miryan did not mind the last minute nature of my request but was able to accommodate me-- she literally came out two days later to make sure the cleaning was to her standard, which is definitely higher than mine. Miryan and crew really hooked me up! You won't regret doing business with the cleaning touch! read more

Miryan is a sweet kind person and I really enjoyed working with her. She was very responsive to my concerns. When she was supervising the staff, the cleaning was top notch. If she was not supervising, then it was inconsistent. I used them biweekly for a couple of months but I had to find another cleaning service after items were damaged in my house and it was not reported to me. Miryan was very professional when I spoke to her about it but it was disappointing that her staff did not inform her. read more

I used the cleaning touch for my move out clean. They did a really good job and were very professional! Not much else to say, I would definitely use them again! read more

Miryan and her team cleaned our house on a monthly basis and when we sold our home. It took a huge weight off knowing the move out clean would be done with the detail it needed, since we were headed out of state and couldn't come back for final cleaning "touch ups". For the monthly cleans, she took on the ad hoc cleaning projects I asked for without batting an eye, and always completed the "standard" things with detail and efficiency. It was a great feeling coming home to a shiny, dust free home that didn't bowl you over with the smell of chemicals...it just smelled clean. I recommend her with confidence - a great value and professional and friendly company. read more
