Well I am being generous in giving the cleaning touch a 2 star. The owner Miryam when I met her she was nice came to the house gave me a quote. They have been cleaning for me for about 4 months. Yes she has a team that she sends to you. In the beginning I guess to try to impress you they will send their best teams and then little by little they all disappear there was a time that she would send me four people and then three people and then two people and then at the end the worst people they were young and inexperienced may be she was training them. Also the women are different every time they either quit or I don't understand. I have had a team that I was satisfied with at obut never saw them again. I was trying to work with her in trying to find me another team that were experienced and detail oriented people that you don't have to go around and tell them clean this clean you forgot to clean here etcc. You would think as they claim in their website "experts" they know what it is that they need to clean the simple details of the house like behind furniture, windows under the sofa behind the toilet. I continued to give her a chance and finally I was frustrated and said that I would find somebody else and she was not even willing to make it better and send me other people she did say to go ahead and find somebody else. So this is what you call a business I believe and working in making things better and not telling your client to find somebody else . I run my own business myself and you try to work with your customers so she either has way too many customers or doesn't care about her clients. read more

I only wish you could rate a company higher than 5 stars. This company is simply amazing. I was working with Maryam (owner) throughout the process and she could not be a nicer or more professional person. We had selected her company to do a move out cleaning from a rental we have that was left to be an absolute mess by prior tenants. I met Maryam at the property initially so she could assess and give me an estimate. Her team went in when we were ready, and made our house look like new - it was amazing and I know took a lot of hard work. Maryam told me along the way her team would make the house beautiful and how they'd handle the challenges and they exceeded all my expectations. We have used Miryan and Gio's cleaning services for over 2 years now and not once have we been dissatisfied by their service. Our home feels fresh and immaculate after each cleaning. Miryan is very open to feedback and every time I have requested deeper cleaning of certain areas, she has always obliged with a smile. The most amazing group of women!!! Very diligent and hardworking ladies. I booked an appointment for a move out cleaning and met with the owner for an estimate. She was more than nice and very humble. On the day of the cleaning, the crew arrived promptly and started working. They set out cleaning things I didn't know could be cleaned. They cleaned every inch of my large 2 bed/2 bath apartment throughly and quickly. 4 ladies and the job was done in 3 hours or less. Appliances, carpets, windows, fixtures all left spotless. Turns out one of the housekeepers is the owner. Very humble and gave me sage marriage advice which was very welcomed as I am a newly married woman! I called her for a move-out cleaning last week and asked her what the rates were. She explained that rates are based on a walk through of the home (at no charge). We scheduled a walk through the next day and she provided a very reasonable quote. Today, I met Miryan at my place and watched her explain to her crew how to properly clean the entire place. (As background, we lived in a 1400 SQF condo for 2.5 years and I will say it was lived in well.) I was moving into a new place and the condition was not too too bad on the surface level... regular wear and tear. However, detailings needed some work as the previous owner had a dog and did not use liners in the cabinets. I was going to do it myself, but realized that with the move, I just did not have the time. After a good amount of research, I contacted the Cleaning Touch (among few others). Miryan came in and did a quick browse and gave me a price. She was able to get a person the next day! So with this and also based on the good reviews, I decided to go with the Cleaning Touch. On the day of, the crew that was supposed to come had a flat tire, so she was able to send her husband Gio and two ladies out within about 1.5 hours. She notified me in a timely manner and was very responsive throughout this issue. The second i opened the door when I got home, I was just very impressed. It deserved some animated sparkles!! The counters, that I thought were already white, were REALLY white. The part that impressed me the most was the front door (maybe because i didn't have any expectations for this part). The bottom left area below the doorknob had some yellowing due to, i'm assuming, the dog constantly rubbing against it when wanting to go out for walks. I had assumed that I just would need to paint over it since I already saw some paint strokes on the door. I closed the door to look at it and it was no longer the mess that I was constantly sighing about!! Before I left, I told the team which certain issues did or did not require their close attention. When i was browsing through afterwards, I noticed that they addressed all the issues that I had requested AND they also went ahead and addressed many other details to have the entire space sparkle. Good prices, great job cleaning/house is always sparkling, and great customer service

I don't have time to write a whole review so here are the basics: They do a great job cleaning. HOWEVER, I never know when they are going to show up. Miryan will tell me 1:00 and they will show up at 4 - or she will tell me 3:30 and they will show up at 1. I work from home so this is really a very big problem because I try to schedule calls and teleconference meetings when the house is quiet. The women who clean are lovely and really do a great job - I just don't know if I will be able to continue using them if they keep showing up at random times. I don't need a consistent time every 2 weeks - I only ask that when she tells me a time that they actually come somewhere near that time!!! **UPDATE** A few months after I posted this, the owner asked me to change my review because she didn't like that is said they are unpredictable with regard to when they would arrive. The problem is - she wanted the review changed but they never fixed the problem. ALL I was asking for was communication - I understand sometimes traffic, time at a previous house or other factors make it hard to give an exact time but a call or a text is ALL I asked for. I have decided not to use this company anymore because they were never able to fix this problem. I CAN tell you that if timeliness is not important to you (if you are out of the house all day anyway and it doesn't matter when they come) then you will probably be very happy with them. The reviews about their cleaning are all accurate - the house will be very very clean and the owner and her husband are very nice. One other caution - ask her for an estimate, do NOT let her ask you how much previous people charged you. read more

Can't wait to schedule my next cleaning! I am 8 months pregnant and haven't really been able to clean as well as I want. Even though my husband tries, it's just not the same. We finally caved and decided to hire professionals cleaners to do a deep clean in our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in North Bethesda. I was having family and friends over and decided to schedule it for right before they arrived and Myrian was able to squeeze us in last minute on Valentine's Day. Let me tell you, they were amazing!! These women came as scheduled and worked simultaneously as an amazingly efficient and courteous team who finished the job after about an hour's work. I cannot recommend The Cleaning Touch highly enough; they do an absolutely AMAZING job on every cleaning they provide (for me it is bi-weekly). They are very accommodating about scheduling the cleanings around my schedule and are very easy to reach (text messages are their preferred method of communication). They are very personable and friendly. Not only did they do all the basics perfectly (cleaning cabinets, shower, washing windows, etc), but they just went above and beyond to make sure the place was spotless: for instance, they clean the refrigerator for no extra charge as part of their cleaning service; they dusted and cleaned between all the "spokes' of the banister. I was in the market for a cleaning service for my condo and searched yelp. I decided on using the cleaning touch because they had a large number of reviews and averaged over 4 stars - and after using them for the first time, i can tell why they have such a high review average. I met with the owner for a walkthrough of my place and set a date and time for my cleaning. I am beyond impressed by the work that her team did. The place smelled great, was spotless, and just perfect. The team also washed the dishes i had left in the sink, took out the trash, changing my bedding and picked up random papers I had left around.
